Not the best stay. The hotel is very loud and having very small rooms doesn't help. Paid a resort fee of $100 and the only thing I was able to use was parking. Restaurant was closed and the Pool and Bar was being used as a bikini photo shoot. Not the best for a family with small children.

I got 15 percent discount on food. No room upgrade but the room was comfortable nonetheless. I could only see a sliver of the bay from the roof top . There were ear plugs at my bed side- so I feared the hotel would have loud events. If they did, I slept through them without need of ear plugs. The hotel is modern and chic. This is a cool spot and staff were always super friendly and helpful. Our room design was slightly strange in terms of the placement of the wardrobe which had the minibar and coffee machine inside the structure but otherwise the bed was comfortable and we were happy there. Great facilities - loved the gym and yoga deck.

The entire hotel was immaculate and had a trendy chic atmosphere. The pool is beautiful and offers stunning views from the roof top. The staff were all friendly and attentive. You choose your floor before calling the elevator and present the room key for access which gave us mostly unshared rides which I liked. Small details such as fun fortune cookies and earplugs near the bed to cancel out city sounds were appreciated. Overall the hotel exceeded my expectations. I had a wonderful experience and will stay again if ever in Miami.

We were expecting to have a nice time on the rooftop pool but the hotel was hosting an event at the pool all day. All guests have “access” to events but this was way overcrowded. We got to the rooftop at 4 and all chairs were already taken and the pool edges were full. There was an armed security guard on the roof patting everyone down that entered. We were not the only guests that just decided to go back to our room at that point. It only got busier from there, every time we left the hotel there was a line of at least 15 people waiting outside to get to the rooftop. Given the price of the stay this was unexpected, the hotel basically turned in to a club for the night. Sadly this was our only day staying there, the hotel itself seemed very nice but we never would have stayed there had we known this beforehand.

We're a couple in our 40s and stayed Sat - Mon. I booked upon recommendations from Travel + Leisure, but overall we were disappointed because it looked much better on paper than in reality. Pros: - Cute, boutique style, looks good in pictures - Great location - Comfy beds - Room was quiet at night - Everyone was friendly Cons: - Beauty is skin deep, don't look too close. Dirty grout, broken faucet handles, etc. - Housekeeping cleaned but forgot to replace towels and water - The $35 daily "urban fee" is an extra hidden charge and doesn't provide much value unless you are there to use their bikes, eat at the restaurants, use the gym, etc. - Pool closed an hour before the time published on website, so we didn't get a chance to use it

We had an issue in the room with 2 cockroaches in the room, and we got moved to a smaller room which was not as accommodating as the first one . I understand that this can happen , but I feel i got downgraded with my accommodation, especially because this was of no fault of mine . Would I stay here again ? Probably not . It’s the little things that make a difference in service .

The hotel itself also has fun events each night, and the staff are really helpful and hospitable. Only feedback is that the rooms were not fully clean. There was quite a bit of dust under the beds. Other than that, I would recommend staying at this hotel!

Great customer service and attentive however their house keepers must do a better job at washing and sanitizing the blankets I had to have them swap my sheets and blankets just for them to have stains on them as well. Also the room could have been cleaned better. The small table was dirty and so were the floors.

The rooms are Spartan at best. Would have been nice to have more hard surface area, like a desk or table. If you had some items, like keys, wallet, etc it would have to go on a 3 in wall ledge or bed.

It was a nice hotel but not all that glitters is gold. The A/C in our room didn’t work, so it was very toasty. We ran into a price discrepancy at the rooftop bar but they gave us free drinks as a solution. Other than that, it’s a beautiful establishment. The pool area was great. Perhaps a free, continental breakfast could be added.

This is a perfect stop for the Wynwood area walking distance to all of the cool bars and restaurants. My only small thing was literally just not being able to control the temperature in the room because it’s an eco-friendly hotel. I cannot imagine staying here in the summer because I would probably end up sick from either being freezing, cold, or stuffy hot, otherwise love and probably would stay here again

This hotel was clean and in a great area. The rooms are a bit small but they are updates - the bathroom was large and had a nice shower. It can be a bit loud at night with the bars around the property but they provide earplugs if you are a light sleeper. Overall I’d definitely stay here again!

I was very impressed by all the staff including the front desk staff. Fabiola went above and beyond to make sure that my stay was complete. She was professional and always willing to answer any of my questions and assist me if needed anything. All front desk staff were kind, helpful and pleasant. My room was clean and the amenities were great! Will visit again soon!

Really nice hotel, rooms are on the smaller side but very clean. Service could be better particularly at the cafe restaurant and the food is a hit or miss. The free events at the hotel and dining credit was a nice add on. I would definitely stay here again.

Hands down the best service I have received at a hotel even from larger brands. Daniela and the rest of the front desk staff provided very effective communication before I even checked in and were so accommodating to all of my needs. The restaurant staff was also very efficient and welcoming.

My partner and I recently stayed at Arlo Wynwood to celebrate our anniversary. Unfortunately, our experience was far below the standards we expected—especially given the rates . Major Concerns During Our Stay: 1. Unsanitary & Unclean Room - Upon arrival, we discovered heavily stained sheets (what appeared to be bodily fluids). - When we reported this, the replacement sheets also had visible stains (resembling fecal marks). - The balcony had marijuana residue and discarded joints,indicating it had not been cleaned prior to our arrival. - The room had a persistent damp, spoiled odor, forcing us to air it out constantly. 2. Maintenance & Safety Issues - A bathroom leak caused water to pool on the floor, requiring us to use all our towels to avoid slipping. - Despite multiple reports to staff (Isavory, Chris, and another front desk agent), only a temporary fix was attempted, and the leak returned. 3. Poor Service & Miscommunication Delayed responses on our initial complaints Indifferent staff after multiple reports, no manager followed up or offered compensation. - Rude bartender—refused to honor drink vouchers despite prior confirmation that they were valid. -Valet failures—waited 30-40 minutes each time due to a broken system, with no warning.

Our stay at Arlo was everything we could have hoped for and more. The staff and their incredible service was definitely the highlight, though the property and rooms were also quite great. From reception to the valet, everyone was pleasant and always wiling to assist. Every one of our requests were accommodated including getting a microwave for our room as it initially didn't have one. My only tip would be to keep in mind that parking is quite expensive and there aren't any other options besides the hotel valet. Highly recommend if staying in Wynwood.

A wonderful stay at Arlo Wynwood yet again. The hotel staff are exceedingly kind but with a light touch; that is, they're eager to help but will stay out of your way if you prefer that. It's the kind of attentiveness and sensitivity I look for in a great hotel. I will definitely be back!

It was really disappointing: - The room cleaning service was not done till late in the afternoon (5-6 pm), later on the housekeeping lady explained to me that they prioritized the check out rooms and later the rooms of actual guests. This decision is so bad for the guests you have in house still! - When I went to ask for the cleaning service the person that was in the front desk was very rude and corrected my English with a very bad attitude and being sarcastic - They didn’t left complimentary water cans in the room for 3 days in a row - They didn’t changed towels or bed sheets/quilt for our entire stay (6 nights) - They have a SMS service that supposedly listens to you and solve problems but they never answered any of my messages - They gave us the room in the 4th floor that is above the bar, even with double glass window everything filters inside - The rooms of the 1st two categories are really small In general, nice location, new hotel, very bad service, very bad housekeeping and not a great experience ☹️

A couple steps away the area is trash. Overwhelmed with all the graffiti. A couple blocks away there were places to eat but hard to find a parking space, in order to park you had to pay the meters everywhere in the area. The hotel was pricey right along with the every day parking garage. I was being nice when i gave it a 4 but a 3 is well deserved.

Arlo is my go to when staying in Miami. It is very very centrally located to everything. Tons of food options and safe for walking. The rooms are a bit tiny, but the decor, staff and facilities make up for it by far.

Booked this stay last minute and was blown away with the service, amenities, and cleanliness of the hotel. The location is also just a quick walk away from the shops and restaurants of Wynwood. I would definitely stay here again!

Great location in the Wynwood neighborhood of Miami filled with great restaurants and art all within walking distance from the hotel! The hotel itself also has fun events each night, and the staff are really helpful and hospitable. Only feedback is that the rooms were not fully clean. There was quite a bit of dust under the beds. Other than that, I would recommend staying at this hotel!

Although the hotel was very nice the area just felt unsafe and dirty. Hotel has a parking lot with a metal gate they keep down. Lots of homeless sleeping on the street. Seems like an area they are trying to revive but it's not there yet..

loved the hotel, loved the staff and the amenities. the area around the hotel is definitely sketchy. the staff told us not to walk around the neighborhood.

Really nice hotel, rooms are on the smaller side but very clean. Service could be better particularly at the cafe restaurant and the food is a hit or miss. The free events at the hotel and dining credit was a nice add on. I would definitely stay here again.

We loved our stay at the Arlo - it was located in the heart of the hip Miami scene - and the service at the Wyn Wyn restaurant was amazing - the delicious food was exceptional and our server Rocio went out of her way to make sure we had anything we wanted! Each dish was a delight, and we are food people, so that says a lot! We loved the Avocado and Basil pesto (so delicious!) toast. We would definately come back and add more time to enjoy the Sushi Restaurant, and rooftop salt water pool!

Hotel is good, service stand point is great too servers are really nice and friendly, breakfast is really bad, the omelette was really below average, it was stemmed, taste like cardboard whole eggs not fresh shell eggs at all, I was expecting something better. The over easy eggs today I choose to have fresh eggs were well done !! Fruit plate was so inconsistent , green pineapple yesterday and mold grape today. Pool bar food limited can’t add any protein to a salad !!!! Manager in front of me told her two bartenders not to take any food order because she doesn’t know who will work on the pantry, that’s was way after 12:00 noon when bar opens was open already, at 12:30 pm ask the bartender if he can find order food it’s ok, he was great and polite, salad tasty and big portion, but may. We’d to add a self contain Rational oven to add proteins on the menu by the pool. Way overpriced food and drinks, a Mezcal old fashion $ 36 that’s higher than the cost of the mezcal bottle.

So to unpack... Parking is NOT free. My small SUV cost $60 a night. Everything is priced like it's a resort (it is not) with up-charges for everything. The earplugs next to the bed were a clue, and it is loud being in the flight path of MIA airport. Then entire East side of my room was a window/balcony with a floor to ceiling 'blackout' curtain that didn't stop the room from being completely lit at 7:00 AM. The dining room and bar are NOT open S,M, or Tuesdays. Frankly I was disapointed enough to check out a day early and left. The homeless guy taking a bath in the gutter next door during a rain storm might have helped influence me.

The hotel & room were fine. I didn’t appreciate the $15 food coupon that was not available for breakfast. We were told that it was only available for lunch. Check in is at 3:00, much too late for lunch. So the food coupon is a scam.

This hotel was clean. It was in a very nice location. I had it. I really really nice experience here. My room was ready early. Which was a nice surprise since it was my birthday. And the most sweet, sweetest and helpful associate checkers and named Asia! I met the manager. She was very nice and Hosea was one of the bartenders that worked upstairs at the pool bar and he was so accommodating. I really enjoyed myself and I will definitely be back.
