Dune Boutique Hotel located at the party zone

Our stay at the Dune Boutique Hotel was so peaceful and relaxing throughout our whole time there. Our room was cozy, clean, and tidy. The amenities of the pool, the towels, the complimentary bike rentals, the massage credit, and the close proximity to the beach were all excellent features. And the breakfast meals and other menu items were delicious and fresh. The location in the Hotel Zone was near a handful of local restaurants and shops. All the hotel and restaurant staff members we encountered were all extremely polite and helpful in making our stay as comfortable as possible. In particular, the front desk staff Anthony and Abraham were very considerate as they offered prompt service and good local recommendations around Tulum. Also, the restaurant staff member Silvano was very patient and kind during our visits to the restaurant. Another recommendation goes to the hotel Luk’ Ul Spa. Getting a massage with the ocean breeze in the background is an amazing experience. The kind ladies Mara and Gloria who did our couples massage did an amazing job. We felt refreshed during and after the massage. We would consider staying here again in a future trip to Tulum!

This boutique hotel is a hidden gem in the heart of the hotel zone. Perfect romantic getaway or families or even for flying solo! The staff (especially Michelle, Cooper, Abraham, Carlos, and Silva) consistently went above expectations to make sure I felt cared for. I will be back!

The hospitality and customer service of this resort far exceeded my expectations as well as any other experience I’ve had while traveling internationally. The food and drinks are amazing and the inclusive breakfast is far from your basic continental breakfast…it’s very filling with multiple options. The staff are very attentive and on hand ready to assist 24/7! They even sent me off to the airport with coffee and a meal box upon my departure! My only constructive comment is that with the property being a small, boutique structure, the plumbing and sewage system are very sensitive and by night 3, we had faint smells of sewage in our room. Not bad enough to report to the staff, yet noticeable.
