Staying on 7th floor was loud at night from the 8th floor rooftop bar and restaurant. $18/person breakfast buffet ran out of pancakes, potatoes and were not refilled during my time dining there. Limited other options for this pricey breakfast. Indoor pool was small and uninviting.

Excellent place to stay. EV charger for our car. Great location within easy walking distance to downtown restaurants. Great rooftop bar to watch the sunset over the mountains. Staff was fantastic and helpful.

Our stay was easy, clean, and efficient. The two things that could be improved were that there was a $25 per night parking fee which seemed excessive since we parked ourself and this was no destination site. The rooftop restaurant was not the one they picture on the advertisement and they menu lacked salad options. Otherwise I appreciated the clean and well stocked gym and the room was nice.

Very clean, beautiful view of the mountains. You can see the highway but it’s entertaining and interesting. 2 good restaurants and the rooftop bar has a relaxing beautiful view of the mountains. The staff was friendly and helpful. The vibes were good. Cleaning staff was awesome. I stayed in a 1 bedroom king. Wish they had a microwave in the room. But there’s a public one in the lobby.

We paid almost $600 for 2 nights, so we could walk to harrah’s Cherokee center for a competition. The bathroom was covered in mold. The comforters on the beds were so old and washed so many times you could almost see through them.

Very clean and comfortable. Had trouble with a thermostat and coffee pot not working, and they addressed and fixed right away. That makes such a difference. Hotel is close to the highway, if you choose the mountain view. Sound machines provided. It was worth it to see the beautiful sunsets.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The only issue was the cleaning staff never made up our room on the second morning there. When I called down at 3 to inquire about when they were coming I was informed they already left for the day. The front desk did send up some clean towels.

The rooftop bar/restaurant was amazing with the view. The room was spacious and clean. The only downside was the mountain facing room was loud from the traffic noise. We were on the seventh floor under the rooftop bar and could hear chairs sliding till closing time.

I had zero issues while there. Room was clean and spacious, the blackout shades had me sleeping till noon. Front desk was friendly and helpful. Only thing that would make it better would be having the bar stay open till midnight and have breakfast included but there’s a lot of other options in walking distance from the hotel.

We really enjoyed our stay and liked the convenience it provided to the downtown area. Easy walk to all the downtown accommodations. My only dislike was that we were on the 7th floor underneath the rooftop restaurant and the sound of chairs moving overhead was obnoxious.

The room was nice. The air conditioning Did not function properly and the room was hot no matter if we tried to adjust the temperature. I believe housekeeping should have notified the manager before renting out this room. Hopefully it will get fixed b/c the rooms are not cheap

The location was good and access to everything in town was pretty easy. We were able to walk downtown without too much trouble. However, there were two significant drawbacks to our stay. First, the pool was not functioning. We had our kids on this trip, and pool time was an important part of the schedule. It was one of our must-haves when deciding on a hotel. Second, there is a building larger than this one being built across the street between the hotel and the city. We booked a City View room but only had a view of the side of this building. We were on the 8th (top) floor. Men were on lifts right outside our window all day painting. They were working on it while we were there, so it got noisy first thing in the morning. The hotel provided complimentary earplugs on the desk, which was thoughtful, but they are not practically useful because you can't sleep with them in. I understand that things happen, but what made me particularly upset was that there was no recognition from the staff that things were not as promised. A simple, "We're sorry for the inconvenience, but the pool is closed," at check-in would have saved us from getting the kids in their swimsuits, going down there, figuring it out, bringing them back, changing again, and trying to figure out what to do with the next hour and a half. Same thing on the construction view/noise. An acknowledgment that it was a problem at check-in would have gone a long way. Staying here again? Probably not. There are better options.

This hotel stay was pretty last minute and I chose it mostly for affordability. Upon check-in, I knew I had made a great decision. The staff at the desk were so friendly and professional, and that kicked off a really great stay in general. Nice comfy room, great amenities, and really great location. I was able to walk to bars and shops easily. I would absolutely stay here again when I come back to Asheville

Great stay. Little bit of highway noise. Some staff were very friendly and others seemed to not like their jobs too much. Overall highly recommend. Also, not sure why you have vinyl covers and no vinyl…would have loved to listen to music in your beautiful lounge!

The hotel was about .25 miles to the heart of downtown's shopping and restaurants. The property was clean and parking was easy, listed online at $17 daily but was actually $25. I was in Asheville a few weeks ago and had trouble getting a spot at a rooftop at sunset, so this time I opted to stay downtown at a hotel with a rooftop bar for a sunset view. When I checked in, I asked if I would need a reservation (on a Saturday night), and was told no. About 4:15 pm, I went to the rooftop restaurant and asked if I would need to reserve a spot for sunset, just in case, and was told no by the host, with what appeared to also be a manager standing there. I was told no. So I went downtown and as the sun was coming down, walked back to the hotel and up to the rooftop bar. I was asked if I had a reservation by the same host, and I reminded them that they told me I would not need one. The host said it was the timing, and I reminded them that I specifically asked about sunset. They then validated, that yes, they did say this. I was told that there wouldn't be seats until after dark, and that I could go to the neighboring hotel, which I would assume would be full as well. I didn't want to walk back downtown at that time, although I would have stayed down there later if I knew the rooftop wasn't an option. I ended up just going back to my room. I think that the host and/or manager should have made a reservation just in case. What would that have hurt? It would have been for 2 people.

We were given the key to someone else's room upon checking in. We entered the room to find the TV on and someone's belongings all over the room. There very well could have been someone changing, or someone could have attacked us is they thought we were trying to break in. Heather, at the front desk, told us we were wrong before checking herself and then getting us a new room. She tried to brush off our concerns and only offered free breakfast to compensate. This was likely a legal offense and made us feel unsafe at the hotel for the entirety of our trip.

The staff at this hotel were really rude and not very understanding of a situation that their system caused. My bestfriends birthday was ruined bc we were charged double for 1 night at this hotel, it took a whole week for me to get any funds back and it ruined our brunch plans and everything! I am very upset with this hotel, and the breakfast was absolutely horrible

We spent one night at the hotel and enjoyed our trip. The hotel was excellent, staff was very friendly and helpful, our room had a beautiful mountain view, we walked to downtown Asheville in 8 minutes to reach out the restaurants and downtown attractions. We plan to go there again sometime soon to stay longer.

Hotel was 10/10 except the PAID $18 per person breakfast that was abysmal. Pancakes were crackers, bacon was one giant lump that you had to rip apart, bread on display was molding, it was comical. It ends at 10am and they started taking stuff away at 9:40 so we were left with almost nothing to eat....again...for $36 GD dollars

The room was clean. Honestly the front desk person was matter of fact. The food at the dogwood cafe was not not good and we just got a salad and one with chicken. No flavor at all. The drinks at the rooftop bar was good though. I never give a negative review but I would not choose this hotel again.
