I’ve loved this hotel from many years ago when there was only one in London. Rooftop bar advertised partially shut off and difficult to get a good picture of the Tower of London. Appreciate parts of the space need to be closed off at times but felt squashed and underwhelming to bring my date upstairs for the view. Otherwise impeccable stay - staff friendly and attentive. Let’s just hope it stays this way with Marriott’s recent takeover

The rooms are small; however we did choose to stay there for a second time as the location is really nice. The upstairs bar are is really great too, but the last time we stayed the upper deck area above the bar was available to hang-out and play cards and now it appears they don’t open this area to hotel guests.
