This hotel was absolutely wonderful! It felt very much like staying in someone's home. They have staff there 24/7 to assist and a shared kitchen which anyone can use. We had a very relaxing and wonderful stay! The pool area is very laid back and there are a few cats which stay in the property that my son and I loved to visit with. The only thing I would suggest to them is a better free breakfast. All that was available was bread, cheese, fruit, coffee, juice and tea. You can purchase other breakfast options, however the portion of what we ordered was very small and we were hungry shortly afterwards. Overall, I HIGHLY recommend a stay here. It is one of my favorite hotels I have ever stayed in!

We stayed at this hotel and found the experience very enjoyable. The hotel is well-located, close to the beach and attractions, yet in a quieter neighborhood. Buses run frequently at the end of the street, which is convenient. We met the owners, who were absolutely charming and gave us many recommendations for the rest of our trip. There is even parking available if needed, and the area is very secure. The staff is friendly, and we had the chance to have breakfast on the pleasant terrace. The rooms are nicely decorated and well-equipped. We had a wonderful stay and, if we could have, we would have stayed longer.

This seems to be an original villa that was converted to a hotel. The architecture was quite interesting. The check in receptionist was quite nice. The pool was small but nice and relaxing. We found a dead roach in our room when we first checked in, which kind of tainted us a bit. But for one night it was okay.

This is a pleasant property with friendly staff. After staying in two previous locations near downtown, the peace and quiet here was refreshing. Only two negatives we have are that our room was too small and ice was not available on this property. A couple with more than two suitcases will be hard pressed here.

Property is great and staff are fantastic. A couple of things like the basin are showing signs of age with cracks etc. The street is nice and quiet and off street parking may be available. There is one up market restaurant within walking distance and several other cheaper restaurants that are walkable also. Public beach access is a fair distance away and driving or taxi is probably best.

Ein nettes kleines Hotel etwas veraltet. Service und Empfang war super nett. Hotel liegt ruhig. Den Möbeln sieht man das Alter an. Wir waren nur zum schlafen da somit ok. Das WC ist undicht, hatten immer eine Pfütze im Bad. Der Pool ist nett jedoch die Möglichkeit dort gemütlich zu liegen ist mangels Platz eher nicht vorhanden. Nachts um 2 hat ein Gast mehrmals geklingelt dann sein Auto im Innenhof geparkt. Leider hat dann auch noch die Alarmanlage gehupt beim absperren. Wir waren wohl im günstigsten Zimmer zur Straße. In den Genuss des Frühstücks kamen wir nicht da wir zu früh unsere Tour gestartet haben. Zum schlafen ok.

Beautiful property, has a lot of character, I loved the AC it was nice and cold, balcony was beautiful. However, no elevator only stairs (to carry out your bags). No offer for water and drinks. There is a lil shop you can buy some drinks.

Very nice villa near the end of a residential cul-de-sac. Staff were welcoming and friendly. This was essentially staying at a nice bed and breakfast. Our room was large with 2 extra large beds. The decor and structural design of the room was a bit dated but despite it's large size, everything felt clean. Nearest public beach entrance is about 15 minute walk. There are some fast food type joints outside on the main street, but for more formal type dining options, that is also about 15-20 minutes walk.

If you are looking for a different experience than resorts, this is a wonderful bed and breakfast/ airbnb/ boutique hotel option. We stayed here for 5 nights and had a very comfortable stay. The rooms have traditional Boveda ceilings with a cute balcony (shared) leading down to the pool area. We didnt use the pool but it was nice to look at. The bathroom was big and spacious with a very nice sunken shower area. The villa has a lot of character and breakfast at the big dining table every morning was a nice experience (the staff makes the breakfast fresh in the kitchen based on your order). At the shared breakfast table we got to interact with other couples staying at the villa. It felt personal and homely and that's what we were looking for. A suggestion - adding a coffee machine and a mini fridge in the room would be a great and much needed addition. The villa is located in a quiet residential street. There are dining options at the beginning of the street. But it is a distance away from the nearest public beaches and main restaurant area and we took Ubers to commute.

Great small hotel. Room was very unique, beautiful actually. I believe there were only 6 or 8 rooms in the building. Staff was friendly, breakfast was delicious. Only negative was the air conditioning. It worked, but left a bit to be desired. Possibly undersized for the room? Don't let this MINOR complaint deter you from staying. Well worth it.

This was our second time staying at this property, and we had a wonderful experience as before. Host James, his wife and rest of the staff were very welcoming and made us feel like family (we were traveling with our 4 yr old, the property is very kid and family friendly). Will definitely be returning again, highly recommend this hotel for your stay in Cancun.

Dejligt ophold i dette lille hotel, som ligger på en rolig vej. 15 min gåtur fra stranden. Og 20 min Cancun centrum med Uber. Rart personale, gode senge og fint Wifi. Vi vil dog anbefale hotellet at de henviser til Uber og ikke taxa, da det er en sikker transport og 1/2 pris af de taxa de selv anbefaler. Vi kommer meget gerne igen.

Everything was great only issue was the breakfast, I was charged for the breakfast at the end not knowing I had to pay. On Expedia it say breakfast as part of the inclusion but I was told by the staff that it’s an option, if consumed we must pay.

This property was wonderful. You really felt like you were staying in a gorgeous old Villa. The staff was so kind, we appreciate everything they did for us. The breakfast was also excellent. My daughter was very enamored of the 3 cats that live in the courtyard. A bit of a hike to the beach, but that means it was quiet and free of the mega resort party folks.

Minha estadia foi ruim. Na chegada encontramos um segurança que mostrou um bilhente com a mensagem que o check in seria feito de manha. Havia sempre somente uma só pessoa por turno que fazia de tudo - café da manhã, atendimento as mesas, atendimentos de check in e check out e dava informações sobre o local. Para deslocamentos por Cancun sempre tem que se tomar um veículo - local isolado sem muitas opções a pé. O café da manhã é do tipo la carte com cobranças por cada alimento solicitado.
