Stayed 2 nights

I was disappointed with the breakfast offered.  There was no meat protein (sausage, bacon or ham), just scrambled eggs folded with the Velveeta (not real cheese) in the middle. However, there was plenty of bread, rolls, bagels, etc. And the sound insulation is bad, I can hear my neighbors loud and clear until 2am Room was clean, cool and comfortable and the staff is always friendly.

Cedric at the front desk as amazing and an absolute delight. The room was clean and spacious. My overall stay was pleasant and I will definitely stay there again.

Stayed 3 nights

The front desk woman was asked if I could get some towels, she said ‘yes’ but they never came. I requested housekeeping, yet they never showed up. I had to empty my own trash. During breakfast, my daughter and I was watched while we prepared our food. So I took my key card out of my pocket so that it was visible to the curious staff. Her curiously seemed to be cured because she actually looked at the card to ensure we were guests! Kids outside was kicking a ball and knocked my rental cars bumper off. The bathtub was very slippery as if someone poured baby oil in it. As we showered, it was very slippery and dangerous. Falling in a shower at my age could be deadly! (57) For $113 per night (3 nights), I expected a little better than that. I just know for SURE I won’t be visiting Fairfield Inn and suites Dallas again. Sorry
