Flott hotellrom med god plass. Fint med lite basseng og solsenger på takterrassen. Sentral beliggenhet og grei gangavstand til Coco Beach (for og ikke ligge på et resort). Noe støy må forventes da det ligger tett opp mot hovedgaten med mye livemusikk osv. Frokosten var veldig begrenset.

Fantastisk sted lengre oppe i 5th Avenue. Flott hotell med godfølelse. Godt isolerte rom slik at det er lite bråk. Enkel kontinental frokost på stedet. Koselig basseng på taket. Flott bad og store rom. Streamingtjenester på tv. Helt genialt og rimelig priset.

Hotel is great for the price. Continental breakfast is a little limited but they do have water coolers on each floor, which is a plus. Pool is very clean and well kept. Rooms are decent and have good working A/C. Awesome staff which are very friendly. The Huge downside for this hotel is the three night clubs that are right across the street. So unless you plan on partying until 3am every night, earplugs are needed for sleeping. The hotel does provide free earplugs.

If you have problem with noise, then do not book. Nezt door is bar with loud music till 03:00am. Hotel has nice roof pool. Breakfast is very simple. But room is big and lots of kitschen equipment.

Muy bonita habitación, muy limpia, espaciosa y todo funcionando, adquirimos el paquete romance el cual incliuye decoración de la habitación, velitas tipo led, botella de vino y fresas con chocolate, todo les quedo de 10. La alberca y terraza super limpia, al hacer el check out nos permitieron seguir haciendo uso de la alberca, nos proporcionaron toallas y al final utilizamos el baño que se encuentra en la terraza y así salimos ya limpiecitos.. recomendado 100% para parejas y familia, super la ubicación.

The hotel was very cute. It had a beautiful courtyard full of lush plants, and a nice rooftop patio. Very convenient location. Close to 5th Ave. Steps from the grocery store, restaurants, night clubs and the beach. The owner and staff were very welcoming and helpful.

Very loud nightclubs across the street that blasts music until 2:30am most nights but other than that I had a really nice time. The rooftop pool was very peaceful. Water pressure in the shower was great too!

Like most other people have mentioned, there are two bars across the street that have loud bass going until three or 4 o’clock in the morning (& we were at the back of the property). If that’s something that won’t bother you, then this property is probably one of my favorite hotels I’ve ever stayed at. It’s got such a great aesthetic, it’s literally around the corner of 5th Avenue, the staff is super friendly & helpful, they have fantastic organic toiletries that you can use, and it’s within walking distance to just about anything you could ever want. The morning breakfast is just simple grab and go stuff, nothing spectacular, so don’t bank on that for anything. It was myself and my daughter (two women) traveling to Mexico for three days by ourselves, and I felt plenty safe. I absolutely loved it, except that we had to have our sound maker on very loud in order to be able to get sleep, because I’m a reasonably light sleeper. But I went into it knowing this, so I don’t necessarily hold it against them. Overall, great stay!

Schönes Hotel, wir hatten das Zimmer über zwei Ebenen mit Poolzugang. Es war ziemlich sauber, das Laken und Kissen hatten flecken die vermutlich nicht mehr rausgehen - überhaupt nicht schlimm. Die Dachterrasse könnte bisschen Liebe (Reinigung z.B. von Vogelkot) vertragen. Das Frühstück war goldig aber eher nichts für anspruchsvolle Menschen. Leider war es alle 3 Nächte bis früh um 3 sehr sehr laut. Der Club direkt gegenüber spielt extrem laut Musik und Nachts hört man die Bässe im Zimmer. Richtig gut konnte ich meist erst ab 3 schlafen.

A great littlle budget hotel. Close to everything. Rooms are spacious and have lots of luttle extras like fridge, coffee pods, nice toiletries. Big beds and well cleaned. Front desk staff are friendly and helpful. Nice light breakfast included and lovely sitting areas. The only downside is completely out of the hands of the hotel is the very noisy club across the road ooen tilll 3am every night. If you are going to ve staying for longer than a nght or two defintely request a high floor at the back of the proerty. The staff were so helpful i accomodating a change of roomfor me after the first 2 nights.

I strongly do not recommend staying at this hotel. Here are the reasons for my disappointing experience: 1. Terrible Noise and Location The soundproofing is absolutely terrible. The hotel is located in a very noisy area, with several bars downstairs blasting deafening music until 2 AM every single night. It’s impossible to get a good night’s sleep. 2. Poor Hygiene and Room Conditions The cleanliness of the rooms was appalling. There were water leaks on the walls, stains on the bedding, and watermarks all over the bathroom. While using the staircase, we noticed the attic was cluttered with piles of bed linens, and the environment there was extremely unhygienic. To make matters worse, on the first night, we woke up with red rashes, likely due to the poor cleanliness of the room. 3. Unhelpful and Dismissive Service When we brought these issues to the attention of the front desk, they dismissed our concerns, claiming the water quality in the area was to blame, which they said was beyond their control. They also stated there were no other rooms available and provided generic, template-like responses that felt entirely unhelpful and robotic. It left us with the impression they didn’t take our concerns seriously. Overall, this hotel was a complete disappointment. If you’re considering staying here, I highly recommend looking elsewhere to avoid the frustration and discomfort we experienced.

I really liked the hotel.There is nothing really negative to mention about it. I booked a Luxury Room, and I was completely satisfied with it. My room (#12) was on the 3rd floor. There was a lot of daylight in the room, because it had a few big windows. Also,I was very happy to have the balcony, which was big as well. The only little issue with the location of my room was a bar,right across the street. The room was not soundproof enough, so I could hear the music from there pretty well. It was not a critical issue for me personally, because I go to bed late anyway (and the music stopped playing around 2 a.m. every night), but if you prefer a peaceful quiet room, you definitely should avoid Room #12.Itwas pretty big and nicely designed. Everything was in very nice condition. It was great to have a little kitchenette with a microwave, coffee machine and etc. I wish the refrigerator were bigger. I liked the King Bed, it was very comfortable. Also I want to point out the great plug situation in the room.There was a little issue with the closet, because it had no hangers. But it was big enough to put a lot of clothes. I really liked that the sink was separate from the bathroom. The bathroom was designed nicely.The shower stall was big. I liked the bathroom amenities a lot.I only wish the bathroom were a little bit bigger. The hotel building is very beautiful. Also the whole hotel is decorated very nicely. All the hotel staff was extra-sweet and friendly.Hotel’s location is great.

We loved how close this is to 5th Avenue shopping! Very convenient! Cute room and decor. Staff was very kind and helpful. The wifi signal was very poor which also affected the TV signal. The hotel is right next to a noisy bar, but it didn't bother us that much.

A great littlle budget hotel. Close to everything. Rooms are spacious and have lots of luttle extras like fridge, coffee pods, nice toiletries. Big beds and well cleaned. Front desk staff are friendly and helpful. Nice light breakfast included and lovely sitting areas. The only downside is completely out of the hands of the hotel is the very noisy club across the road ooen tilll 3am every night. If you are going to ve staying for longer than a nght or two defintely request a high floor at the back of the proerty. The staff were so helpful i accomodating a change of roomfor me after the first 2 nights.

Employees were amazing, especially Pamela. Location was perfect. Hotel was super cute with lots of amenities. It was hard to sleep at night due to the noisy clubs and breakfast was mediocre, but it was a good value and I will be going back.

I personally liked this hotel and especially the location which is a half a block from the end of 5th Street. Yes, there is bar/dance music at night, but it is over around 1-2am and my room was not facing the street. Most of the 5th Street shops and restaurants close around 11pm. There are numerous shopping centers, restaurants, safe bank ATM machines nearby (don't use the street ATMs), shops galore all up and down 5th Street and cross streets. You can walk to the beach and Cozumel Ferry on 5th Street. The Quinta Margarita staff are friendly and go out of their way to take good care of you. The free continental breakfast is okay but good. The Wi-Fi is good. My room was large, with couch, desk, sink, refrigerator, television, and free of pests. There is a laundry shop next door and for 100 pesos (around $5) they will wash your clothes. Please keep in mind for the very friendly hotel rate this is not the Hilton or other high end expensive hotel (I prefer to spend my hard-earned money on all the local tourist activities not the room that I only sleep and shower in). Also, my connecting flight from Dallas was cancelled; however, the hotel staff accommodated my day late arrival by extending my checkout date with no additional charges. If you spend your vacation in the hotel, get an all-inclusive expensive hotel. But if you spend your vacation outside of the hotel stay at the Quinta Margarita Boho Chic Hotel.

The hotel was very cute. It had a beautiful courtyard full of lush plants, and a nice rooftop patio. Very convenient location. Close to 5th Ave. Steps from the grocery store, restaurants, night clubs and the beach. The owner and staff were very welcoming and helpful.

Despite the exceptional service provided by the staff, our stay at the hotel was marred by a number of factors that severely impacted our ability to get a good night's sleep. The two bars located right next to the hotel played loud music until the wee hours of the morning, making it difficult to sleep. Additionally, construction work on the building adjacent to the Boho Chic hotel began early in the morning, around 8am, adding to the noise pollution. To make matters worse, the hotel room was not soundproof, and we were unable to escape the constant cacophony from the bars and construction site. In addition, we were disappointed with the breakfast buffet offered by the hotel, which did not live up to our expectations based on the information provided on their website. Rather than a wide selection of options, we were only able to choose between a slice of toast, a bun, or a sugar-coated cross bun, along with some fruit. This was far less than what we were led to expect. Despite these issues, the one redeeming feature of our stay at the hotel was the exceptional service provided by the staff. Their attentiveness and professionalism went a long way in making our stay as pleasant as possible, despite the noise and other inconveniences.

Flott hotellrom med god plass. Fint med lite basseng og solsenger på takterrassen. Sentral beliggenhet og grei gangavstand til Coco Beach (for og ikke ligge på et resort). Noe støy må forventes da det ligger tett opp mot hovedgaten med mye livemusikk osv. Frokosten var veldig begrenset.

This was a beautiful boutique hotel very conveniently located to Fifth ave and the beaches. The staff were so friendly and accommodating. I enjoyed the roof top loungers and small pool. It was only 3 ft deep, but great for a cool down. They had breakfast available but only until 10:00, and that was about when I woke up. And that was because of the club across the street. Music was excessively loud until 2:00, Friday and Saturday were always louder. And that is why breakfast should be available until noon. Hotel should also provide guests with ear plugs! Great laundry located next door and very economical. Highly recommend if you are prepared for late nights.

If you have problem with noise, then do not book. Nezt door is bar with loud music till 03:00am. Hotel has nice roof pool. Breakfast is very simple. But room is big and lots of kitschen equipment.

Es un hotel lindo, claro ya se ve un poco viejo y está cerca de discotecas por lo cual se escucha mucho ruido en las noches/madrugadas, el desayuno solo era pan y cereal lo cual no es tan favorable porque hay otros hoteles con desayuno incluido realmente, el personal fue muy atento, sin embargo, no sería un hotel donde volvería a quedarme

This hotel is super cute and in an excellent location walkable to everything Playa del Carmen has to offer. Staff was super nice amd helpful. Accommodations were comfortable. Breakfast was simple. It hit the spot...bread, fruit, peanut butter, coffee. In room fridge was helpful. The ony negative was the loud club across the steeet until 2am. Unfortunately, the hotel cannot control this. Overalll, a great one nite stay.

Like most other people have mentioned, there are two bars across the street that have loud bass going until three or 4 o’clock in the morning (& we were at the back of the property). If that’s something that won’t bother you, then this property is probably one of my favorite hotels I’ve ever stayed at. It’s got such a great aesthetic, it’s literally around the corner of 5th Avenue, the staff is super friendly & helpful, they have fantastic organic toiletries that you can use, and it’s within walking distance to just about anything you could ever want. The morning breakfast is just simple grab and go stuff, nothing spectacular, so don’t bank on that for anything. It was myself and my daughter (two women) traveling to Mexico for three days by ourselves, and I felt plenty safe. I absolutely loved it, except that we had to have our sound maker on very loud in order to be able to get sleep, because I’m a reasonably light sleeper. But I went into it knowing this, so I don’t necessarily hold it against them. Overall, great stay!

The staff was friendly and helpful The breakfast it’s not what expected but it works specially if you are not vegan and no traveling with kids at least you have something to put on your mouth before starting the day . No vegan options thou I got a bottle of wine which I don’t understand if i was solo traveling with a kid . There is no elevator but staff helped me with the bags which it was really helpful .
