The hotel was new, clean, and smelled great. It offers free breakfast and has many amenities. The fitness center was definitely more than i expected. The pool area was nice. They had washers and dryers to use for free. In my room, the TV wasnt working correctly and one of the burners on the stove didnt work. Other than that, it was a great experience.

Hotels.com says there is an airport shuttle. Not really, only from 9am to 6pm. After waiting at the airport for a while, we called the hotel and they said, too late. $30 Uber did the trick, I have no idea how it says it is only 5 miles away -- perhaps as the crow flies? Management was super nice to get us a Lyft back to the airport at their expense back in the early AM. The other Residence Inn has a shuttle, so for $10 more per night, probably a better option.

We waited on the airport shuttle almost 3 hours. Each time we called the staff was rude and said they'd be back at the top of the hour. Second time staying here, same experience the first time. Refuse to stay again.

when i called they told me me free shuttle to airport and when i arrive the shuttle is until after 9 and my flight is for 7 so i had to pay 45 for taxi that was a real inconvienence

The location is nice and quiet. Breakfast is good and the staff was helpful. Things are very worn and many things are due for renovation. Despite calling ahead to check that they had EV charging and it worked, the two they had were broken. Unacceptable for a two-week stay and having called ahead. They had one repaired the next week. Sharing with the other EVs that were staying went well. One night we had 3 Teslas, one Mach-e, and an Audi, but we all got what we needed for the next day.

I originally booked a king size bed suite because the room I booked in January 2025 was amazing but this time when I checked in she gave me a double Queen bed room but everything was horrible and the bathroom wallpaper was coming off the sink vanity was all damaged what looked like water damage room 301 is horrible the floor throughout the room was not cleaned 100% and very dusty throughout all corners of room and around the beds. The tv didn’t even have my name displayed it had someone else’s name. I was to tired from driving so many hours for my daughters college orientation to speak with anyone about this and I don’t like to make a scene and especially that I was there alone with my daughter. The room was not free I had to pay with my hard earned money and what was presented to me was not worth what I paid for. Again in January the room suite we had was beautiful but this time it was horrible. I would like someone to reach out and do something about this and look into this to get a refund of some sort. I knew I should of taken pictures but I didn’t to much stuff going on for my daughters school and to little time

Arrival I was amazed the lobby and staff were well kept. Lobby smelled amazing. Unfortunately the room I was assigned had a TERRRIBLE smell. It had a stinch of urine/and an unkept living space. There was animal hair on the furniture. Some of the furniture was torn. The walls/doors were dirty and stained. It was evident the room was quickly turned over for next guest. I have stayed in a Residence Inn in Alabama and was was very pleased. That was not the case in this location. The other great things about this location was overshadowed by these disgusting issues I could not ignore. I was there for 1 night. If my stay was longer I would have requested a refund and would have found another hotel. * also you pay for parking per koght thos fee was a surprise add on upon check-in*

Third time staying at this hotel. This time around, the cleanliness was severely lacking. On arrival, bed sheet had hairs on it. The drawers in the bedroom had alot of hair as well, Even the front desk clerk was surprised. House keeping was not avaliable to rectify at that hour. They did offer us another room but it was ground level right next to the car park.

The property was clean but smelled like bug spray. There was a pool but couldn’t swim. The breakfast was a joke. They refused to give any kind of refund or anything. Since the website says they have a pool and breakfast.

Very nice big rooms. Cordial staff allowed us an early check in which was very useful to us. Didn’t love the parking charge considering it’s a hotel that is out of the downtown area but guess they are taking advantage of the alternatives further downtown

Overall experience was good. My biggest complaint is the beds. They were not comfortable. But the room was very nice and spacious. The entire hotel seemed to be kept clean. Breakfast was pretty good for a hotel.

Ample room with kitchen and dining room that suits well for a family of 5. Facilities and services are very basic and soundproof from neighbor guests and airplanes is deficient. The area offers very little, it is almost 20 min drive to the airport and their shuttle doesn’t start early.

Rooms were clean and comfortable. However, we booked the rooms for the "free breakfast" and "airport shuttle" and they were so time limited that we couldn't use either. In the morning we couldn't find any front desk assistance either as they were sleeping in a back room. We should have stayed closer to the airport and had a smaller Uber fee.

We only stayed overnight but it was a pleasant experience. The property is nice . The staff is wonderful. Room is spacious and clean with good amenities. They even have free breakfast but unfortunately we're not able to take advantage of this as we had to leave very early that morning. No stores or restaurants nearby though. But I still highly recommend this place.

I picked this location because it was near the airport and had EV chargers on site. I will say the chargers (Tesla) have seen better days and I was actually very hesitant to use them. However, they seemed to work just fine - although I would not trust them in a downpour. The rest of the hotel was the typical Residence Inn experience - actually really nice rooms (suites). The hotel it tucked away but still nearby a lot of shopping and dining options - so no issues there and it seemed like a decent area (not worried about hub caps missing in the morning). Staff seemed nice enough and even knew about their on site EV chargers (not always a given).

We had a great stay at the Marriott residence inn. It was only for one night but exactly what my family and I needed. Our room was like a studio, it was big and clean. We ordered food from door dash as there is really nothing around! But it was fine. Breakfast was good. The shuttle in/oit of the airport was really practical. Highly recommend

Actually the Hotel is excellent and very clean. Alot of parking sites, Breakfast was good but limited. Rooms are big and clean. No noises around the corridors and the reception guys were helpful . Overall the hotel is wonderful.
