This property actually had a working hotub. Many hotels in this area have filled in their hottubs and after a long day of driving this is something my husband and I enjoy along with a pool.

We came to stay there for a date night. Picked the hotel because it said there was a hot tub. When we checked in we were told they got tub is not working. Wish I would have known that I would have picked the other hotel that had a hot tub.

I called the property early and the staff told me that the hot tub was working properly when I got there. The hot tub was not working properly. It was no hot water so it was a couple degrees higher than a regular swimming pool and I mainly wanted the hot tub My room is right by the exit doors and the hall. I could hear everybody walking up and down the hallway closing and entering throughout the doors so from 6 o’clock in the morning until we checked out, it was a constant hearing people go by the room, shutting their doors and everything and I probably would never stay there again

My bathroom smelt horrible. When brought up to the front desk they said it was their cleaners they used. I found fabreeze car air fresheners in my ac unit so that tells me they were covering up the puke smell in the bathroom. Then to add to that right across the hall there were two big dogs left in the room that barked all day and night long. The front desk did the bare minimum of just knocking on the door and nobody answered. It as very obvious the owners left their dogs in the room till 11pm 2 nights in a row.

Beautiful property! Spotless & welcoming. Well-appointed & spacious & very quiet room, great bed & pillows, great bath linens and toiletries. Excellent well-stocked breakfast with some nice extra touches on the waffle and yogurt bar. Kudos to management and team for a well-run property! Very impressed!

The hotel was pretty decent for our weekend stay. It was quiet and the main parts of the place were clean. Our room pretty decent but there was food left in the fridge, tags left on the bathroom floor and undergarments left in the closet from the previous guests. Our room only had 3 towels (our room slept 6 people) and when we asked the front desk for more—he told us no. We did get some extras a different day because they missed cleaning our room. They also advertised that they have infant beds/cribs available but we were told no on that as well.

The bed was extremely uncomfortable we had a hard time falling asleeo and we didnt sleep well as we woke up several times in the night due to the bed and pillows being uncomfortable. We woke up in pain because of this issuse which severly impacted our trip.

It was a nice room. However there is some kind of tapping noise in the wall, closest to the bed, when people use the bathroom water upstairs. Sometimes it can be annoying in the middle of the night. The bed matress probably either needs to be rotated or replaced. There are obvious intentions on either side, where people sleep. Otherwise it was not too bad and based on price, we may stay there again to visit our son in Lincoln.

Brand new hotel. Unfortunately poor construction. You can hear everything. Other rooms using restrooms? You’ll hear it. Foot steps? You’ll hear it. Overall, great staff, nice pool. But. If you welcome a quiet stay, do not stay here.

The stay was fine but service was iffy. Left an article of clothing there rhat had sentimental meaning to me and called them when i got to Colorado and realize the mistake and the person i spoke with was rude and just flat out said rhey didnt have it and hung up. Didnt offer to look for me.

This was the nicest Best Western hotel I've ever stayed in. Looked more like a fancy city hotel! My room was very clean, comfortable, and quiet - surprising, considering it is right near the I-80 highway. Breakfast had a lot of choices, and was very good! I would stay here again and recommend to anyone staying in Lincoln. *Only negative is the staff checking us in. He was annoyed, rude, and a bit condescending.

A good place to stay on Christmas Eve. Somewhat off the “beaten path”, although close to I-80, for easy access Felt safe. Thank you for having a handicap bar next to the tub… a needed feature many hotels do not have. Breakfast was standard menu items..

The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. Really enjoyed the breakfast. The staff quickly filled every empty food item with new items at breakfast. The hotel was just off the Interstate, a good, easy accessible place and lots of eating nearby.

We were told by the front desk staff that breakfast at 6:30, but the morning staff said it was 7am. There were at least a dozen people waiting for breakfast, so the staff member hurried and had the dining area open and ready by 6:45.

Very nice place for us to stay last minute as we were passing through the area. We needed to get on the road early the next morning. The complimentary breakfast was supposed to start at 6:30 am. We got to the breakfast area around 6:45 and it wasn’t ready yet, the coffee was already gone and the lady getting the food out didn’t seem to be in a hurry or notice the 8 people waiting for her to open up for breakfast. Our room & stay otherwise was great except the room next to us must have had someone vaping the entire night and the smell was very strong in our room - to the point I slept with a pillow covering my face. Not the fault of the hotel, however, it may be time to update the “no smoking” policy to include “no vaping”. Oh and bring your own decaf tea if you drink tea at night to unwind like we do. They only had caffeinated tea bags available. All that being said, we would stay there again.

Juice machine at breakfast only had one working tap. All others were marked out of order. I went to use the only working tap (orange juice) and only got water. I informed kitchen staff. They came opened machine, shook the box of concentrate, then tried machine. Got only water. Repeated shaking the box a second time with the same results. Disappeared for about 5 minutes and came back with a big “ out of order sign”. Apparently this machine is in need of serious repairs or replacement.

This is our regular preferred hotel when visiting Lincoln, perhaps 4x each year. The public area is so good for meeting with local family over cards and pizza or similar. Breakfast is above normal. Value for our money is very good.
