The hotel indicates they provide a shuttle service. when my employee called for a ride from the airport (after telling the hotel he would arrive late) he was told there was not shuttle service at night. He was forced to sleep at the airport.

The room was clean and had great amenities, however I asked for a shuttle ride to the airport and my name and information was taken down over 6 hours before the time I wanted to leave for the airport and the person at the front desk never called the shuttle. So at the time I had to leave I was told to call for an uber instead because they didn't have anyone to shuttle me over.

Nice clean hotel close to attractions in Anchorage. Laundry available at location as well as kitchen area in room. While there was a small kitchen, there were not any plates, utensils, etc. Items in their small store area were a bit expensive.

Always enjoy staying at these properties. First learned of them when traveling out West. Great for longer stays with kitchen area, full size refrigerator and plenty of space. I appreciate having laundry facilities on site

They were unable to provide airport shuttle despite they advertised that they did. Their transportation/ shuttle policy was very vague. Multiple people checking in had similar experiences.

Nice, clean motel. No breakfast included which would be nice expected given the price. Close to a great pizza place as well as walking distance to our Avis car rental. Lots of homeless people in the area but still felt safe. Loved the shuttle to the airport. Would have loved the option to get a shuttle from the airport to the hotel. Would stay again!

Nice place to stay if you need kitchen facilities in your room. We did not use the stove or frig but long term visitors would like this. We did do laundry since we were visiting Alaska for a month and we actually choose this hotel for price, location and laundry facility.

The hotel was recently renovated, which was really nice ! I liked the simplicity and modern feel. The bedding was so soft ! Our room was clean and the folks at the front desk were friendly ! Overall nice stay. Only complaint is I wasn’t a fan of their coffee.

The room is very clean and quiet. The air is even fresh, not like some hotels that mask odors with smelly spray. It has a nice kitchenette, but no cookware, utensils, glasses or plates. I guess the policy is to bring your own. Kind of hard when you’re traveling from out of town for medical. We compromised and so far it’s worked out.

Very clean and quiet. Beds were very comfortable and pillows were actually fluffy. Showerhead was high enough to easily accommodate up to 6'4". Range top, microwave and full size fridge were clean. Only negative is there isnt an ice machine with already made ice. You have to turn thevice machine on in the freezer which takes an hour plus to make ice. Centrally located in Anchorage so you can quickly get to where ever you are heading.

Decent place, needs some minor maintenance, the heater/cooling fan was very noisy, the tub faucet was very loose (nearly non-functional). Good bed and nice recliner. Kitchen area has no dishes or utensils.

Hotel was very clean and well maintained. Two quirks. The room has a complete kitchenette (cook top, microwave, refrigerator) but nothing in it. No dishes, silverware, cookware or utensils. They only offered maid service once every 4 days. I stayed six but couldn’t convince them to do the room on the 3rd day, mid-stay. The only maintenance issue I encountered was the card reader to enter the lobby was pretty finicky. Fortunately there was someone at the desk or in the lobby to let me in.

worst experience, too expensive for what they provide - have to repeatedly ask to clean the room(cleaned once after multiple requests in a 5 nights stay) - one of the front desk agent was so rude and makes nonsense on what she is talking. I reserved 2 rooms both are on my name(one fot us and one for friends family) and my friend had to leave due to emergency and i checked with her to see if i can get a refund, instead of giving refund she checked out room saying i can't physically present in 2 rooms - bad smell in the elevator - construction in the front didn't give best experience

Anchorage, AK. We stayed 4 nights 8/7-11/25. We verified our next reservation on 8/14/25 before we left the hotel. 3 hours before we arrived on the14th, we get a call saying we lost our room because of overbooking. They most likely gave our room to someone who would pay more because Trump was there. A few years ago they did the same thing to my wife when she went to Kalispel, MT for her radiation treatment. WE WILL NEVER STAY AT MY PLACE EVER AGAIN.

When we arrived there was a sign saying due to staffing issues we could not check in until after 2 am! When someone finally arrived he told me my pre payed room was marked a now show….even though we were there but not allowed to check in!! So upset

The location is not close to anything - except the library. Parking in Anchorage is a real problem, and traffic is fierce. But, there is nothing they can do about it. Just a caution to prospective customers.

This is a newer brand hotel, which we tried due to its proximity to the airport. As it turned out, it was a great budget hotel. No fee for parking, easy access to the airport, quiet - but there were a few bugs. The check-in system crashed while we were checking in. They already had our keys, so no problem, but they asked us to come back to run our cc for "incidentals." This sort of run kind of drives me crazy, but I was nice - just said we wouldn't have any. Still they said they may call me to run the card, just in case. As it happened, we were in and out before that was needed. Since they only have door-dash-type services, I'm not sure what kind of incidentals might have been needed, but anyway - Rooms are spacious and clean, lots of electrical outlets (something I'm finding more and more important to check), and a whole regular pot for coffee (yay!). There's a small kitchenette but no dishes, so bring paper plates and utensils. We would definitely stay here again.

This was the first time I stayed at this property. I picked it because it has a full size refrigerator/freezer which is important for my shopping runs. It turned out to be in a centrally located spot with easy access to the major roads for running around Anchorage. It was clean, the bed and bathroom were nice, and hot water started quickly. These are the things I look for in a hotel so I enjoyed it.

It was conveniently located fairly close to the airport. Staff was very friendly. I was repeatedly warned to make sure my car was locked which made me feel the area isn’t the safest (though I very much appreciate the advice!!) Coffee was available in the lobby. “Breakfast”, as far as I could tell, were frozen breakfast sandwiches available for purchase (no traditional included breakfast).

You know, I was enjoying my 6 night stay here. The shuttle driver Corey was great. Just be aware the dining options are limited. You’ll be walking or Lyfting. My main complaint was when my flight was delayed and possibly cancelled, and I contacted the front desk, I was told an additional night would be $615.00…. Just for comparison The Hilton was $230.00. Frustrating end to an otherwise fun stay in AK.

Even though the room is advertised as a suite with a kitchen, there are no utensils, cups, glasses, bowls, pots pans, etc. Ice maker in room didn't work. Hotel is literally one block from a homeless encampment. Also, "breakfast" was something you make in your room. Things like pop tarts, microwavable breakfast sandwiches. So, not the greatest. $340 a night wasn't exactly a bargain!

My stay here was great. I mostly have no complaints. It was clean and the staff was helpful with letting me check in a little early. The area is pretty convenient. There's a huge Goodwill around the corner (if you need extra clothes/jacket), a grocery store and bus routes #85 & 25 that take you downtown. Tips: You'll need to bring or buy your own silverware and plates Breakfast is Jimmy Dean sausage egg and cheese sandwiches or a bkfst burrito (same ingredients). Oatmeal, cold cereal, or fresh fruit. Not free. $7.95. Hope this helps!

Both front desk staff I met at check in & check out were friendly and professional. Clean, convenient coffee station in the lobby! Clean room/bed, comfortable mattress. No road noise, no pool, so no loud children running down halls. Very nice time, will be back! Hidden gem.
