The inn was fine for our purpose to be close to the ferry to Martha’s Vineyard. Room was very nice. Pillows were flat which is a big no no for me. Could hear someone snoring in the house. Situated on a very busy road but the inn has a fabulous bike path right in the back yard.

It was a nice and clean hotel and was designed beautifully. It’s great that they have bikes available there and allow you to go for biking on the Shinning sea trail, and it would be beneficial if they do some maintenance for the bike and make sure that they are in a good shape. Overall I was satisfied staying there.

It was a lovely visit; Jeannette, the innkeeper was wonderful and accommodating with everything. The room was decorated in a very homey and beautiful way. We will definitely stay there again. Loved the bikes and the bike path immediately behind the property.

We enjoyed our stay at Frederick Williiam House. It is in a perfect location. Staff was great. My critique woud be the outdoor seating area could of been cleaned better.. table and chairs were dirty, spider webs and bird poo on all of them. I also do not think it should be advertised as breakfast included as you do have to pay extra for the continental breakfast- and the breakfast that is included is pastries. aside from that we would consider returning here.

We stayed in the Garden Room King Suite and it was beautifully decorated, clean and inviting. The fire place was an added bonus! Would definitely recommend staying here. Easy contactless check in and out too!

The property is lovely and well kept. I had difficulty going up the stairs because of an injury and the owner Jeanette met me outside and graciously carried my luggage to my 2nd floor, bedroom & ran me a bubble bath w/epson salt for my sore muscles. I had access to hot tea On the 2nd fl as well. The bed linen was incredibly comfortable and I didn’t want to take the complimentary soft bathrobe off. Hot breakfast was extra but very much worth the tender care that Jeanette gave it. It was a highlight of my stay in Falmouth.

So many great things to say about this place! The owner is very friendly and accommodating. The property is reasonably priced, clean and well maintained. It’s a quick drive or long walk to many restaurants and shops. Also conveniently located near the parking lot for ferries to Martha’s Vineyard and Nantucket. Falmouth is a cute little town that would be great as a base camp for day trips to the neighbouring islands. And the included continental breakfast was top-notch!

Our door to the hallway had a big gap under it. I felt like anyone in the hall could hear us talking. No screen on a window left us sweltering all night. Other window had road noise. Great shower pressure! Mattress horrible. Seaview suite was a room with a bathroom and parking lot/roof view. Great breakfast.

So cute! Our room may have been one of the smaller ones, but we didn’t have a closet. We worked around it. It really is a beautiful little property with a nice breakfast included. I would come again.

Cozy inn. Very comfortable bed. Bath is very nice wit double sinks and deep tub. Bedroom is very small but it has a small fridge and a sofa. Our bathroom not negative is that it’s hard to find even after being there a few days. The sign and driveway are tucked into foliage and the street traffic is moving along and you must come to a dead stop. Even so I would stay here again. The innkeeper was lovely and very helpful and accommodating!

We arrived late and there way a note with instructions. The manager was nice and friendly and told us to text her if we needed anything. We went to room and couldn’t get TV to work (on election night). Texted with no reply so we watched on our phones. The room was cute but very cramped. You could also hear the other guests in the hallway. The breakfast was nice.

The property is a beautiful bed and breakfast located less than a mile from the downtown area. Our room was thoughtfully decorated with antique furniture. The bathroom and shower/bathtub were perfect. A nice skylight inside the bathroom as well. The breakfast was continental but you can order off a hot menu made to order as well. Overall it was a gorgeous property in a great location. The property manager Jeannette was friendly and very knowledgeable about the area restaurants and things to do. She was an excellent host and we plan on going back in the future. I highly recommend this property.

A wonderful inn and owner is delightful. Our room was absolutely gorgeous with a stone fireplace and soaking tub. The headboard was a unique piece of art in itself and the bed was beautifully made with luxurious linens. We had an amazing home cooked breakfast of bacon, eggs cooked to order, and custom home baked orange cranberry sourdough toast. We can’t wait to come back!

Stayed for 3 nights in this beautiful house that is decorated so well and not too far from the centre of Falmouth. Fab breakfast with plenty of choice and the owner is friendly, helpful and attentive. Would definitely stay here again.

The property is a beautiful bed and breakfast located less than a mile from the downtown area. Our room was thoughtfully decorated with antique furniture. The bathroom and shower/bathtub were perfect. A nice skylight inside the bathroom as well. The breakfast was continental but you can order off a hot menu made to order as well. Overall it was a gorgeous property in a great location. The property manager Jeannette was friendly and very knowledgeable about the area restaurants and things to do. She was an excellent host and we plan on going back in the future. I highly recommend this property.

The inn was fine for our purpose to be close to the ferry to Martha’s Vineyard. Room was very nice. Pillows were flat which is a big no no for me. Could hear someone snoring in the house. Situated on a very busy road but the inn has a fabulous bike path right in the back yard.

Jeanette was warm and welcoming and available when we needed info or assistance; she knows the area well. FWH was convenient to the WH Ferry located along the Shining Sea bike path, and had the amenities you'd expect at a nicer inn. Recommended!

Cozy inn. Very comfortable bed. Bath is very nice wit double sinks and deep tub. Bedroom is very small but it has a small fridge and a sofa. Our bathroom not negative is that it’s hard to find even after being there a few days. The sign and driveway are tucked into foliage and the street traffic is moving along and you must come to a dead stop. Even so I would stay here again. The innkeeper was lovely and very helpful and accommodating!

This is a great place to stay in Falmouth. It’s close to a bike path and close enough to town if you want to walk a bit. The breakfast was great and the innkeeper was very helpful and informative and personable.

Jeanette is a wonderful host. Friendly and welcoming. Delicious continental breakfast. Beautiful rooms. The room had a gas fireplace as well as a skylight in the bathroom. Close to downtown and the ferry. Looking forward to returning there again.

Stayed for 3 nights in this beautiful house that is decorated so well and not too far from the centre of Falmouth. Fab breakfast with plenty of choice and the owner is friendly, helpful and attentive. Would definitely stay here again.

Our host was gracious and upgraded our room. Wonderful stay. Used the free bikes to get around and loved the area. Breakfast was adequate but felt the up charge for a hot breakfast was excessive so didn’t choose the option.

The place was amazingly beautiful, very clean, they were very organized, we arrived late and they left a note in the front desk with information, that was good. The only thing we would it want to know in anticipation is about the “free breakfast” because it was only “Fruits, some pastry, juice, water and coffee”, it you wanted to have eggs or anything else you had to pay $20 the plate, so technically it wasn’t fully free. Other than that the place is amazing and I highly recommend it.

We enjoyed our stay at Frederick Williiam House. It is in a perfect location. Staff was great. My critique woud be the outdoor seating area could of been cleaned better.. table and chairs were dirty, spider webs and bird poo on all of them. I also do not think it should be advertised as breakfast included as you do have to pay extra for the continental breakfast- and the breakfast that is included is pastries. aside from that we would consider returning here.

A wonderful inn and owner is delightful. Our room was absolutely gorgeous with a stone fireplace and soaking tub. The headboard was a unique piece of art in itself and the bed was beautifully made with luxurious linens. We had an amazing home cooked breakfast of bacon, eggs cooked to order, and custom home baked orange cranberry sourdough toast. We can’t wait to come back!

The home was not ideal for walking into town. The free bikes were not rideable, although a very good bike rental store was not too far away. Check in was impersonal as they just left notes for each guest taped to the front desk . No greeting whatsoever. Our room was ok, nothing great. The bathtub was an odd shape and not the best water pressure.
