Extremely convenient hotel close to the car rental facilities by the airport. Public spaces need an upgrade, new upholstery for the breakfast area. Breakfast is basic but rooms are well equipped. Parking is paid, $25 per day.

The hotel was comfortable, convenient location and clean. However, the parking fee at $25 per night as a guest I believe is unfair for all guests seeing that parking should be included for guests during their time at any hotel. For 3 nights would be $75 just for a car to sit in the parking lot for hours and not being used. And there should be an airport shuttle service. I only found out after arriving to MIA that there was none.

Our first stay at this particular Hyatt hotel. We have stayed at many MIA area hotels on the the way in and out of MIA. This Hyatt is in need of a serious freshening up. The hallway carpets had visible stains throughout the hotel. The walls and wall coverings are beat up. In our room our couch had a large stain on its upholstery. Our carpet also had large visible stains, the kind where you would not like to go barefoot. (Room 536). The staff was friendly, so they have that going for them. The lounge area had sticky floors needing a deep clean and sealing. The last complaint is they apparently do not offer an airport shuttle service, even though it’s stated that they do on Hotels.com. We will not be staying there again, especially since there are so many options in the area that are much nicer in the same price point.

The dirtiest Hyatt I have ever stayed on. Coming out of the elevators you can see the dirt in the carpets, the carpets in the rooms also very dirty. I had to wash my feet before going to bed because they were very dirty from walking on the room. I was told they would come and clean the room every other day and they never showed up during my stay from a Tuesday to a Saturday.

This hotel was extremely dirty. The room and hallway’s carpet was filthy with a mildew smell. The lobby floors were filthy day and night the lobby restrooms were filthy overflowing trash and no toilet paper was available. I had to stay cause my son was there for the kidney transplant training. I always bring Clorox wipes and Lysol spray wherever we go because of his condition. I also bring blankets that we choose to sleep on… this hotel should be condemned…. Worst experience I’ve ever had with Expedia!!!!!

If you need a place to stay for 1 night then the Hyatt will be adequate. If you’re planning to stay in Miami for a few days, look elsewhere. House keeping is nonexistent, you need to go to the lobby to ask for towels and toilet paper. Breakfast is first come first serve and once it’s gone, it’s not replenished. My room had cold water pressure problems and the previous guest must have changed a diaper and left a Hershey kisses size turd under the couch. Only decent part of the hotel is the pool.

Property overall was gross and unkept. The lobby was very nice but the room was dirty and items broken. Sink has a large crack all the way through it, faucet was broken, overall bathroom was dirty. Bloody foot prints in the hallway leading up to the elevator on the 4th floor. Parking was a disaster and no airport shuttle.

This hotel is definitely a great bang for your buck. The location was very convenient to get to and from the airport, and wasn’t too difficult to get around in Ubers. The hotel itself was very clean and they allowed us to check in early. The breakfast was decent but you would have to be there early in to catch the food before it runs out. The pool is also very nice even though some of the chairs were broken or dirty. Overall, it was a very nice stay and would stay there again.

The front desk was very nice. The interior looks way better than the exterior. Room was clean and felt more high end than I expected except for a few things but that’s ok. Internet sucked so bad. I might actually not come back just because of how bad it was to be honest.

We had a good week at this hotel. I was not aware that we had to pay $25 every day for parking. So I decided to park somewhere else. The carpet is very dirty and has a lot of stains not only in the hallways but also in the room. Breakfast was the same every day, only 2 waffle makers for the entire hotel guests, so give yourself some extra 30 minutes to make your waffles. The pool area is nice. The staff is friendly. The room was spacious and had 2 beds and a sofa bed. No microwave but did have a mini fridge. It was good for the price.

On top of the hotel charging us $25/night to park in their parking lot, the TV in all 3 rooms we stayed in had issues. In one room it didn’t work at all, and in the other two the TV had sections that the screen was just solid white.

This property is in major need of renovation! It needs a major cleaning and new furniture! Every single chair in the lobby/restaurant was destroyed and peeling! There were only 2 people at the front desk/lobby/bar/restaurant for an entire hotel!! Unacceptable!!!! The woman at front desk was working her ass off. She was very pleasant despite the ridiculous working conditions in which she had to work!! WOULD NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN!

I was disappointed with the check in process with Alba in the afternoon. She didn’t have common sense of customer service. I was much happier with Rosean with precheck in. Rosean was so helpful, knowledgeable and super nice, but Alba wasn’t. She wasn’t pleasant to talk to. I stayed at Hyatt house before and this is my first time with this place. I won’t come back this place again.

A Nightmare Stay: Avoid This Hotel at All Costs Our experience at this hotel was nothing short of appalling. From the moment we discovered a non-functioning toilet in our room, the staff’s incompetence and complete lack of courtesy turned what should have been a restful stay into a nightmare. At 1 a.m., with two young children, we contacted the front desk for help. The staff member on duty was not only rude and dismissive but also displayed an alarming lack of customer service skills. When we reported the issue, they reluctantly offered to move us to another room but insisted we come to the front desk to collect the key, refusing to resolve the matter over the phone. They eventually provided us the keys to a room just down the corridor. To make matters worse, when we asked if the new room was in working order, the response was shocking: “I don’t clean the rooms, so I have no idea what’s in order and what isn’t. I’m doing you a favor by giving you a new room.” A favor? Providing a functional room is the bare minimum expectation for any hotel stay! I did a lot of research before choosing this for a one night stay before leaving Florida. The hotel was great as far as amenities and price. However we were a few doors down from the lobby and there was a domestic dispute for HOURS in our hallway. It got to the point of attempting to call police for the loud arguments and doors slamming. This is clearly supposed to be for flights in and out and it covers the noise of planes well, staff however could care less as they let this go on from 9pm to at least 12am. I has also tried to seek staff for food recommendations and no one was in the lobby and I ended up just looking it up.
I did a lot of research before choosing this for a one night stay before leaving Florida. The hotel was great as far as amenities and price. However we were a few doors down from the lobby and there was a domestic dispute for HOURS in our hallway. It got to the point of attempting to call police for the loud arguments and doors slamming. This is clearly supposed to be for flights in and out and it covers the noise of planes well, staff however could care less as they let this go on from 9pm to at least 12am. I has also tried to seek staff for food recommendations and no one was in the lobby and I ended up just looking it up.

The hotel itself is nice enough and the level of security is good. $25 parking per night and cleaning service only every 3 days. Only one luggage cart for a large building. The front desk attendant was very nice, but the night manager was so hostile, I bolted my door and worried about my car. People were drinking in the parking lot out of the back door of their Jeep and stared at me while I unloaded my luggage. Overall, there are a few nice people working here, but I can't recommend it. I've never had a hotel manager scare me like that, and the additional parking charge is too high. Next year it will be $50 per night and room service once per week. That is the new style of hotel management, and I can't say that I like this trend. Also, be aware that the surrounding roads are rough and difficult to navigate, even for a Miami native.

Worst service ever, I was there the night before my flight, the people on the counter said there were no luggage Carts, that people take them to their rooms, so I had to manually put 10 pieces of 50kg luggage to the 5th floor. To add to this situation, their counter is on the first floor so even to check in you need to go one level up. The lady that was working on Sept 14 at. 9pm ET was extremely rude with a super bad attitude. I will never ever stay in that Hyatt Place hotel ever again.

Extremely convenient hotel close to the car rental facilities by the airport. Public spaces need an upgrade, new upholstery for the breakfast area. Breakfast is basic but rooms are well equipped. Parking is paid, $25 per day.

Rooms have poor lighting. Breakfast area furniture is very old and warn out. there was no butter for two days when we were there. Only Oranges were there, no other fruit . Their staff will not fill up any item after 9 am though breakfast was supposed to be served till 9.00 am .Refills for any item will take so long that people will leave without that particular item they are looking for. Staff was busy in talking to each other rather than serving the customers. I would not stay at this location nor recommend to anybody . I think Hyatt should refund at least 50%of what I was charged for three rooms.

Location is convenient as it’s right next to the airport and the staff were lovey. The rooms are a bit drab, you can hear from room to room and the breakfast buffet was manic! So many people, not places to sit and the food was not impressive.

The staff member who greeted us did an excellent job. He explained everything very clearly and made sure we understood every detail. He also went out of his way to accommodate our requests, demonstrating great willingness and professionalism. But my experience with breakfast at this Hyatt did not compare to other properties in the same chain. The quality and variety were very limited: there was only one type of bread, a single protein option, no hot cereals, and no rotation or replenishment of food. By the time we arrived, many items were already gone, and when we asked for refills, we were told they wouldn’t bring out more because it was already 9:00 a.m.—even though breakfast is advertised until 9:30 a.m. We were even told that we “should have come earlier,” which felt disappointing and inconsiderate toward guests. Additionally, housekeeping should pay closer attention to bathroom details. The shower’s inner silicone was visibly covered in black mold, which gives a poor impression of overall maintenance. As a family traveling on a budget and choosing Hyatt based on past positive experiences, we were disappointed that this particular stay did not meet the usual standards we’ve come to expect.

The property was close the airport and car rental company. The cleaning staff made sure our rooms were cleaned every other day. The only downside for me was the breakfast. It was basically the same thing every day (Stayed 8 days). Also, there isn't a restaurant at the hotel but Uber Eats worked well.
