This hotel has been updated, which was overdue. It is a great option for Park & Fly, as they will shuttle you both directions and it’s cheaper than paying to park at the airport.

Excellent facility. Close to airport which we needed. Michael, the shuttle driver from the hotel to the airport, was outstanding. Professional, friendly, and safety minded. Snow storm was bad and he drove very professionally. Dinner the evening before was very good; Kari, the server, was excellent. Will stay here again.

Great hotel with a wonderful indoor/outdoor pool area. I was disappointed the Tiki Bar was only open on the weekends as we stayed during the week and left Saturday morning. The landscaping was not great, plants were dead and in need of replacement. The bathroom inside the pool area didn't close properly and wouldnt lock. The balcony attached to our room had beer caps left so it wasnt checked or cleaned before our stay. All in all it was a nice hotel and the location was convenient and close to shopping/restaurants. The staff was wonderful, very helpful and pleasant.

Cleanliness, and the fact the hot tub was out of order, are my only concerns. The bathroom, had hair from heads and shaving all over the shower and corners of the room. The floor looked like it hadn't been vacuumed in some time. The room was comfortable and the bed was perfect. The staff were super nice and attentive.

The pool and hot tub were filled with kids, jumping, splashing, and throwing things. We could not use the pool. There were 2 piles of vomit in the hallway going to our room. We spoke with a worker and he acknowledged that it was there, but didn’t do anything about it. This was Saturday evening, as we were leaving Sunday morning around 9am, we noticed the vomit still had not been cleaned up. There was trash everywhere in the halls and outside around the pool and bar area. Disgusting place. Many regrets about picking the Sheraton.

Nice hotel with a nice pool area, however the pool area does not appear to be cleaned regularly. The ground seemed pretty dirty. There were also no towels both times we went down to the pool. The second time we asked for towels, we were told there were no pool or room towels available.

Checked in and the room TV did not work. Called desk and over an hour later was told I would get a new room. Packed up, got a new room, unpacked and the TV in the new room also did not work. Called front desk again and was told to pack up and get a new room. I asked if the TV worked in the next room and was told I wouldn’t know until I switched rooms and tried to turn it on. I gave up. Was told that hotel wouldn’t make a charge adjustment because I paid through hotels.com. Hotels.com won’t do anything o make it right. Do yourself a favor and book a reputable hotel directly. At least that way you can dispute the charge.

The rooms are dated and small. Although the beds were comfortable enough, they used a plastic-ish blanket that was weird and stuck to your skin if the sheet slipped beneath it. The bathroom was well appointed, nice amenities including liquid hand soap,but very small. The heating/AC unit was quite loud and ran constantly, yet did not adjust the room temp, even after adjusting it.

We stayed here one night, checking in late night to be close to the airport for an early flight. The lobby was full of shockingly loud Christian High School teens or pre-teens that had obviously never been in public before. The staff did nothing to quiet them or get them to stop playing in the elevators. Room was decent but screws in the heating unit were all loose and something in that system made noise the entire 3 hours we tried to sleep. I recommend finding other accommodations.

We've stayed at this property several times now and enjoy it each time. The bathroom was a little off putting, but not horrible. Or shower curtain had water stains and the tissue holder was loose. However, it was clean as far as the eye could see. My only other complaint from the last stays, was that our tv didn't work. We could get the cable channels however none of the APPs were working. This has happened twice now.

I was so very unhappy with the Sheraton Hotel and their staff. On Thursday we left our room for the day returned around 4:00 PM and room was not serviced. I went to front desk and complained to them. They said it would be taken care of. After going out and returning at 10:00 PM the room, garbage, towels and coffee service was not attended to. I again complained and finally got someone to bring a few new towels. I asked for them to comp my night as to make up for my inconvenience. I was told they could not help me as I booked thru you. I would appreciate a call and something done for my terrible stay. Thank you

I recently stayed three days at the Sheraton Hotel, and it did not live up to the 4-star rating it claims to have. While the pool area was nice and the bed was comfortable, those were the only highlights of an otherwise disappointing experience. One of our rooms was not cleaned the next day even after we specifically requested it, and another never received the extra towels we asked for. The staff gave the impression they were concerned, but nothing was actually done to resolve the issues. The rooms also weren’t thoroughly cleaned upon check-in, which made the lack of follow-through even more frustrating. For the price we paid, I should’ve just booked a stay at Holiday Inn or Drury Inn—both offer comparable amenities and service for the same cost, and I likely would’ve had a better overall experience. Unfortunately, I can’t recommend this Sheraton location. The service, cleanliness, and attention to guest needs simply didn’t measure up.

The front desk people were atrocious. We checked in with a young woman who possibly was just having a terrible day but taking it out on anyone she saw. She promised extra pillows. We got none. She was short and not nice. Later we called down, asking about room service, they have none, and then about the restaurant and couldn’t get a good answer. We did use the restaurant and the staff was very nice. The facility is very clean and you often see people moving about cleaning. The outdoor pool closes off season, which I did not know. The pool woman’s bathroom door would not shut or lock. I found that very troubling as I was expecting to be able to change in the pool area or at least use a restroom!!

Second night there was a huge party that took up the whole outside pool area, so we couldn’t utilize amenities. Worst part was when all the teenagers were banging on doors at 10pm and continued on with the yelling and running up and down the halls until almost 2am. I called the front desk about it and it didn’t stop them. We ended up packing up and leaving early since restful sleep wasn’t happing and our kids were woken up.

The only staff member I saw was ok. Property and grounds seems tattered and in need of maintenance. Shabby. Carpet felt old. Outdoor areas just need care. Room was large and clean. Bathroom was large and clean. Provided toiletries were very nice and felt luxurious. Parts of the interior were well designed and nicely decorated. Weird beeping all night like a smoke alarm needed a battery? Unsettling. No information in room with facility info like ice locations or times for restaurants. No answer from guest services after multiple attempts. Pool was very nice. Clean. Well maintained. Grounds around pool looked weathered and in need of care.

Shout out to the front desk rep that helped me out when I first checked in! She was super accommodating when the first room had a bad fuse and no heat. Not only did I receive an upgraded room, but also some extra perks that she didn't have to provide! All of the staff at the front desk was super nice and accommodating! I will be back at this property when my business takes me back to GRR!!

Room and bed were cozy. The location was excellent. The room was also very quiet. The air conditioner made a really nice consistent humming noise that helped me sleep. However, it did not cool the room as much as it should have. When I set the thermostat to 68, it’s stayed about 72.

I will be back to your location! Your location is close to the airport, it is so clean and has the indoor and outdoor pool. We did not see any customers in the dinning area, but we were greeted by a waitress and the food was GREAT and service was EXCELLENT! I will be back :-) Caroline

The front desk lady was not kind enough to help me when I ask about a charger for my phone unlike the older gentleman that was standing next to her who was kind enough to help me by looking for a charger and telling me close by stores that I could go get one. The breakfast is awful. I paid $30 extra to include breakfast and their breakfast is basically coffee area with very limited options and awful choices. Wouldn’t recommend this hotel and will never go back there
