Cute boutique hotel. Parking a little tricky have to leave it on the side for valet and it’s parked off property but hotel is close to everything.

The hotel was nice, clean, staff friendly. My biggest complaint is that there were a SIGNIFICANT amount of hidden charges for our one night stay. Charges that didn’t make any sense. There were 3 different types of tax charges, amenities fees, etc., and the only option for parking to use their system. They didn’t tell me until later that it costs $62 per night (not including the $9 “parking tax”). When we pulled up, the sign looked as if it was marked no cost for overnight guests, which would make sense because the room was on the more expensive side, and no one said a word about any extra charges. However, when i asked about the charges on my bill as i checked out, I was told it was “clearly written.” I’m attaching pictures to show how “clear” it was.

We loved this hotel that was built in 1910. The rooms are redone with industrial-modern furnishings that give a back-in-time feel to the room. Bathroom was large and beautiful. They even had robes for us and a yoga mat! The bar downstairs gives off speak-easy vibes and the restaurants was top notch!

Hotel had valet parking which was very convenient. Lobby and hotel bar had a great vibe with happy hour drinks and fantastic service. Hotel was tastefully decorated with an elegant Hollywood tongue in cheek look. Lovely bedroom decor, bright and spacious and comfy bed. Location was great - walkable to Pike Place Market. Couldn't ask for more!

I had a great experience staying at this hotel during my trip to Seattle. The location is excellent—within easy walking distance to many of the city’s top attractions, restaurants, and shops. From check in to check out our experience at the Kimpton Palladian Hotel exceeded our expectations. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The boutique hotel is attractive and warm, and our room on the 6th floor was outstanding. Maybe due to it being a corner room it was extremely quiet. The room was immaculate, and the bed incredibly comfortable. I appreciated the magnified makeup mirror and fresh citrus shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion. We didn't use the robes but they looked luxurious. Coffee was ready in the lobby at 5am each morning. This location is perfect in a walkable city like Seattle. We would definitely stay here again.

This property surprised me. The hotel itself is charming. Very clean and comfortable rooms and a top notch service staff. Everyone was friendly and helpful and took pride in their work. The Belltown location is perfect for tourists as it is in walking distance to all major attractions and has many top quality restaurants in the neighborhood. I’d definitely recommend staying in this little gem of a hotel.

It's right in the middle of the city the walls are paper thin so you can hear everything . The heater makes a lot of noise . It's a cute hotel I love The asthetic . Staff seemed kind of shocked when I said I wanted to check in idk why if I'm not their normal type of customer but maybe they can hide their shock next time

Our room a/c was not cooling, it was hot! This is while the city is on a heat warning and there is no maintenance available at 4PM in the afternoon. Was offerred a fan until the next day, I accepted to then be handed a tiny tabletop fan. This did not help. No rooms were available and the option we were given was "open the window!" Again, heat warning in Seattle!!

The hotel has a great designer and I love the books everywhere. The spa bathroom was nice but it didn’t feel like a corner room to me. I also felt there wasn’t much sound insulation in the building and could feel every coil in the mattress. As cute as the design is this wasn’t a very comfortable stay in Seattle. Will try another hotel in the area when up next month.

I paid for a King Suite, and it seems like we were given the very basic King room. Orbitz stated we were to receive dining and drink credits and it was never mentioned during check-in. The shower head in the room was installed incorrect so we had to shower pressed up against the wall without the ability to adjust. There was nowhere to place luggage and no luggage rack in the room, so all luggage remained on the floor. The ironing board was broken and the daily service charge which includes Wi-Fi is a waste since the Wi-Fi was useless in our room. The Staff tried to correct the issues, but the major ones remained. Overall, the staff was nice, but the room was probably the WORST room I have stayed at in a very long time for the price I paid.

This was an absolute gem. Everybody was so nice, they didn’t have my VIP gift book. I was text as soon as I entered my room and she brought it right up to me. Absolute amazing service. I would highly recommend.

We stayed at this property and had several issues along the way including the valet losing the key card for a Tesla (thankfully was able to drive home using the phone as a key), missing garage door opener from the car, no housekeeping done until requested, poor communication on how some of these problems would be handled and compensated for and then never followed through on what they had suggested. Staff seem quite unhappy and many just don’t seem to care which is unfortunate and it sounds like management is not Overly supportive of their staff, understaffing issues, trying to cut/save costs but it’s apparent by the problems it’s creating.

We really liked the room and the hotel staff were very helpful and friendly. They checked on us daily to see if we needed anything. The lobby and always were very dark and a bit creepy, but the room was a lot more modern with every amenity you could think of. The location was also great for hitting all of the tourists spots on foot, very centrally located.
We really liked the room and the hotel staff were very helpful and friendly. They checked on us daily to see if we needed anything. The lobby and always were very dark and a bit creepy, but the room was a lot more modern with every amenity you could think of. The location was also great for hitting all of the tourists spots on foot, very centrally located.

From check in to check out our experience at the Kimpton Palladian Hotel exceeded our expectations. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The boutique hotel is attractive and warm, and our room on the 6th floor was outstanding. Maybe due to it being a corner room it was extremely quiet. The room was immaculate, and the bed incredibly comfortable. I appreciated the magnified makeup mirror and fresh citrus shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion. We didn't use the robes but they looked luxurious. Coffee was ready in the lobby at 5am each morning. This location is perfect in a walkable city like Seattle. We would definitely stay here again.

The initial checkin experience was not great, front desk lady said we’d get a text when the room was ready but we never did. But afterwards the staff was great. Melody in particular was very friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean with proper amenities but walls are pretty thin. Overall a great option for proximity to Pike Place and dog friendly!

Great location to walk and explore Seattle, Pikes market, hop on off bus, etc. Hotel had coffee in lobby and plenty of lobby space, bar and restaurant. Staff will store luggage if you arrive early. Accommodations were well above standards. Great night's sleep.

Very nice rooms. Great restaurant and bar. Great staff. Unfortunately, there were a lot of homeless, drug using individuals right next to the hotel. Did not feel comfortable having our 2year old granddaughter with us there.

The location was perfect--within walking distance to Peak Market and lots of transportation options. The staff was excellent--very attentive and helpful. The room was, well, roomy, but there was little space to put things. For example, there was only a desk--not anywhere to put a suitcase (like a counter or a suitcase holder). In the bathroom, there wasn't somewhere to put your clean clothes. I know the hotel doesn't control the atmosphere outside of the hotel, but there were bunches of homeless wherever we walked.

Valet parking on Virginia Street wasn’t the easiest experience. It was a pet friendly hotel but there was no where outside the facility for my dog to use the bathroom. I would not order room service again from Shaker and Spear - the food was either undercooked or over cooked - I wasted over $125 on food I didn’t couldn’t eat.

We loved this hotel that was built in 1910. The rooms are redone with industrial-modern furnishings that give a back-in-time feel to the room. Bathroom was large and beautiful. They even had robes for us and a yoga mat! The bar downstairs gives off speak-easy vibes and the restaurants was top notch!

I absolutely loved my room! The phone and trying to get a hold of dining doesn’t seem to work well or front desk but the people who work there were really nice and the food I had for breakfast in the hotel restaurant was awesome! I wish they had coffee Maker in the room. The area down there has a lot of folks who are on drugs or homeless or sketchy. We booked this property specifically as it was across from the Moore Theater and we wanted to walk to the concert. The building is older and as a result the rooms are small and oddly shaped but overall it had a very boutique feel. Small quirks like having a sitting area in a long corner, TV mounted on an easel in the middle of the room and a thermostat that was literally installed behind the corner of the bed headboard where you couldn\'t actually see it provided some unexpected challenges. Many have commented on the tub/shower combo space with no shower door, but it seemed fine. Location was great and we were able to easily walk to Pikes Place and the surrounding area. On site bar was very nice but the restaurant had very limited menu options. Neither was open very late which was disappointing after our show. Staff was surprisingly apathetic about our experience and showed no real interest in our needs. Even getting our car resulted in "oh, the valet is around here somewhere, you\'ll have to wait" type of comments. However, the beds were comfortable and we did have a good time overall.
