Great stay! The man who checked me in was very nice and helpful and I think it was a less busy night so I got to pick what side of the building I wanted on which was super nice! The saltwater pool was great and the pool room had lots of windows in it which made it really nice and pretty. The location is nice. You can walk to concerts and the old mill district.

The pool was closed during the 4th of July Holiday. Really you have the money you should of had it fixed in one day and closed the whole link of our stay.

Had a good stay. we have been coming to this location for over five years and a recent policy change was disappointing at best. Why start charging $12 dollars a day for parking. They have not done this before. Terrible public relations and what idiot in marketing thought this was a good idea for your guests? If you need the money (???) add it into the room price not a tacky add on when you visit and check in. Nice reward for being an Honors member being billed $12 additional dollars a day for parking in a lot that you own with no security. Sad and unwise decision.

Everything was great but the tv brightness goes down with the sun. Bad sensor. When mentioned to front desk she says all the tvs are like that and only solution was to shine phone flashlight at the tv but that didn’t work. Also the elevator down button is broken.

Disappointed after price gouging, charging >$388.00 for a one stay during an local event. They now have an additional $12.00 parking fee per vehicle, per day. Absolutely ridiculous and will be staying at a more reasonable near by hotel in the future.

Great location close to the Old Mill area of Bend. Staff was friendly. Did not like that the pool and hot tub were close. Liked that they arranged the use of Hilton's pool and hot tub, a half mile away.

The bed was quite comfy and the complimentary breakfast was well presented & yummy. Enjoyed the firepit area. So close to our room & what a great place to meet other guests! Being next door to Hayden Homes Amphitheatre completed our birthday weekend. A convenient easy walk to & from our concert.. Bonus was getting to hear Sound Checks which was the icing on the Cake!

My daughter & I had a lovely visit to Bend, OR to attend a concert at the nearby ampitheater. The only slip-up was the room location. We were placed on the 2nd floor directly above the automatic doors on the ground floor. We realized the problem of the noise of the doors opening & closing only after we’d gone to bed & again in the morning with the early risers. It really impacted our sleep.

Location was amazing! Right next to the footbridge into the old mill district, and right on the river trail. Our goals were to go biking and hiking and dining and relaxing. This worked great. The room was smaller than we hoped for - much smaller than a much cheaper room in a similar place in Klamath Falls. To be expected - but, it was interesting!

Considering this is a newer property, I was surprised health, said the walls were. You could hear people walking in the room above you and water through the walls. Every time someone showered, or flushed the toilet. We were in a suite that was right next to an entrance door, and it was very loud (early in the morning).

Right next to the stadium so loud on concert nights. Customer service leaves much to be desired. Staff is grumpy and not helpful or friendly. Breakfast is terrible. Few selections and everything tastes bad. Location is ok, right next to the Old Mill District so convenient for dining. Only every other day housekeeping and even then, housekeeping somehow missed our room and did not clean it on the day that they were supposed to clean it. Disappointing.

The room and property are great, but although check in is at 3pm, we were unable to get a room until almost 5pm. We were there for a concert that doors opened at 5pm, so it was extremely frustrating. Staff seemed indifferent and didn’t offer any guidance to everyone in our same situation waiting in the lobby and outside. Just “we’ll text you when a room is available.”

Very disappointing stay. An hour before checkout, housekeeping banged on our door over and over, even though we were well within our checkout time. It startled and upset my husband and I. It completely ruined our last morning. We felt rushed, unwelcome, and disrespected, definitely not the relaxing experience we paid for.

The check in person could have been a little bit friendlier. Also I don’t know if there was any other rooms available for the one we had prepaid for ( which your desk person let us know that we had booked through a third party) …. I am disabled and cannot walk without assistance our room was 247 clear at the other end of the hotel. It would have been nice to have a room closer to the elevator if it was at all available. Other than that our stay was ok. The room was clean and breakfast was good.

The staff was amazing! I particularly liked Jim and Josh the night guys. We went and watched a show at Hayden Amphitheater and the location of the hotel was perfect. Only a 5 minute walk. When we returned we discovered the fire pit out back which was a great treat to end the night.

Nobody at front desk to check in (or at check out time)...they must be only using 1 employee all the time at the front desk. This means a wait of 5,10, or 15 mins if nobody is there. They do put up a sign that says "We\'ll be back shortly" but several of us had to stand around and wait for that 1 employee to return. Front Desk clerk was friendly and helpful though. Also, no hair dryer in room...that was a unpleasant surprise!

The front desk staff was very welcoming and kind. The pool was great, my kids loved it. Breakfast was hearty and more than I expected. Some of the seats in the breakfast area were really worn and needed to be replaced. Other than that the esthetic was modern and clean. The room and beds were comfortable and clean.

Great location for attending a concert since the gate is practically at the end of the parking lot. Clean, comfy beds and a good breakfast. All we needed. It will cost you but what doesn’t these days.

The property was ok but smelled of wildfire smoke. Not unusual for Bend. The service was friendly and efficient. The hot breakfast was yucky. For the price-it was a concert night-they could’ve done better. I would still probably stay there again for a show at the amphitheater because the location is a very short walk.
