Great hotel. It's clean and the staff are very friendly. It's in a fantastic location. Walking distance to the district lines and national rail services. Also, centrally located to a lot of the tourist attractions. Favorite part of the hotel is the water fountains on each floor that has both still and sparkling water to refill water bottles.

We booked a studio room with a bath at Sea Containers London, hoping for a bit of luxury. While the room was spacious, it lacked a view, which was disappointing given the price point. The bathroom was also a good size, but the bath itself felt small and a bit grubby — we didn’t end up using it. From what we gathered, it was an older, unrefurbished room, which explains the slightly tired feel overall. We also tried to visit the rooftop bar, which we’d enjoyed on previous visits, but there was no space — and surprisingly, no tables were reserved for hotel guests. The bars here are stylish and worth visiting, but be prepared for steep prices. The location is a bit awkward unless you're specifically looking to be in that part of the city. With no view from the room, it didn't quite feel worth the extra cost. That said, we did have two solid nights of sleep, and the room was comfortable enough — just not quite the premium experience we expected for the price. ---

Excellent stay with a very pleasant surprise… the cocktail bar in the hotel is literally the worlds best cocktail bar. Great gym, great restaurant, great bars, great views. Will stay here every time I’m in London going forward. Sensational experience.

The hotel is beautiful and our room view was amazing, but there was a stain on the floor (Room 1214) that looked perhaps like sick, and turndown service still hadn’t come by 3.30pm despite putting the sign out at 9am, and we turned them away as we had returned by then.

Overall we had a love stay. Room was spotless with a fantastic view over the river to St Paul’s. Lovely communal spaces and great vibe. Only thing that made it a 4 instead of a 5 was that the team on check-in weren’t particularly attentive or welcoming.

Attended an even at the National Theatre so this was the perfect spot on the south bank for an overnight stay. The room was immaculate, spotlessly clean and lots of space.

The front desk, Bellman, & each team member went out of there way to explain info, provide helpful tips, & ensured we had a pleasant time. The Sea Containers hotel is in an amazing area, has good amenities. This is my second stay within one year. Some of the staff could use better training. Felt like I had to beg for the Expedia VIP benefits upon check in and none of them materialized. I was promised a call when my room was ready and that never happened. Luggage storage went without a hitch on both counts. The concierge team was very helpful and friendly. I don’t want to ding the overall rating based on a few poor interactions upon check in and would still return.

The hotel is in a great location on the river and everything is of a good standard. The room was modern and spacious. It was very clean. I had room service a couple of times. I asked for the automatic service charges to be removed at checkout. That was no problem. However they still appear to be on the receipt so I am going to have to query that which is annoying.

Everything about this Hotel is excellent - the rooms - the bars - the food - the location. The only thing that stopped me giving it 5 stars is being asked at checkout to pay for a service charge for staff at the hotel. This felt awkward and uncomfortable and refusal embarrassing. I do not expect this request and it left a bad taste at the end of a wonderful stay.

The room was excellent, great location, clean and exactly what we had hoped for. We would absolutely stay here again. The only negative was the check, where the staff member made us feel like we were the biggest inconvenience to ever occur to her to showing up at the hotel and checking into our pre-booked room, she was uninterested, curt and just a little rude, which felt entirely unnecessary

Wonderful location - clean, safe and walkable to many interesting places. Blackfriars Station is just steps away and Southwark and Waterloo Stations also close by. Very friendly service and the room was bright and comfortable. Highly recommended.

We loved our stay at Sea Containers! The location is perfect. We were able to walk to Covenant gardens, Big Ben, London eye, Borough market. The staff was wonderful! Lots of dining options along the river.

An excellent hotel, v friendly, professional and available staff. My two observations were regarding their eclectic menu and not acceptable wine selection. Some of the foid options were overpriced and of poor culinary complexion! Add to that the spendy wine list for inferior or “ cheap wines!” I understand the profit motif, but if you want to get a great reputation, I believe that these areas need some work! ( the breakfasts were great!)

Great overnight stay included breakfast, they were busy and had to wait for coffee but that was ok, food was also ok but not exceptional. Went to the cinema in the basement as the weather was bad, that was cool. Had cocktails in Lioness bar then more on the top floor, we enjoyed the Photo Booth in 12th Knot, both bars were excellent. Staff friendly and helpful. Would go back as a special treat.

Hotel was good quality and in a lovely condition on the river. Staff were friendly. Some things did not seem 5* standard like the coffee shop (messy with dirty rugs) and room size. The price is very high, but unfortunately that is the case for most London hotels on a Saturday night in a decent location. Breakfast was decent but not exceptional.

Manager Ellias and the receptionist were all amazing, the staff guys that help with the luggage were the friendliest I ever seen in my entire life, they made up for me with a upgrade to a beautiful room for the miscommunication about vip properties and hotels.com sent me Champagne bottle and a beautiful card. Lovely location with great views of London skyline. Not great for tube but this is offset by quietness of location and rooms. Rooms are furnished to high standard although could do with a bit more wardrobe space. Overall though worth the money and somewhere I will come back to. Be aware when booking that some rooms have no desk.

We picked the hotel because of its position ( 20 minutes from Savoy Theatre) and had a Car Park. Sadly it was not a well maintained room, with 3 lights not working and only one chair in the room.
