Upper Deck Hotel and Bar - Adults Only

For the money I would rate this motel above others on the island. Especially since it is just a few house away from a nice beach access and restaurant. The staff is SUPER friendly and I really appreciated that. However, the place is pretty old and run-down. The sleeping/living part of the room was very roomy which was good, but the lighting is not very good. The bathroom is what ruined it for us. To say that it is small would be an understatement. It only has a pedestal sink and with a missing drain cover I was scared stuff would fall right down the drain. The toiletries (including tp and facial tissues) were so AWFUL we had to go buy our own. And the giant roach on the wall at 2:00 AM was not a welcome guest. For the price and if you are drinking and partying it is fine. Luckily the live music cuts off promptly at 10:00 PM because you can hear it no matter where you are on the property and in your room.

Nice place…but walls are thin…so you can here all that is going on outside when other people are partying till 2am

The room was clean, live music was fantastic and the area was convenient

The room was very damp/humid, with my allergies I was not able to breathe and had to cut a 4 night stay into a 2 night stay. The staff was wonderful however.

The staff are amazing and so polite and great to talk about what’s going on the island. Would definitely recommend and come back because of the staff members. Great location on the island to places.
