Good hotel for family. Stayed during state basketball it was clean and worked great for family. The game room shown in picture costs $5 per hour per person. It was after a snow storm when arrived and the snow removal was poor.

Game room was 5 dollars per person which seems excessive for me and my kids when nobody else was even there. The waffle batter was empty and couldn’t find anyone to help fill it. Ended up going elsewhere for breakfast. Sign by box said to turn in key and take a travel bag but there were no travel bags.

So disappointing that I splurged and paid so much for this stay. This hotel should have been $100 cheaper. No lights in the parking lot. All the hotel was dimly lit and smelled funny. Hair all in the bed and bathroom. Stains on the chairs and sides of the couch. Will not return. There are better places to stay in Lincoln for cheaper.

The staff was very friendly and the hotel was fabulously decorated with tons of Nebraska Huskers decor. The breakfast options were great. The hotel room was very clean and even had a full sized fridge with a stovetop for cooking along with cooking and eating utensils. The only negative during our stay was the hot tub was out of service due to a malfunction. This was not the hotel or staffs fault but was kind of a downer since I reserved the hotel for the hot tub. But otherwise the stay was fantastic and loved the Nebraska themed decor. For those Nebraska fans, the hotel has a paid option to ride the ‘red bus’ as in Nebraska bus from nearby the hotel directly to the front of the stadium and back to near the hotel after the game.

We have stayed here the last 2 years in a row every time the Lincoln bike show was in town and usually have never had any issues until this last weekend. The workers we had when we were there were attentive and kind. However, one down side was that we did find a cockroach when we got into our room about an hour or so later. When we called down to let the front desk know they weren’t able to do much since they were booked on the mainstay side and we would of had to switch rooms (which we needed a kitchen to prepare breast milk and formula for premie babies) so switching rooms would of been a hassle. So we just kind of prayed and hoped that we wouldn’t see another one and took precautions to keep our bottles on the table out of the kitchen to be safe. We didn’t see another one, luckily but I was told that the front desk would have the general Manger call me the next morning (Saturday) but today is Monday and I haven’t received a call. So I’ll try to call later today to give her the day since she was out til today.

You got what you paid for. The front desk lady that helps us was nice. Hotel is clean just had the strong chemical smells they used to clean the room. We thought it was just in one room, we requested to move to different room still got the same issue. We decided to stay just for one night.

We occasionally visit a parent who lives in the Autumn Woods 55 community nearby, and because we were traveling with our two dogs we tried MainStay for the first time and will never stay anywhere else when we need a hotel in Lincoln. That MainStay has rooms designated for people traveling with dogs is a bonus and greatly appreciated. But we would stay here again even without our dogs, but the hotel was clean, quiet, and the room spacious. Our suite had little kitchenette area with two stove burners, a microwave, dishwasher, 3/4 size refrigerator/freezer, 4 cup coffee maker, and cupboards with plates and silverware. Highly recommend, especially for travelers with dogs. If you are traveling with a dog and make your reservation on-line, you should contact the hotel directly by phone or email to let them know about your dog so that they can assign you to a dog-friendly room.

Nice safe area with a newer suburban feel, less than 5 minutes from the highway without the highway noise. Mike at the front desk was a friendly guy that made check-in a breeze. We love our clean, modern room and would absolutely stay here again!

We stayed for a night while passing through. We wanted a place with a king bed and a pull out couch for the little one, which is exactly what we got. We also had our dog so we were thrilled about the $15 pet fee (many places charge more). We appreciated having the kitchenette so we could unload the cooler for the night. We were right next to a birthday party and we heard nothing. We hardly heard anyone in the halls. It was definitely comfortable for a night. Breakfast had a decent spread and the front desk was friendly. I wouldn't mind staying again.

We absolutely love this property! Finally had a chance to try the breakfast it was amazing! They added potatoes with peppers and onions to the breakfast buffet they were delicious. And i highly recommend the waffles. We can't wait to stay again.

I planned a weekend get-away for me, my daughter and my granddaughter and our stay here was fabulous. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The room was cozy, comfortable with a lot of space. The grounds around the building were clean, no trash in sight. Breakfast was very good. Everything was hot and fresh. Delicious cookies at the counter were a plus! Thank you for a wonderful stay.
