Sell of sewer in an unbelievably tiny room throughout my stay, did not disappear with water in the sink/shower either.

The room was very cold, and I couldn't find anywhere to heat it up. I raised the temperature setting but it kept dropping back. The shower was also very cold on my first night, I guess too many guests were showering around the same time. The second night the shower was hot, and it's not possible to turn it down, the facet The controls the temperature didn't work. Anything about temperature in this hotel was broken or didn't work. I asked the front desk for an extra blanket, guess what, it's not free, I had to pay for it! They should fix the room temperature or just give me an extra blanket free of charge! The room was very small, no desk no chair, and almost impossible to open a big luggage. It's fine for solo travelers, but for two people it's way too tight.

Room was OK. The room didn’t have windows though which was by choice but was a very bad mistake as it makes it very claustrophobic and dark.

This is a great hotel if all you need is a clean room to lay your head after a long day exploring London. The place is clean, the staff are friendly and theres lots of good bars, restaurants etc nearby

Bed was very very uncomfortable. Apart from that it was fine
