This was a very nice and quiet property. The morning breakfast was nice It had Eggs, sausages, muffin, coffee, juice, cereal, yogurt, and oatmeal as well as fresh fruit. Everything you needed to get your day started The pool was small but still a nice amenity to have. The rooms were very simple but clean.

This is a new property with a nice workout room and pool. The bed was very comfortable and the room was very nice. Breakfast was good with lots of healthy options. There’s a outside patio where you can eat breakfast or just sit and enjoy the weather. I would definitely stay there again.

Staff was great. Breakfast was fresh. Pool was great. Gym was great. Wifi was great. Beds were comfortable, location was convenient. Cleanliness of room could've been cleaner. Dust on lightbulbs, crumbs left behind on floor from previous guest, smudge marks on desk from previous guest, dust on bathroom mirror, and for a 4 guest stay there was only 2 towels. This hotel was perfect for a business trip but not so family friendly. Overall it was a good stay with a few minor flaws..

Checked in after 3:00, was given room key, unloaded the car, got to the room only to find it hadn’t been cleaned. Returned to the front desk to be advised we’d have to wait until housekeeping could clean the room. Came back at 8:30 pm to find beds made, floor not vacuumed, bathroom floor and counter with hair on it…only two towels for 4 people. Just not impressed. Also a four floor hotel with one very slow elevator?!?!

Bathroom was dirty. However, I Mentioned it to host and she was very accommodating and put us in a new room. She was Very friendly and made us feel welcome. Comfortable beds and pillows. Breakfast was a little bland but otherwise served its purpose.

Room wasn’t super clean. The bathroom counter had white powder on there around the sink, and a lot of hairs on the floor and a few on the toilet and in the shower/on the shower door. The caulk for some of the shower was coming off and rust stained. Overall room was older with lots of scratches and a random black stain on the carpet. Walls were thin so I could hear the person in the next room snoring. Breakfast was fine.

The property was pleasant and the staff were so helpful! We were disappointed in the advertising of the room as we were counting on 2 beds and a full size pull out couch to accommodate 6 adults, but the pull out couch was only twin sized. The hotel staff explained this would have been a coding error with Expedia and could not switch our room but did their best to make our night stay comfortable!

There were no towels when needed, tv didn't work a full day of my stay. House keeping went in my room took items and stripped the bed before check out while I was at breakfast. I had to call them and wait til they figured out who got my stuff to return it. And still items were missing.

Excellent breakfast, beds were extremely comfortable, and rooms very clean. Only complaint was the only handicapped room that we were able to get had a tub instead of a walk-in shower so husband could not shower.

Service was excellent — esp. the woman on the 3-11 PM shift. My only complaint — as it was a few months ago — is that the breakfasts are fairly boring. Pretty much the same thing every day (just a variation of omelet or scrambled, or turkey or pork sausage or bacon). No pancakes, waffles, sausage gravy biscuits. Most other hotel chains offer these almost every day, I don’t think another option every few days would be asking a lot. And the baked goods selection is REALLY mediocre. Thank
