Ocean Terrace Condominiums

Thank you for investing in a new staircase to the beach. A bit steep but so much nicer to get there.

Unit was beautifully decorated, clean, and stocked with basics. View was incredible. Pool was AMAZING! Highly recommend. Would stay again.

Great area. Room was so well kept and clean. Small as advertised but the kitchen was well stocked and the dining table that condenses down to a small side table such a great addition. Only concern was the stairs to the beach. 89 stairs down to beach so may not be accessible for everyone.

Nice view and area. Was located within walking distance of the Taft district. Friendly staff. There are buckets of window cleaner and window scrubbing/squeege’s available in parking lot for cleaning car windows. Only complaint is the pool/sauna/rec room hours (close somewhat early evening) make it difficult to utilize if only staying 1 night. Check in is 4:00 pm and check out is 11:00 am.

The Excellent: Parking was ample, the office staff was excellent, place was clean, pool was large and indoor and warm. View from our room was AMAZING! PRIVATE beach that wasn't crowded and only accessible to those staying at the condos. The Good: The front room area and bedroom areas where larger than expected and well designed. Kitchen was stocked with almost anything you might need to make a meal. Full sized appliances were great (except dishwasher). The not so good: neighbors above us were extremely loud. Literally heard loud thuds and running noises NONSTOP for hours. Pull out couch mattress was not very comfortable, but we made due. Walk down to the beach was a short but difficult walk down lots of steep stairs and once at the bottom a sandy path that ended with a short but steep sand inclined few "steps". BE ADVISED, the path down to the ocean is NOT for anyone that is not completely stable on their feet. Anyone with even slight mobility issues will not make it down to the ocean safely. Overall: This place was amazing and would highly recommend. I would definitely stay here again.

The condo was small but clean. Kitchen Checking in late was a lot of trouble even though we had made arrangements. Beach access is not for the faint of heart. It is about 4 flights of stairs straight down, then finding your way through the bushes and debris before reaching the sand.

The condo was very nice. Clean and well supplied. Pull out was a bit too hard. Do not like the 11am check out. Very difficult to get out that early with children. Would have appreciated the sauna to be in working order. Pool very nice and clean. Love the view.

We had room one (I think there are variation between all the rooms because a note said each room was individually owned). It had a lockable master bedroom with a good king bed. There was a comfortable queen murphy bed in the main room and a hide-a-bed. It had a full kitchen with the basics which allowed us to cook there. The view and sound of the ocean out the sliding glass door was awesome. Access to good beach down a large staircase immediately outside our back door. We had a lot of fun here!

Great ocean views, comfy furniture. Lots of repairs and updates needed. Pool not working- three days prior email sent that said pool amenity not included in price. Referred to local pool. Discount should have been given

We had a great stay at Ocean Terrace. The staff was very communicative prior to our late arrival. Our place was clean and welcoming. Beds were incredibly comfortable. There’s no AC so it was a little toasty and we couldn’t figure out the ceiling fan but it wasn’t too bad and we enjoyed having the listening to the ocean through the window. Our only complaint was the rec area and pool close quite early.

The room and view was beautiful. However, it wasn’t spotless clean. The ice trays were filthy for an example.

Very nice, clean and great view for my mom to sit and watch the ocean... we enjoyed our stay there very much!

the room was so small when you sat on the toilet your head was in the sink could not even move.. kitchen was dirty stuff all over the refer.. bed was sagging not enough bedding to make an extra bed so one of us had to sleep in the car.

Clean, comfortable, and the view is amazing

Property can use a remodel, bathroom is horrible way to small , you can even stand by the sink to wash your hands cuz there’s little space , we had to used the kitchen sink to wash hand and to brush our teeth, there was ants in the living room , heating can be updated toke so long to get the room warm .

Ocean Terrace Condos were excellent accommodations. Best view of the ocean, North to South right out your window. Great internet connection and two large screen TVs. We will come back again.

Great location with amazing views. The internet is almost non existent. Caution if you plan on working while here. The unit we stayed in, 15, was clean and comfortable.

Room 37 could definitely use some updates. Bed is very hard. Insanely small bathroom

A lot of effort was clearly put into the decorating of the room. It was clean and well stocked, but it is in need of serious remodel and updating. Also not all rooms have an ocean view.

We had a family stay in the room above us and you could hear EVERYTHING. The Kids above were up at 6am jumping on the bed and we could not sleep in. Not sure if the property is meant to be “slanted” but you feel like your waking sideways in the room. Room was very clean though

All was great, very friendly check in, the only issue was the WiFi, it’s very spotty.

The booking was quite deceiving......when I reserved the room, the pictures showed that the room had an ocean view and when we arrived we had a room with no ocean view. Very disappointed

The room we booked was not the room we got. The TV didn’t work in the living room. The secretary in the front office was rude and not helpful at all wouldn’t give us a different room or have someone fix the TV. Never going there again.

We had an issue with our room. He tried to fix it and when he couldn’t he switched us to a different room. The Oceanside is so beautiful. We appreciate how accommodating they were.

The unit was absolutely perfect. Steven at the front desk was most gracious and accommodating. WE will definitely return to this property.

Staff were vwry friendly and helpful. Little too much furniture to utilize the sofa bed and the trundle bed at the same time in the living area, but other than that, it was a great placw to stay while visiting the Oregon Coastal Range.

Loved the condo that we stayed in and the people that worked at the Front Desk. Would definitely go here again!

Great location oceanside!

The location is amazing as the view. We never really had to travel more than a few miles to do what we wanted to do. It was a fantastic property and a fun stay.

Nice spot. Good view and no real road noise even though it’s next to 101.

Great location with amazing ocean view. Easy to park and sign in. Unit was old and a little worn but mostly clean. Price was great!

We really enjoyed the location of this property. It was right off the main road and had wonderful access to the beach. The condo was a good size for our family and we had a lovely experience.
