One elevator was out of service and the other broke down while we were there. A paper note was posted on the elevator once it was "fixed" stating "limit 2 riders". The room I booked was supposed to be a double queen suite, however it turned out to be a regular double queen. When my dissatisfaction was brought to the managers attention, she didn't seem to care and wasn't very sympathetic or even apologetic. Said the issue with the room was Expedia, not the hotel. And as for the elevator, sorry nothing we can do about that. I was on the 4th floor and have bad hips. Not a pleasant experience.

The hotel was in a good location. It was quiet and clean. The staff was very nice. I had one issue which was the pool. It was not available for most of my stay. I was able to utilize the pool the last couple of days of my stay but it would have been better if available for the entire stay. Overall my experience was good.

It is close to where I work. It too expensive to stay and not have an elevator. I stayed on the third floor. If you are going to put people in rooms above the first floor, they should get it cheaper. Its not the guest fault you dont have an elevator.

The hotel is very clean, has a great pool area with a TV and fire pit, and it has a Starbucks and a full service restaurant. The surrounding area has grocery stores and numerous chain restaurants. The hotel staff was friendly and accommodating. We were traveling from Florida to Delaware; the hotel was a great stopping point.

Modern and well keep hotel. Updated rooms and great beds, well lit outside. Pool was nice but needs some love. Bar was good for some evening drinks. Highly recommend 👍

Stayed there from 6/11-6/15. I have stayed at the Marriott many times over 35 yrs in many different countries. This is was the worst. The pool was filthy there were dirty socks at the bottom, very dirty, and slimy. We did not stay in it for but about min. The ocean was cleaner. No one ever came to clean the room. My son and I took the trash down 3 times. They did not bring towels up. There was no complimentary Breakfast. They alarm clock did not work and there was no microwave in the room.

It was clean, and the room was nice. It was a nice sized room as well. There is definitely room for improvement. Ink stains on the pillow case, crayon scribbled inside the closet, cracks in the shower pan, old caulk in the corners. It was definitely clean, just not updated in a bit. Overall very nice though. Large convenient parking lot.

The bathroom Caulking was terrible and nasty and the Closest space was to small when you hang your clothing the Closest door would not close. This is the first time ever to experience this room conditions. Also they only clean your room every other day. Thanks

It was nice enough. I stayed 3 days and no housekeeping at all. If you wanted more towels or complimentary coffee etc you had to go to the front desk and carry it up yourself we also had to empty our own garbage each day. The air conditioning was not strong. I had it at its lowest temp and I was sweating at night. The bathroom was kind of moldy around the bottom of the shower .

We stayed here while visiting our son who is stationed at Camp Lejeune. The hotel overall is ok but it is starting to show some wear and tear. We previously stayed on a higher floor and it was not in as rough shape as the third floor. There was spackling/painting touchup marks on the walls, behind the chair was dirty and the grout and moulding in the shower was really gross. The outside cushions were very worn and stained and the TV cover outside was so scratched it was difficult to see the program.

Staff at front desk and bar were friendly and helpful. Room was clean and WiFi acceptable Room air/heat was very loud and pulsating. Loud enough to wake me. Found door to adjoining room was unlocked...glad I checked. Disappointed only platinum members get bottled water. Had to go out and get my own.

Upon check in,Curtis was rude and never smiled or greeted us. I only gave a pleasing comment because the man and woman working the bar/cafe area were extremely welcoming, full of smiles and super customer service focused. The room and outdoor fireplace/seating need severe refurbishing. Everything is extremely worn and dingy. Not a esthetically pleasing.

I was charged twice for the hotel room, they somehow checked me out early and my stuff was still in the room and they haven’t done anything to refund my money. I was told to wait a week and they will contact me but there has being two weeks and nothing.

During my second night stay the ceiling started leaking water on my bed at 2am from the rain. I contacted the from desk whom was very helpful and we changed rooms. Checking out the next morning I asked about being reimbursement for one night since I was awaken by water leaving on my bed. The staff stated that i had been credited $40 and that is all they\'re authorized to do. I stated to her if this was you how would you feel? She stated "at least you had a roof over your head". This in my opinion was very unprofessional. This experience definitely dimmed my view of Marriott.

Check in was difficult. We booked with expedia, paid with Expedia. The hotel charged my card 3 more times and tried saying it was Expedia doung it. We use you all the time and its never dine it before.

Rachel was amazing during checkin. Its was practically impossible to find availability anywhere. We were tired and needed a room at 1am. We are originally from Florida. Rachel, with her sweet demeanor, was a blessing to work with. Customer service just doesnt exist anymore. So happy to see some still have it.

Easy check in. Available staff 24/7. Quiet. Safe area. Food accessible inside hotel or at Longhorn steakhouse (walkable) next door. Very close to areas I needed to visit. A lot of things close early, but a 24 hour Wafflehouse a few mins drive away if you got hungry too.

Second stay at this hotel (hope it won’t be the last) check-in was super fast and easy, location near all shopping areas and entertainment close by. Would absolutely recommend. Can’t wait to go back.

The pool was nice for my Granddaughter to unwind at the end of the day. The bed was comfortable. Location was good. Lack of attention to detail cleaning-finger prints, dust. Could be cleaner. Was charged for coffee, that wasn’t good coffee. I will not stay there again.

The only complaint I have is that the toilet was extremely short, and not suitable for someone with any level of disability. Also, no complimentary breakfast, which wasn't a big deal for us

The only thing we missed was complementary coffee and at least pastries . Most people are traveling and would like to at least be able to relax with that . I know there is a bistro but it’s a little overpriced.
