The photos DO NOT represent the location. Rooms are small, sketchy area, and most importantly, the rooftop bar has been closed since 2022!!! That’s the main reason we booked the place!

Hotel itself was nice and the room was spacious. The bathroom was modern and the waterfall shower was a beautiful touch. However, the gym had very outdated equipment. There was quite a bit of homeless around outside the property.

The hotel, is located in a busy street, no parking near by at least you valet parking for $60 a night! Very expensive! The hotel is old, the elevator t weird noise and scary! No hotel view other than old nasty apartments and no pool no gym! The WiFi connection sucks!!!

No pool staff explained bldg code didn't allow but some other entertainment or recreation should be added Antiquated, some of the electrical outlets in room didn't work. It would help to add built in device charging stations. Staff were very courteous, helpful and efficient Responded and resolved requests promptly

The staff are friendly, and it’s good for a short stay but parking is non-existent. Valet is $50/night and takes 30 minutes for them to grab your car and bring it around (I’d say uber where you can). It’s a nice hotel but definitely outdated, the light fixtures in the room don’t work very well and there is definitely mold on the shower walls (probably due to the bathroom fan not working). Overall I’d probably stay somewhere else next time but it was adequate for us to stay there one night.

The hotel staff was great. The building was older and quaint. They have an old mailbox on the lobby with the chute from the floor above. That was interesting to see. The hotel room was clean but small. There was renovation happening so there was a scaffold in front of the building which made it a little difficult to get in and out of the building. We used a public lot two streets over rather than the valet which was more expensive. Good experience but I am not sure we would stay there again.

When I booked, I was not made aware of the required valet parking and fee. Nor did we have free access to ice. I understand all places need to have repair, but it was difficult to find the entrance due to construction.

The room was spotless beautiful rustic but modern decor! It’s right in the heart of Miami I was able to walk everywhere and it’s only a few minutes away from the Port of Miami if you are cruising! I will definitely stay again!

Check in was easy. The woman that checked us in was friendly and helpful and we were able to get an early check in. The room was clean and a good size. The bed was comfy. The location is good. Lots of restaurants and stores nearby. Also walking distance from the bay. We would definitely stay here again.

Me and my husband stayed here for 2 nights and onestly it was even better than we expected. First of all the room was renovated so everything was new and in perfect shape, the bathroom was huge and spotless. What we liked the most was that everything was very clean, the staff was polite and let's not forget about the fact that every room has it's own coffee machine

Each time the air conditioner blower started, it made a prolonged whirring noise loud enough to wake me up. The plumbing also emitted a gurgling noise at times; although no liquids flowed out that I could observe, this seemed to be caused when a toilet was flushed in a room linked to the same effluent pipes. Finally, the lobby was cramped and opened onto a blighted urban street. I expected more from a 4 star hotel.

The hotel is beautiful and clean, be mindful if you have a room facing the street, was kept up during the night due to outside noise and people screaming and arguing outside the hotel. You can hear EVERYTHING outside the windows, they are very thin and have no noise reduction. Other than that it was a good stay with friendly staff, probably wouldn’t stay here again though.

Nice hotel in a beautiful classic building with lovely original features.. Good location to get to Bracknell and Bayside areas. Rooms were very stylish and clean with a big bathroom and great shower. We had a room on the 6 th floor which meant you could hear quite a lot of street noise....

The air is our room quit working when we arrived back from our concert at 11. The staff promptly sent someone to our room to check it out. He did not speak English so we used google translate to communicate that we wanted to change rooms. Staff was very polite but did not offer to assist in the move. We were not informed that our breakfast had been paid for when we arrive and I had difficulty retrieving the info on the app. I found it under amenities. I would not consider this an amenity. It was an addition to what I paid for the room that was not on the receipt from Hotels.com. This is not the hotel’s fault but a fault of Hotels.com. The bed at the hotel was extremely uncomfortable. I could not get a good nights sleep the air in the room that we moved to was good. The shower, however, was difficult due to the handheld being in one position only there was not sufficient space for cosmetics since there was only a pedestal sink in a shelf above it The staff was very pleasant during each of our conversations with them. Breakfast next door could have been better with more healthy options such as smoked salmon, fresh oatmeal, berries and healthy bread

Hotel was alright. Comfort of bed was nothing amazing. Shower has alot off build up on it. You can tell they don’t clean too well. Staff was very rude. I asked for water at around 11pm and the front desk lady told me no. I let her know that the water bottles in the fridge were already open. She still told me that they have no water to give me. I even told her I would pay whatever for it. Staff was very rude and not willing to help considering the price of the hotel.

I am very disappointed with my experience. I booked through hotels.com got to the hotel and was told that I did not have a reservation. I contacted hotels.com. They called the hotel and the accommodations that I was given was not what I booked. We were given a room that only slept for people and we did not get our free breakfast. The staff was great, but I feel like I was cheated out of my money and it was a very nerve-wracking experience. It took us almost 40 minutes to get it straightened out very disappointed in this stay. I’m not sure who was at fault but now I’m nervous about using the app.

A clean place with nice rooms and friendly service. The neighborhood felt dodgy with people sleeping on the street around the corner. But the front desk guy convinced me it was a safe neighborhood and as I walked around away from the homeless I felt fine.

We arrived a day prior to a cruise. The Langford is close to the Marketplace and Cruise Port. We caught a tour at the marketplace which was only a 12 minute walk. Some great restaurants in the area, again, just minutes away.

Advertise as having a restaurant and bar. The first time we asked the staff as to the location of restaurant and bar we were told there wasn’t one to be later advised that it’s only open for breakfast… we had to walk everywhere or wait 40 min for valet service. As there were no ther options for parking. Over all room was clean, no ice machine and the mini bar was satesfactery. We were severely miss led by the advertising stated that there is a restaurant and bar but mind not state it’s hrs. Should be called a breakfast bar not a “restaurant”

The hotel room was nice, but some things need to be renovated. The breakfast is amazing. Very well prepared and varied. Absolutely top notch! The valet parking service was also good, but a bit expensive by German standards (but that's normal here). We are very happy with our stay and would book here again.

I had really high hopes for this place after reading many positive reviews. However, a couple of things should be noted. I booked a room with 2 queen beds, and I got a room with 1 king instead. The hotel has a shuttle, but you have to pay extra for it, schedule it, and they won’t pick you up from the airport. In the middle of the night, our toilet started making noise, and the next morning, would not flush. When telling the front desk, they said they’d send someone right away. After a hour, we checked out and had to remind them that the toilet was still broken. The noise there is horrendous. All you can hear all night long is traffic noise. Bring ear plugs! The cherry on top for me was when I booked, it said breakfast was included — however the hotel made us pay an extra $24 per person just to have their version of the continental. Overall, would not recommend.
