Check in was busy due to a 49ers game and the parking lot was full. We were checked into a room that was out of service for maintenance which apparently the FD was unaware of. We were moved to another room which was fine. The room is designed for a single traveler as there is no lock on the bathroom door and the back was to the shower is opaque and you can see the person inside. The gym was nice and had decent equipment. There is also a outdoor pool. Parking is a nightmare. You have to pay via a app and I have no idea how much we paid as there is no information on the app nor are the parking rates posted anywhere. The hotel is about 1.5 miles from Levi stadium which is to walking distance and there are sidewalks. The hotel is loud with road traffic and plane traffic but is doable. Id recommend this hotel if you are going to a game or traveling alone.

Nice property the bar area and gaming area was nice. The pool was a nice area to gang out. The gym was the best lots of machines and weights they just need to fix the water cooler. Rooms were good size only downfal is we found food in the fridge left from the guest before us.

This is a cool place to visit. Lots of activities in the lobby to do. There is a patio to relax at. And a bar in to enjoy a cocktail or two. Many workout rooms. A swimming pool. And more. It’s also nestled in a quiet business complex.

The staff was very friendly!! The entrance excellent very well kept and very clean!! The rooms on the other hand, bathroom area very dirty , sink looks rusted, mirrors and showers doors looked very dirty including th sink faucet. Bed is extremely uncomfortable, very hard feels like sleeping on a rock!

The staff perfect. The drinks were super expensive, the food was not good. We had a big stain on the carpet that looked disgusting and we woke up to hundreds of small ants. Probably wouldn’t stay there again.

I checked in for a baseball tournament for my son and left pretty fast after checking in and didn’t get back until 1030 at night and the next morning all our items were covered in ants and the toilet took 20-30 minutes to flush after you flushed it. Also the bathroom door was broken.

The hotel is just fine; however, between the freeway, the trains that start rolling through at zero dark hundred, and SJC aircraft, this may not be for anyone who needs quiet to sleep.

A loft is the right price and location. Room are modern and clean. The lobby is perfect for groups or teams with a cool hang out area and bar. Con- they don’t have a microwave or toaster in your room or even downstairs. That is frustrating because when traveling with kids, it’s more cost friendly and convenient to be able to bring some of your own food or breakfast items.

Not overly close to dining, walking distance to Levi’s - it’s about 10 mins further than the ride share parking lot. The room was a little musty upon arrival, but the ac solved that after a short time. There is a very early train that blows its whistle very loudly, but nothing can be done about that.

Stayed 1 night, simple to attend a 9ners game. The only staff interaction was at check in. Room was clean we spent there maybe 10 minutes before the game. Really liked that after the game was over hotel was only a 30minute walk, walking at 9pm felt very safe as there were police officers at every light and security at every parking lot. The only thing that was a little annoying, was that the fire detector was right above the bed and there was a bright light that I could see every few minutes. Mattress was a little too soft, but hotel was very convenient and had all the essentials.

I arrived at midnight to checkin and someone else is here having a problem with their reservation and is taking a very long time to check in. I’ve been waiting 15-20 minutes for my turn to check in. Frustrating because I have an early meeting at work and I need to get to sleep

The Lobby was very inviting. The staff was very pleasant. Area was close to Levi's stadium. Able to walk there for games. Staff were very helpful when our rental car wouldn't start they helped us to jump our car allowing us to make our flight on time. Overall my family loved it and we're looking to make our go to place to stay when seeing games.

This hotel is pretty average. Rooms seem a little small, but they have everything you need. Unfortunately when we returned from the concert, the lady at the desk who is a supervisor, (I later found out) was extremely rude to everybody. I don’t understand how she made it in customer service or hospitality. I will not return to this hotel due to her actions towards the guests. Yes she was that bad, and I’m definitely not the only guest that recognized this.

Overall, the property was very nice. The only downside is that there was a game at the stadium and traffic was very bad. We could not get to the hotel because all the roads were blocked. Once we were able to find someone to ask, they told us where to go and that we had to have our room key to get past the roadblock. it was very inconvenient.

We stayed at this hotel with friends for one night for a concert at Levi’s Stadium. Everything was awesome from start to finish. Customer service at the front desk was super friendly & welcoming. They put us and our friends in rooms as close as possible. The rooms themselves were bigger than I expected and very clean. The location was perfect to walk to the stadium. I’ll definitely be booking here for Niner’s games this season!

The place was a great choice to stay. It was quiet and secluded. I like that this place was also near the freeway so easy access to wherever we needed to go. I thought the parking lot could have been bigger. We had a hard time finding a parking spot when we came back after a late dinner. I would recommend ubering or taking a lyft if you already have a spot onsite.

There's a bar that closed before 8:30pm. It serves food but not always. We asked to use a microwave to warm up a cup a noodle and was told no where did the hotel have one. Not much close by to find food. Staff was friendly, room was clean.

Perfect amenities for a weekend stay for a game at levi stadium. The food a bar situation make it possible to stay on site during your stay since there isnt much available in walking distance. Fantastic staff and bar crew.

We were led to understand that there was a small store for snacks. Actually it was a table with chips and candy for sale. Dining was very limited. the room was tiny but comfortable. You could hear the neighbors through the walls. Breakfast was again a table with very limited items all for sale. We will not be staying here again.

Great stay again. Staff so friendly. Hector behind the bar is a legend and absolute star. To improve I'd say, decorate the pool area with fake plant wall rather than the black fabric screen, open the bar earlier than 5pm and maybe later than 10pm. Also get decent coffee in the rooms, Espresso or something like every other hotel, the current stuff is very 80s!

We had a great stay at Aloft. It was easy to get to and the staff was really friendly especially the house keeping staff. The breakfast options they offered were tasty. We would stay here again.
