Check in was easy, location was convenient to restaurants and SUU campus, room was clean and comfortable, layout of the room and bathroom was a little quirky, and shared AC was challenging.

Great, charming old house with loads of personality! With SO much schtuff and numerous nicknacks everywhere, it was surprising that it was as clean as it was; not spotless mind you, but clean enough that we didn’t worry. The breakfast wasn’t bad as it was home cooked. Because there were just a few guests staying at the same time as us, the main food was limited but that was not a surprise. Still, there were other standard options: cereals and bagels, etc. Most importantly, the coffee WAS hot!

Beautiful craftsman house in a nice neighborhood. Close to downtown shops and Shakespeare festival. A wonderful and gracious host. Ample parking.
