This was my first experience with a MyPlace, and it was a good one. There was plenty of parking. The building is in good condition and in a decent part of town. As a solo traveler, I felt safe staying there. The inside of the building was clean and well maintained. All staff I encountered were friendly and helpful. My room was clean and quiet. Only time I heard any of the other guests was in the hallway. It was also very nice to have a full sized fridge. Overall very good experience and would recommend to anyone looking to stay in Dickinson, ND.

The hotel is what you expect. Perfect for someone working in the are. Perfectly clean , no frills, but excellent all around place to stay. I would stay there again if i was passing through or working in the area. Perfectly fine for a family, as i had a full sized fridge and cooking area in the room. Pay for what you get and you get all of it and more.

My Place hotels are a good value, typically. They don't offer a ton of amenities, but cover the basics very well, and the kitchenette is a plus for folks staying for a week or longer. I tend to stay only 1 night, but still find them better than a lot of other longer stay hotel options. This was a good, clean, friendly staff option. Great price, too.

Very easy check in and super friendly staff. Room was very clean. Attention to details in cleaning is important. Not one spot of dust on the bathroom exhaust fan. That speaks volumes. I’ve stayed at many high end hotels with disgusting exhaust fans. Would absolutely stay here again

Everything about the hotel was very good, except that a bunch of food was left in the cupboard. The room suggesting that the cleaners did not adequately look around. But that can happen with short staffs. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Hotel served it's purpose. Room was good, it was nice to have a full size fridge and microwave. No gym, no breakfast so just be aware. Room was a bit noisy by the parking lot but nothing too bad.

All was good except for the 5 AM noisy garbage pick up. I liked the shampoo/body wash dispensers in the shower. A recycling bin in the room or hallway would have been nice. The in-room ice dispenser was handy as was the toaster! Luckily I had some basic kitchen tools with me or I would have had to buy them, as nothing is provided!

This was a nice place for a night. For an extended stay I would have expected them to have dishes and cookware, but you have to buy that stuff from the front desk. Fortunately I was camping so I had some stuff to use of my own. They seemed short staffed when I was there, took awhile for someone to get to the desk, but she was very apologetic and kind.

Check in was great. Front desk employee was super friendly and competent. Room was small, but had kitchenette. While a bit dated, the furnishings were adequate and most importantly, bed was nice and comfortable, and room was very clean. Carpet looked a bit old, worn but it was brown and upon close inspection was pretty decent. No sit down breakfast, you could order a few things?? Didn’t quite get that part, and we didn’t use that service. Overall great value for the money.

Personal property "went missing" (stolen) during stay. Staff was extremely unhelpful, rude, would not make any effort to ask to see if it was "found". At one point they called to say they found it and were shipping it to me. Shockingly, it never arrived at my home. Suspicious.

When we checked in they told us there was no breakfast unless we precooked at additional charge. Perhaps I should have checked. In the fridge there was a half a bottle of water left by a previous guest. Other than that the room was clean and check in check out was quick and easy.
