This hotel is in a great location for the O2. Our room was comfortable with a lovely view of the river. A couple of minor points let it down a bit. 1. The dining room is quite small in relation to the size of the hotel which meant a long queue for breakfast. 2. The first floor bar has lovely views over the river, if you stand up! Nearly all the seats face the river but, unfortunately, the bottom window panes have obscure glass so when you are sat down you can’t see out. 3. We had to ask twice for our tea, coffee and milk to be replenished. Overall though we still had a pleasant short stay and we would stay again.

I thought the hotel was lovely and the pool area very clean and spacious. We had a drink in the sky bar and I have to say that £9.50 for a small bowl of mixed nuts was unbelievably expensive and a £5 service charge for bringing 2 glasses of wine to our table is ridiculous. £47 for 2 glasses of fizz and a small bowl of nuts????????

Hotel was very modern and room was excellent Building works taking place which was a shame and spa window had view of scaffold tower ! Wasn’t expecting to pay £52 for parking per day either. Disappointed that paying for two nights would end up with a large parking bill. Should be included with the room rate or at least mentioned on the website.

Excellent stay, as soon as we walked in we were approached by a member of staff who took our dinner reservation. Then on check in again, excellent service and given an amazing room overlooking the river and towards Canary Wharf. We used the pool which was the only disappointment as it was very cold and not relaxing, that said, the jacuzzi pool was warm and the steam and sauna were great. The member of staff who greeted us at the spa area offered excellent service and informed us of the facilities we could use, she was so happy and we were very impressed with her. We had dinner in Market Brasserie which was excellent, service was excellent as was breakfast. We had a fantastic stay here with the only slight disappointment being the cold swimming pool but that did not spoil our stay. Really excellent service from all staff from check in to check out. Will definitely return.

Amazing stay, beautiful hotel. Original room was not clean but despite this we was easily able to be re-accommodated. Breakfast was incredible, only let down was being unable to use the facilities after check out which was a shame as we were planning on spending the day at the pool after our check out at 12pm.

Our stay was ok. The closeness to the o2 is great. The hotel is a bit old. The carpets must be cleaned.... It makes it feel dirty. The mini bar was not cold. There was dust everywhere. The staff at reception was very nice. We had to ask a few times for shaving kit and toothbrush and then only got 1... If i come to a show I'll choose this hotel but it's not value for money.

Great location for event at the O2. Was disappointed with the state of the room. The walls were very badly stained, could do with a deep clean and lick of paint. Not what I expected at all. Breakfast was lovely, some staff very friendly.

3 room changes time was limited keys did nt work ended up with a family room with scaffold and workmen outside our window at 8.30 am .. all about the views and location this hotel .. 1st bleach smell so strong.. 2nd waste in bin and mirror had toothpaste .. I left all my make up and promised it would be sent … still waiting 5 weeks later and can’t get a response don’t stay here this service is appalling for the cost

All staff from check-in to check-out were very helpful and friendly. The hotel itself is very clean, well maintained and the decor is very aesthetically pleasing. We were even pleasantly surprised to see the ashtrays outside were all shiny and clean the next morning. It’s not something that would have bothered me but effort and attention to detail has not gone unnoticed. We only stayed for one night unfortunately but would have been more than happy to have stayed much longer if we could have! Another reason I chose this hotel was convenience for attending the 02 arena which honestly if anyone is visiting for a show at the 02 then this hotel is a must! The access door connecting the hotel lobby and the arena/shopping centre is so handy! I was very anxious and worried about my safety coming to London as well but the hotel and the surrounding grounds/area felt very safe and allowed me to feel comfortable during my short stay! Thank you for a great experience and I look forward to returning hopefully very soon!

The staff were excellent, very friendly and extremely helpful. The only thing that let the hotel down was the toilet seat in our room had not been cleaned from the previous guests and there was big red sequin pieces all over the carpet in the room and in the hallway, and a small gripe in that the toilet roll was cheap and thin, and the towels were hard and crisp when really they should be soft. It was a small let down on what I would say was a really nice place to stay. Fully recommend the breakfast it was so good, and the chef and staff were really friendly and very professional.

Unfortunately this has been the worst sleep possible for me resulting in back pain. The mattress is awful, tv wasnt working on arrival but someone came up and sorted some wire problems out but we also had continuous lamp issues flickering on and off throughout the night.Love how its connecting to the 02, so convenience is great but is the stay worth what i paid. No. Hoping management will sort something.

This hotel was wonderful. Ideally located for the O2 with its own private entrance into the O2 (which was ideal after the show) super friendly staff and excellent service all round. Bed was super comfy, well equipped rooms and everything you needed for a luxury stay. Its not cheap, but thats the price you pay for quality and this level of service.

Great room, fantastic area close enough to central London to pop in, but plenty close by like the O2 shopping and also the ever better Canary Wharf dining and shopping. The majority of staff were wonderful, but on our last day we checked out and then saw a show at the O2… when we came back in to pay for our hotel parking the reception chap was miserable and rude, like it was an inconvenience. Only other gripe is the sofa bed for our son - just not that comfortable! You can do better!

In itself this is a nice hotel and really convenient for the O2; however, the check in was an altogether different experience. Check in was at 1530, but the receptionist was rude, brusque and unwelcoming. Not what I expect at any hotel, especially one that cost £270/night!

Overall, the lack of organization and poor service made for a disappointing experience. I expected much better.

We have stayed here numerous times in the past without issues but this time was terrible. Firstly I want to say that all the breakfast and bar staff are amazing and we had no issues there. But during our four night stay we were woken up twice by room service (even though we had ‘do not disturb’ on), one morning they knocked on the door three times in an hour. We parked our car at the hotel (at £52 a night) and advised them of this during check-in. On the third morning of our stay we were woken up by a phone call from reception at 7:45 with the person quite aggressively saying ‘you have a car in the car park which needs to be moved now’ they offered for someone to collect our keys and move it for us, which we declined. Ten minutes later another call, more aggressive ‘move your car, we have a private function and it’s in the way’. No ‘please’ no ‘sorry for the inconvenience’. Five minutes later yet another call from the manager with the same tone, demanding we moved the car immediately, and at the point where she started shouting at me I hung up the phone. We were basically hounded until we moved the car along with another 10-12 people/cars. When checking out we asked for a discount to the parking charges which they seemed to be surprised about. This could’ve been handled so much better and really leaves a sour taste to what would have been another decent stay.

On the third morning of our stay we were woken up by a phone call from reception at 7:45 with the person quite aggressively saying ‘you have a car in the car park which needs to be moved now’ they offered for someone to collect our keys and move it for us, which we declined. Ten minutes later another call, more aggressive ‘move your car, we have a private function and it’s in the way’. No ‘please’ no ‘sorry for the inconvenience’. Five minutes later yet another call from the manager with the same tone, demanding we moved the car immediately, and at the point where she started shouting at me I hung up the phone. We were basically hounded until we moved the car along with another 10-12 people/cars. When checking out we asked for a discount to the parking charges which they seemed to be surprised about. This could’ve been handled so much better and really leaves a sour taste to what would have been another decent stay.

At check in was told that the twin I had booked was not available and the only option was a folding bed. As I was under time pressure to get to a meeting I did not have time to fight for what I was paying for and booked. So had to just go with it will not stay here again as can not trust what I booked and payed for is what you get

Was a solo trip and felt safe, staff were amazing and was available via wotsapp throughout my stay and got back to me straight away. They were very friendly throughout the hotel grounds and willing to help. I was even upgraded to a lovely room with an amazing view

Fantastic hotel with wonderful facilities and a great view of London from the bar at night. The people who work there are very friendly and more than happy to help. I would definitely use this hotel again for an event at the O2 arena as there is an adjoining pathway to the arena. The room was spotless and the bed was the most comfortable I think I have ever slept in. The breakfast was very comprehensive and welcome in the morning. Getting there is easy as the jubilee line is a 5 minute walk.

Bit of a muddle with the booking - Expedia confirmation, but hotel had no record of it. Staff dealt with it well though and we had a good stay. Brilliant place to stay for O2 events. Rooms very comfortable and an excellent breakfast.

Hotel ideally situated for the O2. Beautiful decor, lovely staff, very helpful. We ate in the Brasserie and the food was amazing with great service. Lovely views of the river and Canary Wharf. Nice touch receiving chocolates on checkout.

Had a great stay at this hotel when attending the Noah Kahan gig at the 02. So convenient and well worth the extra for being so close. The hotel was great with good sized rooms and facilities. Highly recommended if going to the 02

Amazing hotel and beautiful. Ordered food from the twilight menu and the food was awful, other than that everything was fantastic, would stay again but would avoid room service and the food as it was such a let down, Especially for the price.

I thought the hotel was lovely and the pool area very clean and spacious. We had a drink in the sky bar and I have to say that £9.50 for a small bowl of mixed nuts was unbelievably expensive and a £5 service charge for bringing 2 glasses of wine to our table is ridiculous. £47 for 2 glasses of fizz and a small bowl of nuts????????

We had a 2 night stay here whilst attending a concert at the O2 for which it's perfect accommodation as it's so close. They have so many staff - even ones to press the lift buttons, and they are so professional. Every single one went the extra mile to make our stay special. We had room service food after the concert, of which there was lots of choice. Breakfast had everything imaginable on the menu. We'll be back when we visit the O2 again.

Hotel staff were very helpful and friendly on arrival. Hotel was lovely and clean and the view from our room over the River Thames was amazing. Room was a good size. Very luxurious. Excellent access to the O2 Arena which makes getting into the arena and exiting at the end of the night so much easier and quicker and just a very short walk from the hotel The only thing that we were disappointed with was the quality of the room service breakfast. We ordered porridge and toast. The porridge was lukewarm and had no flavour, tasted like it had been made with water and quite a small portion. There were no extras to go with the porridge so very bland and overpriced at £7.00 (i.e. fruit, maple syrup etc) We also ordered toast which arrived very floppy and tasted like cheap wholemeal bread - this was £4.00. But we also had to pay £5 Room service charge and 12.5% tip, so a very expensive breakfast that was not very good quality, very disappointed for this type of hotel. We wouldn’t have minded paying this amount of money if the food had been better quality. So, all in all we would definitely stay again at this hotel but would not use the room service.

Staff on front desk were more interested in taking more money from me for a deposit (after already spending £509 for the room) than telling me about my stay, including very useful information like the fact there’s a hotel entrance to the O2 through the back. Although we arrived around 1 hour after check-in time, upon arriving to our room, the cleaner was still working on it. Unfortunately the cleaner had left her body odour in the room, which didn’t go away the entire stay. This ruined the room tbh, and ultimately our stay. View from the window was nice. Breakfast was fine.

Fantastic service; food (Seafood on Fridays in Brasserie on 1st floor and breakfast, lovely cool room and soft sheets and comfy bed. Check out is at 12pm so no stress. Easy access to O2 for concert, which was essential as the show we went to finished at 11pm, so eliminated all the stress. Had a gift shop with snacks open after concert ended which is good for late night munchies. Didn’t have time to use spa but it looked lovely. Will stay again.
