We overall had a nice stay at this property. While there were minor issues, they were all among my expectations going into this facility. While it is not beach front, it does have a nice view and a nice pool area. The staff allowed us to check in early for $30 which was nice and allowed us an extended one hour check out free of charge. The property also offers beach chair rentals for $5 a day which was wonderful. We did have to walk about a block to the beach access, but it was not a bad walk and the beach area was very quiet and open. The hotel also offered to hold our bags after check out until our flight which was amazing. Overall, a great stay!

Hotel is dated. High price for what you get. Definitely do not believe the picture on the site - very disingenuous. It is not near the beach as shown. It's actually on A1A and very very noisy. I do not understand why there charge a resort fee and worse yet, a parking fee of $12 per day. I won't be going back there.

Hallway smelled like smoke.besides a small pool , no free smenties , no free parking, no breakfast, no grill,no laundry to wash clothes, we will stay somewhere else for the money we spent. Old furniture by the pool which hasn’t been cleaned in long time.

Wonderful spot. Super clean rooms & the pool was great. The manager that I continuously ran into is representing this hotel quite beautifully with her engagement with the guests and staff. Sadly I failed to get her name but she is treasure and the hotel is extremely lucky to have her. From the frequent security personnel and the comfortable rooms and great amenities they are in the thick of all of the action and the beach is literally not even a block away. the room set up was fine. though the room was not super clean. it looked like the sheets hadnt been changed or if they were clean they were stained and so it seemed like they had not been changed. the bed was also not very comfortable. glad i was only staying one night.

Stains on the sheets. When asked to have new ones put on a security guard came and hour later and handed me stuff to do it myself at 12:30am. They also had no more fitted sheets in the entire hotel to put on our bed. When I asked to speak to a manger the next day she told me there was nothing that could be done about it and the sheets were not stained from them. They pillow case had lipstick looking marks with lips and the fitted sheet had matching stains which could only mean they didn’t even change the sheets when we check in at 6:00pm Tuesday. The manager said we could change rooms but that would do nothing to solve the actual issue of sheets that are supposed to be cleaned covered in stains from a previous guest. I was also offered a late check out for an extra 2 hours which is completely ridiculous considering the disgusting sheets we slept on for a night because the stain was covered by the pillows. This is my second stay here and it will be my last! Totally disgusting, rude manager and showed no respect to a paying customer.

Let me 1st say the young lady was nice enough to let us check in early. The room had a smell to it, the sheets and pillow cases didn't look clean at all. They were wrinkled like someone sleep in them already.

The hotel did not match the quality of the photos. The a/c did not work in the first room assigned to us and smelled musty. We changed rooms, the A/C worked well it was quiet and comfortable. We slept well but there are no frills other than the pool. We need to pay for parking. Because we slept well we would stay here again.

The location is not ideal for dining, shopping or things to do and the beach is a few blocks away. The lighted sidewalk by the beach in the photos is not related to or even near this hotel. The rooms are small, dark and very outdated. The couches and chairs throughout the hotel and in the room are filthy and worn out. The tv in the room is from when flat screens were first invented. Basically the best part of this is the staff was helpful and pleasant and the pool was nice. There is no ocean view it is busy street view or parking lot view.

This is a OK place to stay for a night before a cruise. We had the Kitchenette room, but didn’t really use it. The ice machine is outside by the pool area , had to walk through a parking area to get it, weird. The air conditioner in the room was very noisy, the windows do not open, we stayed on the back side of the building so it wasn’t too bad for noise, facing the road is very noisy, Lobby is small, No restaurants, McDonalds across the street was a blessing. We stayed for 3 nights before the cruise, wouldn’t do it again for 3.

We really like this area and feel quite safe walking even around 10 pm. The pool area is quite clean with new beach chairs and new comfortable cabanas. The rooms are dated and it looks like it's time to get rid of the old love seat and carpet. The water in the tub took awhile to drain after showering but the hotel is getting older. It would be helpful to have a second mirror. The kitchenette was pretty good, no complains. I liked that the manager, Erick, was visible, available and just present making sure things run smoothly. All staff were pleasant.

The rooms were very clean and had a nice scent upon entry. The pool area was also nice. The location is less than a 5 minutes walk to the beach front; it would be less if you could cut through the ocean front hotels. The lobby and clean and the hotel staff do speak English but Spanish is their first language. The only problem was a clicking sound I heard throughout the night, which I think was the HVAC system. That was annoying and disturbed my sleep. I would stay there again in the future.

A group of us stayed here one night before heading to Key West. The property was decent. The bed was comfortable.There were no amenities in the room and the TV was so outdated it was unwatchable. Overall, it served it's purpose. The pool was great and kept at a hot tub temperature which I thought was great, super warm! Diego was a gem at the front desk and helped me with some Birthday surprises for my other friends' rooms.

While staying there, we barely received any room service, our trash wasn’t even taken out until the night before we left, that was very unprofessional! It was overall a below average stay, their staff needs to be more engaged and friendly. I also did not like the fact that my card was placed on hold for $50 per night, which was a total of $150. I have never experienced that kind of behavior before, normally hotels just place a hold of $50 just in case. Mind you, this was after I paid the deposit the night before arriving and the rest in cash on the day we checked in, that was very unpleasant and unusual!!! I would not recommend staying there, there are however many options to go for food, because of where it’s located, also the neighboring hotels seem very nice, will definitely visit the area again just not staying at this hotel!!!

The only thing I was truly disappointed in was check-in. We arrived around 1:45. they said our room was not ready. We waited in the lobby while numerous other people checked in. One lady even commented that she felt bad they got their key right away and we were still waiting. At 3:10 I went to the desk. They gave us our room key. Check-in is 3:00. I wonder how long we would have had to sit there if I hadn't spoken up.l

We stayed there for 3 nights pre cruise .. we had the king / kitchenette room .. check in was very easy, rooms were clean with very comfortable beds .. pool area was amazing with lots of lounges and seating .. Beach was five minute walk across the street and lots of food options all within walking distance.. would definitely recommend

We started for three days, two nights while waiting to board our cruise. We enjoyed our stay. Although we didn’t use the amenities, the hotel offered a gym, pool, giant chess, giant connect 4, cabanas, and a hang out area with foosball, air hockey, pool, and tvs. The hotel was very local to coffee, pizza, shopping (food & other), breakfast/lunch/dinner options, and beach options.

The hotel was great for our large group and the staff was very friendly. The only thing is the picture makes it look like the beach is accessible from the front of the hotel but you actually have to walk a block and the boardwalk is not at the hotel like the picture shows.

The site said there was dining at the hotel, yet there was not. The staff did not have places to recommend nearby either. Also the site referenced bike rental, but the staff did not know where to send us. The rooms were very noisy and hard to sleep. House keeping was available, but you had to call which was not convienient.

No where to eat and staff was very ill informed of local eateries. Pictures on website must be from another hotel because its nothing like the pics in real life. Beach was a long walk away . Pool was nice but the chairs and cabanas need updating. Pillows were not comfortable. $10 reservation fee for a cab call to the airport was the final straw. Stay somewhere else!

This is a 3 star older property but comfortable clean rooms. It has no restaurant so you have to cross the road and walk a bit to get to food. The pool water was are very warm.

The property description bore no resemblance to the photoshopped picture shown on the web site. This showed promenade with beach and sea directly opposite. The fact is that the beach was across a busy highway and behind a series of adjoining multi storey apartments which could not be accessed because all apartment blocks were adjoining and security gated. There were no food or bar facilities at the apartment, only vending machines. Room service was not available unless specifically requesting it. Very poor location and overall description and if there had been a true description I would not have booked. Honestly Expedia !!!!!!!

When I made reservation it says restaurant and bar at hotel. I made this choice specifically for this option. Well, no restaurant and no bar. I had no car therefore I had to walk to closest place which is McDonald’s. Other than that, very clean and nice.
