Stayed 2 nights

First, there is no blocked off space to check-in but a bus stop. Then when trying to get into the buildings the door is locked and no one is at the front desk that you can see through the windows. Wait and wait. Finally get in and there is no valet to help with our bags. We did everything. The room was okay. In hindsight, we would have been better off at a Hampton Inn at a much cheaper price. I feel like the 9.7 rating was not legit. No way. The street is very hustle bustle which some may like but not us. FINALLY, there is no parking in their lot bc of a market happening the next day. Parking deck is two blocks away!! Street parking is an option only IF you can find a spot.

Unique hotel close to great food and with easy access to the highway. Lovely staff, comfortable rooms, and the full kitchen was very convenient.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at The Windsor Boutique Hotel! From the moment we arrived, everything felt welcoming, comfortable, and thoughtfully curated. Our room was incredibly spacious, and the artwork throughout was beautiful—it added such a unique and elegant touch to the experience. The accommodations were clean, charming, and truly felt like a special place to stay. The location is perfect for enjoying everything Asheville has to offer, which made our trip even more memorable. Thank you for such a fantastic stay—we had an unforgettable time and will definitely be back on our next visit to Asheville!

The truth is I got everything I wanted at the hotel but a good night's sleep. The people are helpful. The amenities are great. The rooms are large. But it's a creaky old noisy hotel, and the clomping on the floors above my room kept me awake half the night on multiple nights. Bad guests upstairs? Probably, but a properly built hotel would have deadened some of that noise. Shame, I really wanted to like it.
