I liked the proximity to the highway, the free daily food (breakfast and dinner), the free daily drink tickets, the suite room (two rooms with two queen beds and a sofa bed), the pool, the garage parking, and overall generosity of the hotel perks. I didn't like the elevators - too small, take too long to call, and they're outdated.

They had every amenity, including free breakfast, AND DINNER, and drinks! Nice secure parking garage, every member of the staff were so kind and personable. Room with a sliding door was great for kids to sleep before parents, pool and hot tub were nice and clean. Aaron the manager was a gem, just all around an amazing, easy stay. We will be back! This is our new San Antonio home.

We’re from Corpus Christi and we stay here every time we fly out of San Antonio. Staff is wonderful, evening snacks and drinks are great and the breakfast is fab. Love the fact we can leave our truck here until we return from our trip. Won’t stay anywhere else.

Staff was great! Rene helped us out in the morning. I didn’t know I could leave my car there while on my flight. Free shuttle to and from airport. Very nice! Gonna stay there from now on.

The bed was comfortable and spacious. I didn’t eat breakfast but it looked decent and the happy hour was pretty decent as well. But the hotel is old & needs to be renovated! 1. The main AC vent would make this loud noise every hour or so. It lasted for a few minutes followed by loud gurgles. I have no idea what it was other than something that had to do with the building HVAC. 2. The walls are pretty thin. I could clearly hear a dog that wouldn’t stop barking in the other room. 3. The elevator shook/swayed side to side when it would stop at another floor. It felt like it could snap off the rope it moved so much! 4. The general esthetic of the hotel just needs to be updated. The furniture and fixtures took me back to early 2000’s. I doubt I’ll stay here again. It’s affordable and now I realize why.

This is one the finest hotels in San Antonio. It’s close to the airport and the shuttle is an added bonus. The rooms are spacious and very clean and comfortable. The breakfast is better than most restaurants. While my wife and I always look for a Drury inn while traveling this one is our favorite. If there is something I have to say negative it would be too many elevators…lol

The carpet in my room turned my socks black instantly, the bathroom sink filled up and drained very slow, the mirror had big rust stains, the bottom to the bed (box) had tattered dingy dirty tan cloth around it. At the buffet no matter hw early I went to eat (soon as it open or not) my food was cold and no microwave to heat and the fruit was from a can making it awfully soggy & distasteful. With all the HEB dominance in the area this could have been a time to get fresh fruit. It was not worth the price in my opinion. Upgrade & please clean or remove carpet

hotel is old and pretty worn out. room was clean except for hair in bathroom that never did get cleaned up over 6 day stay. highway was VERY loud all night. as we were getting ready on departure day the electricity went out for more than 2 hours, had to shower in the dark, and there was no emergency lighting on our floor, at all! we struggled down the stairs with our bags in the dark. the snacks and breakfast were ok, not much variety.

It’s not a new place, but it’s well maintained and our room was spotless. Everyone there was pleasant and helpful from the GM Aaron to front desk, housekeeping, food service - they were charming. Rate included breakfast, dinner and drinks! You cannot beat their value proposition.

We have stayed at the Drury Plaza several times and we have never been disappointed. The people are so nice and accommodating, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, at this particular stay, the bathroom was smaller than we expected but the shower made up for it, and the amenities are too good to pass up. Excellent service, good / secured parking, spacious rooms, comfortable bed, the a/c did not cool the room no matter how much we lowered it, the restaurant is only a limited basic complimentary options, no order sit down restaurant. It wotks for many. Not for everyone

Stayed here to catch a 5am flight out of SA. Checkin was easy and Jennifer at the front desk was friendly and professional. The room was clean. The hotel was quiet from the perspective of hallway noise, but there was quite a bit of traffic noise. Pillows were comfortable and the bed was comfortable but jiggly - every time one of us moved in the slightest, the whole mattress moved. It was kind of like sleeping on jello.

Thr room was very clean and mostly comfortable. For some reason all the furniture including the toilet and the tub were only about 18 inches tall. It was like sitting on kids furniture. It was comfortable except for my knees being up near my ears. The room was spacious and the amenities were spot on. Just that odd choice of furniture height.

Appreciated the staff's professionalism and friendliness. Breakfast male manager engaged with all hotel clients and was very knowledgeable about the Drury corporation. Spoke highly of his opportunities with the Drury corporation and it sounds like a great place to work. I would encourage friends and families to seek job opportunities with the Drury corporation. I plan to stay at jury hotels in the future and I will encourage all friends and families to do the same. Thank you for a great experience and I think the San Antonio Airport Drury Inn was one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at. And I've been staying at hotels for more than 40 years.

Our stay was really great! All of the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming to us, especially Aaron the manager and Ana (who our kid really liked);. We had zero issues throughout our stay and would absolutely stay here again. Really amazing experience!

Travelling at 3:30am with two kids both under the age of 4 and front desk was NOT helpful when it came to requesting a shuttle to the airport. Never again will we stay here! Everything could have been avoided with a simple "The first shuttle runs at 3:30", but nope Rene (the horrible rep) wanted to be difficult.

Not the first time we’d stayed here and I certainly won t be the last! Great facilities, wonderful staff and perfect location! You’re in the middle of the hustle of everything but you can’t tell!! Aaron (the general manager) is on point and you can tell he cares! Goes the extra mile for the guest!! YES, we will be back!

This was my first experience with the Drury product and I was really pleased. Check-in was easy, friendly. They anticipated a need and met it before I arrived. Freshly popped popcorn waiting at front desk. Parking in garage was free. Room was well-appointed. Breakfast was pretty impressive for a free meal with several managers on-hand to ensure everyone was happy. And the room was so inexpensive. How do they provide all of that at such a low price? Will definitely stay at a Drury property again when there is one in the city I am traveling to.

This was a quick overnight before an early flight out, but every staff member we came into contact we came into contact with was amazing. Jennifer made check in a pleasure, Richard met us with a smile at 4:45 a.m., and Leo was nothing but friendly on the airport shuttle.

Most of the front desk staff were courteous and helpful except for Richard. He seems to have a bad attitude. I chose this hotel only based on the reviews but I regret my decision based on my interaction with this guy. I have stayed in several hotels but no front desk had such a bad attitude like this guy.

Everything was great. The location is very close to downtown. About 15 minutes. The staff was very friendly. Included breakfast had a lot of options and was pretty decent for hotel breakfast. We only had the evening kickback 1 time. We didnt really eat the food which is a nice option but we were heading to dinner elsewhere. The included drinks are also a nice touch . The hotel is perhaps a tad outdated but everything was clean and we had no issues. Our room was very spacious, had 2 beds and a separate living space with a pull out couch so we were able to spread out with our two teenage sons. This isn’t a property we have stayed at before , but we booked last minute for the final four games and other hotels were not available. Will definitely consider this brand in the future. I would stay at this property again if I don’t want to stay in Downtown. Still very convenient.

Drury Plaza was convenient to many great restaurants and shopping. Easy access to and from the airport. The hotel needs updating. We stayed 4 nights. The first night room was not comfortable at all. Our sink filled up every time we brushed our teeth or washed our hands. The door rubbed the toilet and bath tub to open it. The carpet was filthy. Next morning I spoke to the Receptionist. She gave us a much better room. Carpet was soiled. They allow pets. The hotel needs to remove all carpet and put tile or laminate. We decided there were way too many kids. Multiple families with several kids. They crowded the pool in the day and night. Slamming doors and running the hallway. I think 55+ and over would enjoy Drury, just not when school is out Management and Staff were personable, professional and polite. They have an amazing 5:30-7:00 Happy Hour. Each night has a different selection of food.
