Room was OK, full kitchen a bonus, no closet or place to hang clothes, bath vanity in bedroom so light disturbs someone trying to sleep in, poor elevator design means you have to walk a long way to your room especially if you make multiple trips

Me and my bf had a wonderful stay rooms were clean and everything was nice and cozy we just had a staycation we needed some r&r the pool was nice the spa was warm and both clean breakfast was good!

Found the place run down with big stains on the couch and wallpaper coming off the walls. The shower head looked like it had something black on it like mole. The dressers drawers had no stops on them and would pull all the way out of the dresser. The pool was down for maintenance, but they did have a pass for the Hampton Pool next door. The elevator near our room had broken down on the second day we were there. Asked the front desk for a Do Not Disturb sign several times and finally received one, not sure why something so simple was such a big deal. Can't understand why this hotel is associated with Hilton. Hilton Standards are usually so much more. We won't be back.

The man at the front desk was awesome, very nice and welcoming. The room was huge and clean, i loved having a separate bedroom...a Real suite. The kitchen had a stove, cupboards, full size fridge and dishwasher with dishes. Breakfast was great!

I really enjoyed my stay in this hotel. The room temperature was amazing. The kitchen and dining area was great too. EVERY thing was clean/immaculate. It truly felt like home away from home. The next time I’m in town, I’ll definitely try and book my stay at Homewood Suites in San Bernardino, Ca. I recommend it.

I did not give 5 stars because the room we were assigned did not have any towels and it didn't appear as if the maid had finished cleaning the room. The table was dirty with some dried food and the dresser drawers were all pulled out. We couldn't be sure if the bed sheets and pillow cases were changed.

The staff were awesome. The walls seemed super thin and we heard everything our neighbors said including the 9 year old next to us who was cussing on top of his lungs while playing COD. We complained twice and they spoke to his parents. The 1st night was terrible because of it but our 2nd night stay was way better and we were actually able to get some sleep. The staff tried everything they could to accommodate us and even offered to change our rooms but thought it would be too much of a hassle. Overall, we would stay here again, the noise and the kid wasn’t the hotels fault but they tried all they could do.

We were looking for a place to stay while attending a show at Yamava Casino. This hotel was perfect! Clean, comfortable, safe. The rooms are spacious and have a full kitchen. I will definitely stay again.

My family stayed here for a day. The only things I had to comment on were only two things...the A/C unit didnt work in one of the rooms and the sofa pullout mattress was worn out so you could feel every spring. Other than that, beds were comfortable, there was enough space and they have good complimentary breakfast.

The cost of parking and a pet is not what they state it is when booking. It was alot more when checking in. The furniture in our room was disgusting and house keeping only comes when asked. We were there for a week and never was offered for the room to be cleaned. The AC in the room is great. It really keeps the room comfortable. The beds were very comfortable as well.

We have been to this property about 15 times, but have decided not to return as the service has gotten much worse over the last two years. The check-in felt like an interogation without a single word of welcome, there was plenty of trash in the hallways, the TV and room phone did not work and they put a 24 dollar charge on our card without any bill or explanaition. We really like the homewood suites brand, but will now avoid this property which was once among our favorites.
