This was our third visit to this Holiday Inn Express in 3 weeks and the least favorite. We stated on the 2nd floor and the hallway had an odd smell that we didn't have on the first 2 visits. When we got in the room, the same smell was very strong in the room and it was not a pleasant smell. We aren't sure if it was a cleaning product but, it was not a good smell. Also, when getting back to the hotel at night, the parking situation was awful. There was a truck pulling a trailer, a huge box truck, a semi tractor (no semi attached) and a car pulling a trailer holding a car - all of these took up many, many parking spots. We had a difficult time even finding a spot. This will probably be our last time at this location.

We got 4 rooms between us to celebrate my sisters bday and she wanted to go to t hotel with a pool! Their pool has a small broken piece of cement so they shut the entire area down! We did not stay there and paid for another accommodation

The staff was very helpful in check-in. On a side note, they had taped off an area outside to protect a nesting goose, which earned the hotel a lot of points from me! The rooms were clean. Some noise from the hallway and the floor above, but compared to many hotels, this was about the same, if not better. Parking was convenient and well lit. I would definitely stay here again on future trips to Tulsa.

I had an excellent 11 night stay during the 2024 NSBA world show. The staff is fantastic. The entire hotel is immaculate. The bed & pillows extremely comfortable- and the desk nook area had a perfect background for zoom meetings. Good workout room w weights. Good daily breakfast as well and very good pricing too. Only ten minutes from the Expo Square. I’ll be back !

We really enjoyed our weekend at this Holiday Inn. Everything was spotless, fresh, and modern. The location was close to shopping and restaurants. The breakfast was excellent—we especially loved the fresh cinnamon rolls and coffee! Lastly, the staff were friendly and helpful.

Had not hot water for a day and a half. I thought it was just a timing thing around 6pm my final night. But still no hot water in the last morning of my stay. I got a sorry at checkout and that was it.

Excellent property. It was close to the freeway but not a lot of noise. We were greeted the staff was friendly and the room was very clean. Breakfast was perfect, omelets were on point coffee was fresh and everyone was really friendly. Nice places to eat around the area, and Andys is the frozen custard down the road, like right in the parking lot.we will stay again.

The staff at the front desk was extremely friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast selection was plentiful, but not maintained to the standard to which we are accustomed. The pancake machine, for instance, was out of batter, and there was no attendant standing around to change the bag, necessitating the choosing of an alternative. No salt and pepper packets anywhere. Cinnamon rolls were burnt and crusty. Tables were dirty, and trash receptacles were stuffed. Also, the noise level in the lobby was a little much with TV news and pop music and loud staff conversations all going at once. Still, the front desk staff was extremely inviting and friendly, and that felt good after a long day of driving and before another long day of travel.

Very clean, nice room setup, friendly and helpful staff- just wish the people upstairs weren’t walking around until late at night so I was surprised I could hear that, along with the sliding outside main doors that our room was up above. This was a good location for our needs though, and a great nearby restaurant The Bros Houligan. Eat more gravy!

Great hotel. We stayed 2 weekends in May for graduation ceremonies we attended. Hotel was very clean and the lighting in the rooms was the best we have ever seen in a hotel - lights everywhere. We only had breakfast 1 day but it was very good - everything was fresh and hot. The new pancake machine was pretty cool - had never seen one of those before. The only complaint we had was that we stayed on the 4th floor for our second stay and it took forever to get hot water - well over 5 minutes of running the water in the shower and the sink - that was alot of wasted water. Right after taking a shower, to get hot water in the sink, it took another 5+ minutes. No other issues at all. We will definitely stay again when we are in the Tulsa area.

The property was just fine. It’s a Holiday Inn. The trouble was a checkin. The lady was nice. She just wouldn’t listen. It was this whole thing. A hassle. She ended up yelling at the 3rd party vendor and meanwhile we had just drove 15 hours and wanted to rest. It took a good 20 min to check in but eventually we got past her and all of that. Beds are fine. Shower is good. Restaurants all around. Listening is a lost art. 💁‍♀️

We’re going to see how this plays out. Our room toilet didn’t flush and we had no hot water in the shower. When I was checking out I overheard another lady give my room number and say the same thing. Which I thought was odd. Come to find out she was in our room the night before complained about the exact same thing so they moved her rooms and comped her that night at no cost. So I stood in line explained to the lady the exact same thing when I was checking out and she was in complete shock that after they knew about the issues they turned around and put us in the exact same room the following day. Rather than trying to fix a room they knowingly had issues with they just put another family in there the following night. The lady at the front desk during check out was so apologetic and very understanding so I would give her 5 stars alone. However, to knowingly (which is wasn’t her she was off) put another family in a room with known issues is just baffling. We checked out Sunday morning 2/23 and the lady said she would speak to the manager about the issues and see about getting this issue resolved and she was going to go to bat for us. So we will see how this goes!

Easy access on and off the highway for our traveling. Excellent location for restaurants and gas (convenience store). Check-in staff was exceptional (I apologize I do not remember the young woman's name). I added a second room at check-in and she was most helpful.
