We stayed 4 nights. EVERY DAY the pool was broken! We came here in the winter season with 2 young kids. The heater should be working, especially during Christmas time in the winter! Every day they said "oh its fixed"or "the company didn't come yet" or "It will be hot soon". We spent almost $4,000, and we wouldn't even swim at the pools due to it being FREEZING!!! How can a huge hotel chain cant get their hot tub and normal pool to have a properly working heater! We were lied to when we booked this, the pools arent heated!

The hotel is very nice in my opinion. Our room was very spacious and I really enjoyed the balcony looking out at the ocean. The hotel is very quiet and located in a nice area. You can walk to several restaurants with ease. I also enjoyed that beach service, with the free chairs, umbrella, and towels. Within a couple of minutes of us visiting the booth on the beach, we were setup and ready to go. My only callout would be the valet fee. The valets are very professional and quick to respond, however, they do charge $60 per day. I’m not saying it’s not justified, just calling it out for those who may not be aware.

Excellent stay! Entire staff was welcoming, knowledgeable and efficient. Meghan at the front desk gets six stars! She's so helpful. Also Marcus and Jaquin (sorry for spelling of name) who helped us with our luggage are the best! Great conversation, lots of good information and above and beyond. Hotel is situated right on the beach. Beach attendants also helpful. Restaurants were all excellent. Delicious food. Shout out to Peter our bartender in Takato and Kaine our waiter at the pool grill. Lovely property but what really differentiates it from other hotels of this caliber is the staff.

The hotel was nice and well appointed. Unfortunately, our room wasn’t ready at 4PM after a long travel day. We had to wait until after 5PM to gain access to our room. Also the elevators kept breaking down so there were long wait times to get up and down the hotel.

It’s always a pleasure to stay at this Ft Lauderdale beach landmark luxury resort. Large spacious rooms with superb oceanfront views. Very clean. Steps from the beach. Two excellent restaurants onsite. The most wonderful thing about this place is the superb staff, from the front desk to the concierge to the wonderful housekeepers and restaurant staff, who are all highly trained, efficient and friendly.

Third time I stay there. The Junior suite are great and well appointed. Gym is good. Restaurants Vitolo and Takato are excellent. Beach facilities are great! Highly recommend

We've had an amazing stay at Conrad Fort Lauderdale! Our room has an amazing view of Fort Lauderdale beach at the 17th floor being a 1 BR Ocean front room. The room is very nice, modern, clean, complete kitchen amenities and has a lot of room and space. The living room and bathroom are very nice. The balcony is a place to relax every morning with a cup of coffee with the view of the beach and also in the afternoon after a swim at the waters and the pool. Most importantly, the staff are awesome! They made our stay unforgettable! They are very helpful, always willing to help and responds to every request promptly if we need something. They are all so nice and accomodating! I knew I booked the right place! Thank you Conrad Ft lauderdale for an awesome stay!

Beautiful hotel. We got unlucky and the cleaning service forgot to wash the bathtub prior to our stay. It had many dark hairs all over it and was unusable our first night as we got in late from the airport. We wanted to use it. The next day we called the front desk at 9am and went to the beach. When we came back at noon it still wasn't clean and we had to call again. Finally when we came in at 3 again it had been cleaned but a long and obvious hair was still there. I gave up and cleaned it myself with a tissue. I would expect more from a hotel that calls itself 4 star. Aside from that the suite was really an amazing room, the hotel very nice and a great beach. The balcony is rediculously small though...and no chairs, however the room is large and roomy. We dined in both onsite restaurants and they are both very good. Parking at $55/night is highway robbery. I can afford it but I don't care. Not cool Conrad

The hotel overall is very nice. The light ceiling fixture was rusted the bath amenities were rusted and old. The beds were nice and pillows very comfortable. The pull out bed was terrible and the very middle had a hump in the middle. My back hurt the next morning. I was told at first I could use my diamond reward status and then was told I would have to pay the $89.00 meal that was supposed to be free. In the Expedia site it says free breakfast, which is what I paid for and they stated that there was not free breakfast. I was treated very poorly because I booked through Expedia, instead of through their website, by the front desk staff. I was quite surprised. We were also told that we could not self park by the front desk service and that we had to use valet which was an additional expense I did not expect to have to pay. Overall if you are wanting to stay in this hotel I would not recommend booking through Expedia if you want a good experience.

Older property. Walls are super thin could hear upstairs neighbor rearranging furniture all night. If you do t want noise from restaurants, people screaming in the middle of the night or cars zooming by, then ask for a room high up as on the 2nd floor you can hear everything.

I can't say enough good things about my stay at The Conrad. My room (on the 23rd floor) was clean, spacious and quiet, with a nice view of the ocean and the Intracoastal Waterway. I also highly recommend dining at Takato.

Staff was nice. But slow. Ordered extra champagne flutes to my suite and took over an hour. Had to call multiple times. 6th floor by spa is incredibly loud with doors slamming all morning and day. Also any pool view room your “balcony” opens up to the pool floor so you’ll be staring at people all day and are directly behind their lounge chairs. Pillows suck. Left my own personal pillow there called multiple times and no one picked up but they also have my phone number and should have called me to tell me I left something

We paid for an ocean front room and we were placed in the residence tower on the 2nd floor and our view of the ocean was completely blocked by palm trees.

So first off- the hotel is beautiful and the location is amazing. As with all hotels I feel the lack of staff is not the staffs fault but just an over understaff problem. We ordered room service one night and they didn’t show up until 3 hours later at 1 am ringing our bell and said that half the order wasn’t available, which would have been helpful to know when we first ordered it. The pool was way overpacked and we couldn’t find a seat nearby so we went to another section but was told to move bc those seats cost $500, so if you do stay make sure to get to the pool super early. Other than that it was very nice.

Our plane landed at 9:00 AM and check in wasn't until 4. When we arrived at the hotel, not only were they able to store our luggage for us, they gave us access to the property with a temporary key card. Clemuel, checked to see if he could get us checked in early and he was able to deliver. His customer service was absolutely amazing and our room view was incredible. We will definitely be back. Thank you Clemuel and the staff at the Conrad for being absolutely on point with everything. We appreciate it.

Beautiful luxury hotel terrible customer service. I was unable to check in until 5pm missing out on pool/sun time. Management did nothing to accommodate guest and had over 20-25 people just standing in their lobby desperately waiting for their room. No complementary water or late check out offers. For over 500$ a night this was terrible service. I would’ve been treated better at the Westin down the street for 1/2 the price. It just isn’t giving luxury.

Everything was great, but the accounting atrocious. My card was charged in front of me $2485. Then, over the next 4 days , 8k in authorizations were obtained on 2 cards. My total bill was $2689. A great deal for such a fine establishment. But i still have over 5k of authorizations on my card. If i go back, i will pay cash and not give them access to any credit card

It’s a nice property. We enjoyed our stay. But we got in late and ordered room service which was absolutely horrible. We ordered two club sandwiches which we would have sent back but it was late and we were tired. And btw it was a $100. I complained at the front desk and they just said,”I’m sorry “. So don’t eat there!!

I came for 4 nights in January with my daughter. This is a really great hotel, perfect location on beach, just far enough away from the Las Olas beach tourist area to be less loud, but very walkable. Right beside four Seasons. Room was spacious (we had partial ocean view with king bed and the view from balcony was better than expected (we were on 21st floor). I could see ocean and waterway on the other side. Room was cleaned and restocked well. Only comment is that our last day when packing I looked under the bed and it was quite dusty under there which surprised me as the room was very clean elsewhere. Pool was nice and warm and not too busy. View from pool deck was awesome. Didn’t know how to get the round beds by the ocean side of deck, and they had reserved signs on them but no one there. Beach was great too, could walk out quite far. Only comment was drink service on beach was sparse/slow. Asian restaurant was absolutely amazing… service and food. Expensive but worth it. Overall I was very happy and would stay here again for sure.

This is my second time staying at this property. Its a perfect location!! Right on the beach with amazing beach front drink, food & chair/umbrella service! The poolside service is just a superb & the food is truly outstanding!! You will not be disappointed at all! Its just a short walk (about 1/2 to 3/4 mile) to the busier downtown area, but many restaurants & food options are within a 1/4 mile or less! Every single meal we enjoyed was 5 star I honestly can't say enough good things about this property! I look forward to staying here again when traveling to Fort Lauderdale! Thank you for another amazing experience!

Hotel was beautiful, staff was great and location was perfect. We went during off season so the beaches and surrounding areas was quiet. We enjoyed our stay and whenever we come back to Fort Lauderdale we will stay at the Conrad again.

Liked the convenience and service on the beach. Highway A1A VERY loud, sidewalks dirty and in bad shape. If you walk half a mile down, you smell urine at every beach "foot shower". I did not get the higher up room with ocean view that I booked. They "ran out of those rooms" we were told, then they told me they "upgraded us" - and gave us a two bedroom condo or residence, which was NOT updated at all, my toilet didn\'t work, phones did not work, burn \'holes/marks\' in the couch, noisy almost constantly - we could hear the restaurant starting ungodly early in the mornings on the floor right below us - we were on the second floor...right above the restaurant and bar. Not what I paid for. Not relaxing in the room at all unfortunately. Not a five star experience at all. It was a birthday present for my fiance, and while the weather was nice thank goodness and the Rodrigo y Gabriela concert was a great experience, the room was not what I paid for or expected from a four or five star hotel. Not at all sadly.

The location is perfect, right on the beach, but far enough away from the Spring Break crowd. Room was very spacious and the service was top notch. Amenities were also great!

Took a weekend trip to Ft. Lauderdale, our first time visiting. Glad we selected the Conrad. It's located at the beach and has two restaurants on site. For food, I recommend Takato. Excellent fir dinner and breakfast. We stayed in a junior suite with a partial ocean view. I was excited and thankful that there was tile instead of carpeting. The suite was clean, spacious, and comfortable. We both agreed that we would return.

10/10 always, no need to look at other hotels as this place checks all the boxes. I have stayed here plenty of times and the service is top tier year round. Also, the two restaurants vitola & takato are incredible!

The positives: really superb staff. Special mention for Orlando (luggage) and Kylene and Aglaride (housekeeping). The hotel ambience overall is excellent: safe, accessible and very nice pool and terrace area. Also excellent was the dining experience at Takato. Negatives: the one bedroom suite was very disappointing: tiny with no balcony. A total downer which resulted in me checking out a day early. In room dining experience was very uneven. The staff were generally excellent, but the quality of the food was hit or miss. Wait times for room service, by contrast, was very good. I visit this hotel at least once a year and this was by far the least enjoyable one. May think twice about the next time.

We stayed at this property prior to our cruise and returned after the cruise. Unfortunately our return was when we had issues. The property was nice but you can see some aging in the rooms and furniture. Plumbing is questionable in lower levels. Also beware of valuables when brought to the room from vehicle as we had 2 items taken.

We loved it. We never stayed at a Conrad before and it was perfect. I would highly recommend it very clean beautiful rooms. Very nice. Loved it.
