Check in process was seamless. Dining/ bar was a great option to chill and decompress. The firepit was out of commission during our stay but it was no biggie. It was pretty windy and cool so we probably wouldn't have sat out too long anyway. Overall great stay.

Nice but wish the indoor swimming pool was heated. Also bar and restaurant closed super early around 7pm. Was one of the reason we picked this hotel. Will definitely call them next time to verify everything is open and available before booking again.

This was a very convenient stop as I travelled east on I-40. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and efficient, and I had a great dinner in the restaurant. And the bonus - Ikea is right across the street!

There were roaches. Pizza boxes left in the hall outside of someone’s room for our entire stay of three days. Then they charged me a $520 no show fee for a booking that Expedia said they cancelled. The general manager has been in a meeting all day and they guy on the phone was rude and hung up on me.

I usually don’t like to complain but we got in late around 11:30pm and got to our room to notice the bathroom wasn’t clean. There was urine all over the base of the toilet, hair in the shower and sink, and the floors didn’t look mopped. If we were not exhausted and it wasn’t 12:00 we would have requested a new room. I had to clean it the best I could to get by for the night. The price we paid was too high for the hotel room not to be clean.

The ambience is really beautiful! I love that they have a little store front, bar, & different longer areas! Indoor Swimming pool & exercise room were nice! Room was nice but could use some renovating on the walls. Black marks and spots down the walls and it was a roach on the light fixture crawling! I air dropped the video to the receptionist to send to upper management! Overall, great price! Just get the pest and walls painted in some of the rooms!

The hotel is currently undergoing renovations, and while I believe my room was recently renovated, there were some strange issues that should have probably been resolved before renting the room to me. The bed felt very loose, like it was poorly assembled. There wasn’t a plastic liner on the shower curtain, so every time I showered the bathroom floor got soaked. The phone on the nightstand didn’t work. The door was very difficult to open and close, almost like it was dragging along the floor. In my 4 night stay, my bed was only made once. The room I booked had a single king bed, this room had (2) double beds. The thermostat on the wall was more of a decoration and didn’t control the mini-split. Fortunately I could adjust the temperature from the front of the mini-split. The door that leads out to the parking lot at the rear of the building had a poorly adjusted closer, so it slammed very loudly every time someone used it. I understand that this hotel is still a work in progress, but there was a bunch of little issues that should have been resolved quickly and easily.

NO WIFI, NO STREAMING APPS, the front desk tried to not even mention it until I called about it, the microwave made a crazy grinding noise and the Air conditioner leaked water or moisture and the carpet around it was soaking wet and smelt. For the price and for the name of this hotel, I will NOT BE BACK.

Pillows were terrible. Digital key didn’t work. My daughter’s room even a standard key wouldn’t work and maintenance was only way to get in her room. Weirdest shower I have ever had with shower control at a place where you couldn’t reach in a start it to warm up without getting wet.

The Hilton Garden was clean but was definitely in need of a remodel. The front counter has some chips and is just not the normal quality of a Hilton Garden. The elevator flooring have numerous broken tiles In my room the interior is dated and the bathroom was missing a light cover on one of the fixtures, the toilet paper holders were empty and there was a roll of paper in the back of the toilet. There is speckled paint on the dark wood tile floor. The room was clean just dated. The TV has a 5 to 10 second delay when you change any channel (pain). The beds were comfortable

The property was ok. The air conditioning unit in the middle of the night switched to putting out heat. Went to sleep it was 65 woke at 2 am and it was 80 degrees. Called front desk and was told they would submit it to maintenance and they would get to it in the morning and that I would have to “make do” until morning. I informed him that no they would have to get us another room. Grudgingly he did and when he came to let us into the new one he was rude and mad like we were putting him out.

At check in our reserved King bed was no longer available. Following a 7hr drive that day they offered us a room with 2 queen beds or the would arrange for us to stay at a different hotel. We opted for the queen room. I asked if there was a reduction in price, the answer was no. When we setteIed into our room we found that our priority status had not been properly set up by the hotel, so we didn't have free wi-fi. We also discovered that the tub drain was broken. We had to prop the drain open with some cardboard to allow the tub to drain while showering.

We couldn’t get a key for our room because their machine was down, so everytime you want in your room you have to ask the front desk to escort you. It was the dirtiest hotel I’ve stayed at. Doors were all marked up, stains all over the carpet and walls. There were 30-40 muscle cars gathered in the lot a cross the street doing donuts and burn outs and revving their engines all night, with the cops chasing them through the parking lot. The staff was friendly, that’s about all I have nice to say about the place.

Do not come! Within 5 minutes of getting to our room on the 5th floor the fire alarm went off. The hotel floor smelled of weed and cigarette smoke which I’m sure was happening in rooms! The parking is a nightmare around this hotel property! Just absolutely a mess with tiny spaces and limited. Will never stay there again.

Would definitely not stay here again. For the price I paid for one night it was a beat up hotel with very basic accomodations. Perhaps if would've been a bit better if breakfast was included. In addition, I'm not sure if it's a bad part of town or not, but many vehicles got broke into the night we stayed. Glass shattered all around the parking lot. Luckily, we got away clean.

Ordered food evening - we were the only people ordering - just a few guys pounding down beers at the bar. After about an hour + - the bartender guy comes to our table says our order was not to his standard - we said cancel the order - he comes back in about a minute later with a box with an under cooked pizza that we never ordered. We watched two guys the whole time in the kitchen area basically doing nothing. I’ll put it diplomatically - we are not low life non-minorities - but made to feel like such..,

Great to stay in a place where you can get a nice meal and drinks in lobby for a reasonable price. Lobby is beautiful & comfortable to relax in; had a great meal there with friendly service. Only negative was that our room recently had furniture varnished. There was strong odor and sticky feel to wood surfaces.
