It was a very nice apartment. Comfortable, great AC, shower and bed were awesome. Staff was friendly and helpful. Place was also very clean. Apt was up four flights of stairs just so you know. My only complaint was something was wrong with the stove as it took long time to heat. There was also some noise i couldnt identify. For the price this was a gem.

The best parts of this apartment: Air Conditioning!!! So thankful in that hot spell of July. The kitchen was a nice amenity, with a good size fridge and freezer, microwave, and stove. Two rooms and two toilets was also helpful for a family of 4 (two teens). The shower is terrible. Hot and cold water taps are like playing the game Operation, the placement of the shower head is ridiculous, spraying water straight across the shower to the wall and making it impossible to take a normal shower. The water pressure in the sinks is equally insane; if you turn on the water like you normally would, it blasts out in like a geyser to soak the front of your clothes. All of the drains were basically clogged, instantly filling and taking forever to slowly drain. The location is very close to Piccadilly Station, which is convenient, and there are some excellent Indian restaurants right beneath--but this is a busy tourist street, and if you open the windows you'll get cigarette smoke immediately. Thus the gratitude for the AC. Finally, the listing description/Google maps makes it seem like the room opens into the back Talbot Square, which is far more chill, and the check in process with Hotel Indigo was very unclear. Property owner should fix the plumbing issues, and provide clear instructions for check in and an parking one might need with a car (hint: there is no parking--use Piccadilly car park for overnight).

The one issue we had is that the listing showed "2 separate bathrooms" and the unit most definitely only had one. Unfortunately, this was one of the main reasons we booked this listing, so it had a decent impact on our stay. Overall, the unit was clean, the staff was very friendly and helpful, and the location is fantastic! Be advised that there is no lift and four flights of stairs is a lot! Not a deal breaker for us... just something to note. The AC was phenomenal, which was super crucial in the heatwave!

This property was amazing. Friendly staff that was able to accommodate our early check in and late check out Very convenient to the subway and buses The ac worked great for our 4th floor apartment. It was a walk up but they helped with the luggage so it was fine. Many nearby restaurants including one attached to the hotel that was nice and convenient.
