Clean but dated and definitely needs a facelift. Also main entrance is very hard to see we drove around for 15 minutes before we realized door leading to garage brings you to lobby.

Room was nice and clean. About a 10 min walk to the mover train thats free, hop on and off around the down town area. A publix is near by. As well as a small little park for kid's under rail area. The pool at this place was small and on first level. Parking was 30 a night.

Everything was ok. Probably will not stay here again. The breakfast was horrible, honestly the worst breakfast ive ever had at a homewood, which is a big reason why we stay at these properties. Conversing with valet or housekeeping was difficult as they were spanish speaking only. Valet personnel were very though, but it was housekeeping that seemed very annoyed I did not understand her when she spoke to me in spanish. I am learning but I cannot understand quick speaking thats mumbled. Valet in itself was expensive and was not on the listing that this hotel is valet only. It was very difficult to even find how to enter the hotel. Cleanliness was ok. Not disgusting but not really very clean either. I liked the location of the hotel. Staff was pretty respondent and quick when something was needed and the housekeeping staff who brought them were very nice.

This property was very close to all the places I had to go, the VALET was 24/7 so I was able to come and go as I pleased. It was a very easy process to request your car, they provided breakfast every morning free of charge and every Wednesday they have Wine down Wednesday's where they give you free drinks. I really enjoyed my stay, this area was very close to everything Publix was rite down the streets not even a 5 minute drive.

This hotel is situated outside the hussle and bussle of Brickell, but still very much within walking distance. There is a nice walkpatch across the street. A convenient super market is nearby for your grocery shopping. The hotel offers breakfast, but there is also a cafe next door with more variety and choices. One drawback is the very small swimming pool and the limited seating around it. Also the pool is shaded and therefore the water is not very warm. The hotel is located next to some railroad tracks and from about 5.30am trains/metros can be heard passing by regularly. Even on the 7th floor, this woke me up on some days. The room we had was a very nice size, although the bathroom felt a little cramped at times because of the location of the toilet vs the shower and the door. The hotel does not offer daily room cleaning, and we had to request fresh towels a few times even on days when the room was supposed to be cleaned. This was a little disappointing. Overall we enjoyed our stay and we probably would consider to return here, provided the price stays around the same level

I had several issues with this stay. The couch cushions had huge stains on them. There was also a sizable hole in the hide-a-bed mattress. The tv did not work correctly, had to ask numerous times for extra towels , as there were not enough for each person to have one. We ran out of tissues and toilet paper and housekeeping showed up once to do the routine bed making and tidying up after 5:00 in the evening. Receipts were not ready when we checked out so I was assured it would be emailed, which never happened. The only positive was. the valets were extremely kind and accommodating.

Very slow and confusing valet service. Beds were extremely uncomfortable and would make a terrible sound when you sat down at the foot of the bed. Couch was not very clean and the left side noticeably sagged. Honestly, the room could use a deep clean! The elevators were very slow and it seemed to take forever to even get on one. The person who checked us in was extremely nice!

Definitely not a 3 star hotel would only rate this hotel 1 maybe 2 star, room was spacious but wasn’t the cleanest massive stain on the carpet units badly scuffed the bathroom floor hadn’t been cleaned as it had stains all over breakfast was included but very basic not much choice one thing to be careful of if your booking through a third party yes there’s parking but it will cost you £61 dollars for a two night stay

This hotel was awkward to enter, no main entrance to the lobby. It was expensive!! The bed and room itself was clean. The shower has long black hair before we even used it…. (I have blonde hair). The breakfast was not good. It had a chaotic lay out. The staff were nice. The location is great, but lots of other options for places to stay with similar or better price point. I am not one to complain, in fact I am usually the person who says “Jeez, people will look for things to complain about, just enjoy your time!”. I expected a bit better, if the bathroom was clean I would have left a much better review!

While the building looks as though it has been maintained quite well, I noticed that several of the furniture pieces in our room have seen some extreme wear and tear. The lovely houndstooth wing back chair could definitely use some new upholstery, it was quite dirty. Now while I will admit that I am extremely picky, I don’t think the wear was acceptable for most anyone. The side tables at the doorway were also quite used. The parking accommodations were not to my liking and likely a deterrent for staying in this particular location again. The complementary buffet breakfast was very good. Plenty of food for everyone!

Over all stay was ok. Breakfast was a little repetitive and hot breakfast item selection could be extended. There is no free parking so guests have no choice but to pay for valet parking at $30 per day. Our room had no view other than a brick wall 10ft away, not ideal.

We asked for a pac n play in advance and they gave it away and we were told shuttle to port was free and it was $15 per person asked to speak to manager and they all have stuck up attitudes and do not listen and just talk over you like you are 5 years old

This place overbooked and gave our room away. We booked for a specific type of room three weeks in advance to make sure it would accommodate our party of five. Arrive there at 9 pm and no room. They gave us a smaller room and a rollaway eventually. It was a huge hassle and we had an elderly grandmother with us. Thankfully hotels.com was very helpful and got us a refund and worked hard to make it right on their end.

Check in clerk was very helpful, polite and patient. He provided information about surrounding areas and restaurant options and informed us about the free metro ride to other parts of downtown Miami (the city center mall) etc. I didn’t catch the clerk’s name (which is a shame because he was so helpful) but I’m grateful for his input and guidance. Thank you.

Front desk communication was terrible. Pre-check in I called to inform I would arrive late. I was placed on hold for more than 10 minutes, 3 times. I made calls within reasonable time difference to allow staff to resolve anything they may have had going on. No body checked the hold. My issue was not responded to. I had to call Hotels.com for assistance. Further, at check in, I was asked to pay for the stay despite the fact that my reservation was already paid in full. In addition, the parking price was higher than advertised on Hotels.com. Also, the suite did not have soap. I called for housekeeping and I was placed on hold again with no further check in. My issue again was not resolved. There are so many options for hotels in Miami. I will never spend my money on this property again.

Love this hotel and have used them twice now. Easy to get to, lots of amenities, safe, quiet and we enjoy the breakfast in the morning. Only downside is that there are not too many restaurants close by. You'd have to walk at least half a mile or more and the location is in a city center area so some places close as early as 4pm.

This hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood just a walk away from shopping, metro connection. The only thing is that you can easily miss the entrance because it is more or less the entrance to their car park. Other than that, it's a good hotel.

Stayed one night ahead of a cruise. Everything was “ok” - the self serve breakfast was good but there was very limited seating and they ran out of dishes. Staff seemed overwhelmed between having to replenish the food and clean the dishes. The area is walkable with a grocery store less than 10 minutes walk away.

The continental breakfast was poorly organized. The line extended out to the dining area simply waiting for plates and silverware. The staff worked diligently but could not keep up with the demand. Additionally, food was subpar. Too small of an areas to serve food for the number of guests being served. Not even enough for seating.

It was a good quick stay. We were going on a cruise the next day. I would’ve liked to have a bar in our hotel. I also booked two rooms next to each other and we were on separate floors. Not sure why that happened other than that everything was good

Breakfast was the same everyday. It would be better if there were at least hard boiled eggs. The scrumbled egg smells like a parfume so we couldnt eat. Room was Ok but the heater did not work well. The location is perfect! Everything that will be needed to cook was already in the room.
