We stayed for 3 nights on arrival into Nairobi. It worked well with 3 kids, they loved the pool. You need to use Uber to get around which worked well. Not much immediately around the hotel, but pretty similar to most. Snack bar is really useful and hist was very helpful. Enjoy.

My stay here was simply amazing. Property could use a face lift but I’d still rate it a 5 star for services offered and security. We were booked for 17 days with my family and we were in and out between safaris etc. Affordable laundry services on site , affordable meals on site and convenience to malls etc. I would definitely recommend and stay here again.

I stayed only one night. It is not a typical hotel, but apartments managed like a hotel (in terms of booking, and cleaning service of the rooms), but you can stay pretty on your own in look on food (full equipped kitchen), if you wish so. They have a gym you can use, and a pool. Parking spot available for every single department. The only thing, what I noticed was not working well, was the WiFi, It went off and on all time. Absolutely loved staying at Mimosa, and when I am back in Nairobi again I will stay here. The staff are spectacular. The cooks are incredible, the breakfasts are amazing as are any other meals you order. The property is well kept, the apartments are spacious and clean and it's perfect for a short or a long stay. Next time we are in Nairobi we'll be staying here. You can also walk to a Carrefour that's only an 8 minute walk and there are lots of other shops in the same complex.
