Bra beliggenhet i forhold til shopping. Rene rom med fin utsikt fra balkongen på rommet. Litt styr med frakt med buss til stranden, men det var det verdt. Nydelig strand.

Balcony has a nice view of the city and ocean. The access to the beach club and proximity to the mall for shopping were the main reasons for selecting the Krystal Urban Cancun.

No me gustó la limitación en el club de playa, tienen restricciones de horarios y días para su uso,además que el servicio de la transportación solo cuenta con dos horarios que son muy temprano.

Mucho tiempo perdido en recepción para Chek in y on hacen la habitación hasta en la tarde. Alberca inaccesible con Agua helada

EL CLUB DE PLAYA SI ES GRATIS Y SUENA BONITO TODO LO QUE TE OFRECEN, PERO AL LLEGAR AL CLUB TE OFRECEN PAQUETES DE VIAJE CON PRECIOS EXORBITANTES. YO SOLO QUERIA DISFRUTAR DE LA PLAYA CON LA FAMILIA Y 4 SEÑORES PASARON INTENTANDO CONVENCER PARA QUE LES COMPRARA ALGUNOS PAQUETES, AL FINAL SOLO ESTUVE 3 HORAS EN LA PLAYA Y TODO EL TIEMPO QUE ME QUITARON NO ME LO REPUSIERON

Good sized room with the basic amenities. Great view from the balcony. Swimming pool was a good size and lounge furniture was comfortable. Breakfast selections were tasty.

There is no bar, restaurant looks more like a cafeteria. Bathroom lighting is insufficient.

On Hotels.com it states parking is free. Not true. They gave us the wrong room keys, the bellman used his universal keys to get us in, someone had their luggage in there. :-( it was someone else's room. Bad! We could not use handicap parking, cone in the way, we could not have access to pool towels, unless trade in ID at the front desk. Very inconvenient in a dripping wet bathing suit. Bad. unrepaired ceiling in hallway from rain damage

The only good review is the buffet was pretty good but the fact the entry door to our room was broken and didn’t close unless pulled was sketchy. Our bathroom door was consistently locking us in and wouldn’t open. The sheets were stained as well as the towels.

Mala Atención y mala higiene y servicios , Me mendigaron 70 pesos que ellos olvidaron cobrar de impuesto, como si con los inconvenientes no hubiera tenido suficiente, lo mínimo que podían hacer no cobrarlo después de las cucarachas y chinches en la habitación, les dejé un billete de 200, les comenté que no quería ni su cambio, no te compensan su mal servicio

Bed sheets stink and dirty. I had to asked to be removed and replaced

en 8 dias de mi estancia 3 dias no hicieron limpieza, tuve que solicitar toallas en 2 de esos dias.

Room was clean and nicely appointed. Staff was very attentive and fluent English. Close to everything.

Desde el Día que llegamos la Habitación sucia las sábanas y toallas olían horrible y llena de cabellos, la Limpieza en general terrible, lleno de humedad los Techos, me Daba asco fui a quejarme y me indicaron que no estaban haciendo el aseo por Las Fechas, al Menos Esta ubicación de Cancún no lo recomiendo

Check-in was delayed by almost an hour due to high occupancy and this was inconvenient, but probably rare. Otherwise, I liked it a lot. I was on the 11th floor with a King bed. The view was amazing. And the bed was extremely comfortable. I am still thinking of the bed, 12 hours after checkout. The towels were also excellent. And I can confirm that it was spotless clean.

las instalaciones estas deterioradas y en mi caso el baño de mi habitación estaba sucio y descuidado.

Too long to check in. The room smelled

The hotel is quite old, poorly maintained, and dirty. There are no amenities, and during our stay, a pool event prevented us from using it. The buffet was very poor, and the meeting room was unusable due to the lack of air conditioning. I would recommend looking for alternative accommodations, as this one is not worth the price.

Quarto grande e limpo , vom uma vista maravilhosa.

It's a really good hotel to stay at. Staff is very friendly and the property is clean. The only downfall is you have to pay for parking. Be careful with the balcony sliding door as it locks by itsel and if you get trapped in you balcony, it can be a while for someone to get you. Some showers also leak, and if youre on a top floor the water pressure is very low.

Desk Attendant ignored us during our check in. Two attendants were helping two seperate parties. There was a third desk which no one was working at. We got in line behind the people who were being helped. After waiting 5-10 minutes , a man walks up to the desk without an attendant. The people we Were behind complete their transaction and we step up to the desk. At which point the desk attendant went over to the man who just walked up and starts helping him and tells us the line is now on the other desk. This was incredibly rude and unwelcoming. We will not be returning to this resort. Uli (i think his name was) was professional and pleasant to deal.

La mejor atención. Recibida por la srita Nadia ya que por ser miembro VIP me apoyó en hacer check in antes de la hora ya que venía de un viaje largo y cansado. Muy recomendable.

La ubicación es buena la propiedad se ve que le dan mantenimiento sin embargo el cuarto estaban sucio con cabellos hasta en las cortinas el personal de recepción groseros y burlones dos mujeres y un hombre como tienen gente asi

Es la segunda vez q llego a este hotel y el recepcionista de nombre Ulises da un trato inapropiado a los huéspedes se supone q la entrada check inn es las 15:00 hrs y te deja esperando hasta 40 min portándose se un a forma despota y nada profesional

Front desk was helpful and very welcoming. The hotel itself is a nice upper mid level hotel that has an outstanding pool and the room was spotless! Breakfast buffet was generous with great service. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

Le falta mejorar la atención del personal de recepción

I have stayed in this hotel in previous years and I have had no issues but it seems like the entire management has changed. I was very disappointed firstly when I requested for a late check out the lady at the desk was very rude, she had zero experience with customer service. Very abrupt and was speaking on top of me. I asked to speak to her duty manager to who she spoke to in Spanish without realising I understand Spanish who supported her and when I was complaining to him about her attitude he was telling me I can’t help you with a late check out. He failed to even ask what the issues was and just started defending his colleague and not possible for a late check out. I told him I no longer required a late check out after her poor behaviour and bad manners. To embarrass her before I left I told her just for our information I do understand Spanish to next time be careful around foreign people which she did feel ashamed off. The manager on duty really needs training on how to run a reception desk as he was equally as bad as her with dealing with customers checking in to hotel. The hotel has really gone down hill and they do not care about guest. Also when giving city tax make sure they give you correct change as they try and steal your money I had to ask for my change. The breakfast was poor, after requesting for milk and tea I had to wait until my eggs were cold. I have stayed in this hotel over the past 5 years under different management but I wouldn’t return. Excelente ubicacion, a pasos del mall Americas con muchas opciomes para comprar y comer. El hotel es un tanto antiguo pero cumple su funcion. Tiene una piscina buena y buen parking. Lo mas destacable es su ubicacion y la relacion precio-calidad.

Muy buena solo que halla un poco más de variedad en sus comidas y cenas

Solamente, el horario de desayuno, empiezan a las 6:30am muy tarde para las salidas de los tuor, ya que solicitamos desayunos pero no pudimos disfrutar de los desayunos ya que los tour salieron a las 6:00am. Una sugerencia podrían empezar los desayunos a las 5:45. Gracias

The bathroom was incredibly dirty. The food at the restaurant was of very poor quality and not very tasty.

Maybe more items for breakfast ( fresh fruit) every time I came down to eat breakfast, no more fresh fruit, and restock the buffet for breakfast is 10:00am is empty when the buffet is until 11:am. Other than that everything is pretty nice.

Lili and most of the front desk staff was great. The hotel in general is fine but the rooms are hot and the shower ain’t the best. Pool area was decent. Food at the restaurant and at the cafe are a HARD PASS.

Senic sunrise from 14th floor balcony! Exceeds expectations in every way. Breakfast was well worth it. We were well rested, well fed and on our way. Thank you.

Terrible service at the pool, no option to eat between 11:0@ am to 1:00 pm , no body take care of you for drinks or any other service, very disappointed
