It was either new or newly remodeled. Had a good sized pool and hot tub and they were open till midnight. The only down side one elevator wasn’t working and the other when it was going up shuttered and made a horrible noise. The breakfast was very good with hot selections.

We have been on a road trip for almost 2 weeks and this was the best hotel we have stayed at so far. It was nice inside and out. The rooms were clean and good size. The pool and hot tub were good and checked on. The breakfast was decent as well and had good options on different types/brands of foods. The only complaint would be the elevator was right on the other side of where our beds were so we heard the squeaking of the elevator all night long. We would stay here again!

Seems like a nice area. The check in at the counter was great. Once we entered the room, the beds were made up fine but there was trash everywhere. They moved us to a different room. When we arrived there, the beds were made up fine but there is food or something stuck to the chairs, pretty gross. We are only staying one night, traveling through so we are just avoiding the furniture. This app provides a place for photos but it's not working.

Perfectly clean and well presented. The only thing we had to deal with was a noisy fan in the a/c unit and a random high pitched tone somewhere. Manager offered to move us to another room. We declined. Room 124 on 8/26/2025.

Bed was comfortable and room was good size. No one at front desk to check out for multiple minutes- seemed odd. Worst was sound proofing - or lack there of between floors. Whoever was above us had kids running back and forth in the room till 11, then back up again by 5:30 running again, this time also had a bowl dropping and bouncing. Kept us up and then woke us up! I love kids, but there has to be a way for this to be quieter!

The rooms are very small, dated and not well taken care. We found left over garbage from previous guests. The room smelled and it was very dusty. It is not very well taken care of at all. The pool was freezing cold like jumping in a frozen lake in the middle of winter. The pool and hot tub were also very dirty. They definetly do not take care of them. The area behind the desk looked messy, unorganized and dirty. Overall it is just very run down and not taken care of. I would never stay here again.

The pillows were perfect for me; they were puffy, but got thin to sleep on them! The bed was comfortable. It was super clean and quiet. I loved that you could pull the blinds over to one side from right to left so no sun could shine through; this was designed better than two drapes meeting in the middle concept where sun shines in regardless of what you do! Easy, free parking. It's near a Walmart and a Target is 3 miles away.

The bed was perfect after a long day of traveling. Clean. One elevator was working, the other being serviced but it wasn’t a problem since they weren’t busy. The bathroom furnishings were worn, caulk was cracked in between the tiles and there was a little area of water damage.

First (and last) time at this hotel chain: The lows: Drove 8 hours in snow from Denver. Walked in hotel with no front desk clerk—instead, there was a sign saying they were unavailable momentarily. Waited while holding our stuff for 5 minutes—see very young clerk on her mobile phone—she sees us and walks through door in back. Wait 5 more minutes and get ready to call a number listed on sign. Then she comes out of back—no apology—very icy to us until we are nice to her asking about her day, etc. We were happy to have a room—went out to dinner—came back two hours later and sign had been up the entire time. The plusses: location is decent—3 minutes off 80 and quiet, bed comfy, room clean. The “mehs”: Cleaning product they use has a strong masking perfume—window’s don’t open so you can’t get fresh air. If you are sensitive to perfume, go somewhere else. Bathtub is slippery but fine with bath mat—we had a very pleasant desk clerk give us a bath mat the following day. Breakfast was fine—typical at that price—one other plus: the person working to stock the breakfast food was awesome—hard working and pleasant. Overall 3 stars out of 5. We would reconsider if they didn’t use the smell masking cleaning products but for now, won’t go to another one of their hotel chains—too many other good hotel chains in the same price range.

We were there for the NE volleyball game. Overall the hotel was great! Clean, and the breakfast was presented well and good. My only complaint was the girl working the desk at check in (African American, with short hair). She was pretty rude and short with me. The tone in her voice was unwelcoming, (monotone, and no eye contact,) as if I was inconveniencing her by being there. She seemed annoyed by my presence. I couldn't understand though, because I could hear her checking in an elderly couple after me and her tone changed with them. I've worked in Hospitality for 10 years as a Sales and Event Planner. Her behavior was rude, unacceptable, and questionable. She should treat every guest with the same courtesy.

Slow checkin but lots going on in hotel due to horrible storm previous evening. One thing that bothered me was the description stating it was “university area”. I thought it meant the main campus but it the east campus. However, it was still only 10-15 minute drive to main campus and the capital. Excellent hotel. Would stay there again.

This was a one-night stay. The hotel is a bit outside the city core so the neighborhood is quiet and less crowded. But there are no other amenities nearby. As regards, the hotel and its staff, we found it to be very neat and clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was precious and the view through the window was great. The breakfast place was roomy and there was plenty of free parking. No complaints and I might stay again if happen to be in the neighborhood.

Everything was well until we went down to breakfast at 9:45 and everything was put away! I was thinking this would be a perfect time, less busy, I did not expect to see nothing for breakfast!! The posted time says 6am-10am. This is a hotel and should consider early rises and late risers. If they are going to close at 9:30 then post the hours. This was very upsetting had to drive somewhere else.

We made 2 trips to Lincoln this summer and both times stayed here. The room was very comfortable and there were plenty of amenities on the property. It was easy to get to from the freeway with a lot of dining opportunities close by. Breakfast was very good, there were a lot of choices and someone was always cleaning spills and filling up the hot items. Based on all of this, it will most likely be our choice if we ever visit the area in the future! Thank you!
