Nice hotel with great amenities. Had happy hour even on Friday. There was a good restaurant in the lobby for burgers and beer. The hotel seemed new and was very clean. Great breakfast and free parking.

Oversll, we enjoyed our stay at this property. The air conditioning seemed to blow into the living space and not so much in the bedroom causing the room to be warm and the living area, very cold if doors were closed. Minor airflow issue, which is why I couldn't give it 5 stars. If you are a Hilton honors memeber, ve aware that they did not honor reward points when booked through a third party, which is disappointing, especially for a pricey stay. On the positive side, the hotel and room were clean and comfortable. I did not have the chance to experience the complementary evening snacks/drinks as we had a wedding to attend, but the complimentary breakfast was delicious, I had a freshly made omelet. Parking was ample, easy access to the highway and other food sources. The onsite restaurant was also tasty.

The beds were not very comfortable and it was pretty noisy. We had kids with us, so we understood the noise, but if you want a quiet place to stay i wouldn't recommend. The hotel is well maintained. the grounds were beautiful, and it is located in a great spot. The parking was fine; it was very busy when we stayed and had to park pretty far from the entrance. The restaurant downstairs was good, but very loud. almost overwhelming for our kids. Pool was very small.

I'm giving it 3 stars because we chose this hotel for the pool and hot tub, but were severely discouraged since both were treated with way too much chlorine. Just being in the pool room for 5 minutes, our eyes started to burn. Other people noticed as well and made complaints as we saw maintenance trying to fix the issue but the second time we tried to swim, it was not better yet. The beds were comfortable but we still didn't get any sleep from what it looked to be as teenagers shooting off fireworks behind the parking lot at 11pm. Then it rained all night and the rain hitting the awning outside of our room made loud clanking noises so there was no rest. These last two complaints were out of the hotel's control. The breakfast was pretty good!

We had a very clean, comfortable & friendly stay. This hotel was above & beyond our expectations. Great friendly staff. All areas were extremely clean. Our room was very clean! If I had to pick on something, the pillows were partially flat. But all in all a 10/10 Experience! Would highly recommend!

I wouldn’t give them less than 5* because they are very nice and the rooms, bedding, common areas are very nice as well but the housekeeping staff is not top notch. We stayed here last year as well for a conference and the room wasn’t cleaned after we left the first morning. After returning at 10pm that day, we had to ask for fresh towels so we’d have them for the next morning. This time, the water bottles in room were not sealed and had a sip or two out of one of them….also there was a good amount of hair on the coffee table. We left the room as-is the next morning to see if they would clean the room and fix the issues (intentionally without telling them about the problem) and it did not get fixed after housekeeping came through. Also, they did not replenish the makeup remover wipes the next morning. There were three women staying in my room so this would have been nice to have had replenished.

Overall, the hotel was great the staff at the front desk when I checked I was very friendly you breakfast was good and the room was clean. Rooms at night were very quiet. A lot of families and sport families. They had a great selection of different foods. Only issue was the WiFi. It would always say it was connected, but there was no Internet connection so we had to use a hotspot from our phone.

My family of 4 stayed here while in town for a gymnastics competition. The room was clean, and the food was good. We had fun in the pool. The staff was very friendly. I feel like everywhere we wanted to go was only 20-30 minutes away. My only complaint is the pull out bed was terrible. The mattress was so thin. My son chose to just sleep on the couch instead.

My husband, 1 year old and I stayed here for a family weekend trip. We stayed in the King suite which was perfect for us! We were able to have a separate space for ourselves in the living area while our toddler napped and went to bed before us. The hotel was modern, clean and overall exceeded our expectations. Breakfast was great every morning and the 2 free drinks a night were a nice touch! The pool was very warm which was great for our 1 year old and the restaurant was delicious. We loved being 15-20 minutes from attractions like the children’s museum, aquarium and great wolf lodge. Highly recommend this hotel and we look forward to starting again in the future!

Overall, the Embassy Suites was a nice Hilton property. All was as expected except for the front desk staff. They were not very professional in appearance and demeanor. We booked two rooms, and they didn't do adjoining rooms or even adjacent, and didn't ask. When I requested such, they smirked and said at least they're not on different floors.

I went here with two of my friends for a girl's night. This place is top-notch. Service is above and beyond. Rooms are a great size for three people. Big bathroom, we never felt cramped. The pool and hot tub area are great. You see people cleaning all day. This is my go-to hotel for the area. The breakfast was not great. It's pretty standard for any of these places. I thought made-to-order meant we got to sit down and order. But that's just if you want an omelet, which I am allergic to eggs. The bacon is microwaved, and the potatoes were the worst I have ever eaten. This is the only part that fell short. Next time I will find a good place for breakfast or skip it altogether. They need a catch like fresh cinnamon rolls or something. The breakfast does not stand out in any manner. But I love the large rooms. And the front desk people were so friendly!

The staff was great! We got into a car accident on our way to our vacation, and our vehicle was not drivable. As a result, we had to alter all of our plans the first day, and head to the hotel, while trying to sort out transportation, etc. The staff worked with us trying to get us into a room as soon as possible, as this was before check in, and they were very helpful! My family really enjoyed our stay!

We stayed for one night and loved everything about this hotel. The staff members that we interacted with were very friendly and helpful. Our suite as well as the entire property was exceptionally clean. The evening reception as well as the breakfast buffet in the morning were great with a wide selection of food options. My kids enjoyed the pool and I enjoyed the hot tub. Other than being a little off the beaten path and not very close to most of KC's popular attractions, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

The hotel was very nice but doubt we would stay again, especially if traveling for sports. Their breakfast on the weekends start at 7 for some reason, 6:30 weekday. For sports you have to get up early and want a good breakfast before heading out. Sadly we did no realize the time difference for breakfast or we would not have stayed. It is a nice hotel but their breakfast was the draw....so we will be staying some else for future sports traveling.

the hallways to the room was very cold. I think they had the air condition on. The room itself was nice and clean and some what warm. The bed was hard, not the best nights sleep. the Burger Shed food was terrible. the fries were cold and the Pork tenderloin was burnt.
