Very good location. Nicolle the best ! Thank you for solving our problems The bad : it is near impossible to get a parking space because of the other hotels but mainly because a live music show in the premises. Elevators. Only one out of two is working. According to some other guests it’s been several weeks since this problem. In our stay the whole week suffered this problem. Especially at breakfast time you have to make a line to catch it

Excellent property, clean, modern and very comfortable. Friendly staff eager to help customers. Excellent breakfast. Just point out that the hotel needs more facilities to charge electric cars. We were never able to load our car in 10 days. Only 1 of 2 charging stations worked and it was always busy.

However the housekeeping and maintenance weren’t very friendly and rarely greeted guests. One side of the lift wasn’t working, which sometimes led to longer waits. Also, breakfast was supposed to end at 10 AM, but by 9:45 AM most of the food was already cleared away. A warmer attitude from the staff and better attention to these details would make the experience even better. Still, the cleanliness and overall quality of the property made for a nice visit.

The sink in my room was consistently clogged, toilet flush was not working properly, and despite reporting the issue, it was never fully resolved. Communication with the staff was difficult, as they struggled to understand my concerns. Customer service, both at the front desk and over the phone, was slow and unhelpful. The laundry facilities had a broken machine, and staff could not offer a solution. Also, the parking lot was always full, which made it difficult to find a parking spot. The location is great, and the restaurant is pretty good as well. However, the cleanliness and overall maintenance could be a lot better. Why have carpet If it’s not going to be cleaned? It looks quite disgusting all over the hotel. The sofas also need to be cleaned and maintained, it makes a new hotel look antiquated. If you go at night on a weekend, good luck finding parking. Breakfast was decent, but inconsistent because not every day had omelettes which was the better part of the meal

The hotel was very nice and fancy. Really enjoyed it and my family feels the same. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Breakfast had many nice options and staff were friendly. The only problem was I booked Element hotel because it showed EV Charging stations but at the hotel out of two, only one charging station is working. I wasn’t able to charge my car as every time one car would always be in place for charging. I had to go outside for charging and it caused me to pay extra. I am disappointed with the service.

I woke up to cockroach which I did draw to the attention of the front desk. I even have a picture of it as prove which I showed and was told I would be contacted by a manager. To date I have called back the hotel to speak with one, left a message and wasn’t called back. I intentional delayed writing a review to see what follow up will be done, ABSOLUTE FAILURE!

The sheets and blankets had a bad smell. The floor was sticky. The front door in the room didn't open few times due to no battery and took time from us. They fixed it

Overall this was a good stay. The bed is comfortable and the breakfast is decent. The staff are friendly and helpful. There is room for improvement however. The facility is a little outdated and the carpets in the hallways are in need of replacement due to stains and odor. The shower head in the room was not functioning properly and needs repairs.

I loved the room (standard for 2 persons). It was very clean, ac was cold, room was quiet. Options for breakfast but a bit limited for vegetarians and those that don’t eat pork. The bathroom was very nice. Good water pressure in the shower and I appreciated house cleaning every day. Friendly and helpful staff. Only complain is that room was not equipped with kitchenware which I would have appreciated. Overall rating: 4/5 :)

They don’t have a maintenance personnel for emergencies. Had to spend 1 full night without AC which is unacceptable in Miami area in the summer. They fix it next morning around 8am.

The location was great for our trip, as we attended events within the area. The front desk staff was excellent. The only thing I didn’t like were random noises I heard throughout the night from the pipes and below our floor.

Buen servicio y atención solo un evento con un trabajador del Lobby que me dijo no hablaba español, al próximo día lo vi hablando con una persona en Español, le dije que no estaba bien lo que hizo y trato de,explicarme que necesitaba leer los labios, veo bien lo que hizo porque estamos en Estados Unidos pero el desprecio con que me trató no era correcto, necesitan también actualizar el certificado del elevador que está expirado desde el año 2024. Good service and attention, just one incident with a lobby worker who told me he didn't speak Spanish. The next day I saw him talking to someone in Spanish. I told him what he did wasn't right and he tried to explain to me that he needed to read lips. I understand what he did because we are in the United States, but the contempt with which he treated me was not correct. They also need to update the elevator certificate, which has expired since 2024.

Arrived at the property for check in at 3pm the STATED check in time, but was not assigned a room until 1 hour and 40 minutes later. We were in the lobby just waiting and watching every come in after us get their keys right away. We missed our family’s rehearsal wedding dinner because of this and the hotel did NOTHING to accommodate us in any way! They just take your money in FULL but give you PARTIAL poor service. If I were to leave 2 hours late then I would be charged a fee. Same for early check in a fee would apply, but they just treated us unfairly and basically said oh well deal with it

The stay in general was good, but the service of frontdesk team could be more careful. During the check-in I asked to change the credit card to pay and if I could pay all at the check-out. They said I could, but charged the card I asked not to do and now just don’t reply my e-mails.

I’m an Elite guest by Marriot and I was told due to my reservations happening via Expedia they couldn’t allow me the benefit of checking out late. The late check out is at noon. I was given a 12:30p check out which I found completely absurd. Even after I stated of my status I did not obtain the greeting of being welcomed back. This property use to be fabulous to stay at while on business and leisure. This will definitely be my last time as there was hair found on the floor of what’s suppose to have been a cleaned room. Old dated sunken sofa with stains on it. The staff was okay but I’ve witnessed far better that’s for sure.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The facilities were clean, making our visit truly enjoyable. I especially want to highlight the excellent service we received from the receptionist, David. He was incredibly professional, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. David made check-in smooth and was always available to answer any questions with a warm attitude. His outstanding service really made a difference and left a great impression.

Great hotel in a largely commercial area. There are strip malls and restaurants located north of the hotel within easy walking distance. Also cell phone stores if you need a SIM card. Great staff. Great breakfast. Nice exercise room. Laundry facility.

10 out of 10. This hotel is everything you’ll need for a personal, or business. I recommend it. It was so different, the lobby smells amazing, the vibes? Super calm and quiet. The staff? Professional. With a smile on their faces. Pool is relaxing and the restaurant food smells great. The breakfast? Killer!! I thought everything was beautifully designed. My room was super comfortable and spacious, Great job!
