Perfect location great gym and pool

Excellent Hotel! Has a awesome restaurant in the first floor! The pool area is awesome! And there is a night club in the second floor. I just wish parking was cheaper for hotel guest staying over night. Excellent service

This hotel was located not too far from the shopping mall, Starbucks, CVS and great food all around. The staff were very pleasant and attended to our needs (toiletries and ice for me). Pool on the rooftop, gym and a sauna. The bar in the lobby has great oysters, pizza and drinks. Also a DJ outside just perfect. I enjoyed staying here for my 55th birthday.

Courteous and friendly staff throughout the hotel. Upgraded to a bigger room without asking! Great outdoor pool/hottub.

The location of the hotel was excellent. The rooms were cleaned every day, and fresh towels were provided daily. The staff were very polite and kind. I had a great experience and really appreciated the service.

Too much noise at nightime and we were given stained sheets, I was so dissapointed since we were paying for a luxury hotel and got dirty sheets and a noisy room.

Excellent and courteous staff. Room was a little run down— draws in wardrobe were broken and dusty. Carpet was dusty in corners. Used cigarettes were on the balcony. Was expecting a little bit more in terms of cleanliness/condition.

Nice and new property but cleanliness can be done improved. Was moved to an uncleaned room (dirty baths, fridge, unvacuumed floors, etc.)

Check in was nice and staff was friendly. I did not agree with guest's valet parking was $60 per day. Other nice hotels in the area only charge $35 for parking a day. Also, we were there for 2 nights, and 3 days and the room did not get cleaned once. On the last morning, we called for fresh towels to shower, they never brought them to the room. Would not stay here again.

The property was different. Not bad, just not what I look for in a hotel. The hallways are dark, when you get out of the elevator it’s spooky then the Hal look like something out of beetle juice. The room was comfortable but had an air of smut. Mirror on the ceiling? Yep. I would have given a higher review if the air conditioning above the door hadn’t leaked constantly causing the carpet in front and by the washroom to be cold and wet.

We stayed at this hotel from April 9th to April 19th, and our experience was absolutely outstanding. Although the hotel seems to be geared toward young professionals, we found it to be equally excellent for families. The cleanliness and hygiene throughout the property were impeccable, and the room design was modern, comfortable, and very family-friendly. We loved the heated pool, the restaurant, and the poolside DJ, which added a vibrant but still relaxed atmosphere to our stay. What truly made the difference was the exceptional service. From the front desk team to the restaurant staff and the valet parking crew, everyone was warm, professional, and genuinely attentive. A special thank you to Nasheera from the front desk, whose kindness and care made us feel truly welcomed. It’s rare to find a hotel where every team member contributes to creating such a positive experience. Honestly, it would be hard to improve something that is already running at such a high level. We left feeling completely satisfied and looking forward to coming back. Highly recommended for both families and young travelers alike!

Very high fee to park car , bathroom dirty , mold in bathroom faucet disgusting, plus it would not drain the sink , just plain disgusting and fees here are high $$$ to have these type of conditions , plus a $250 hold fee really , will not be coming back . Room setting look like a Motel room

I really enjoyed my stay here. They really try to keep the upkeep of the property clean and pristine. The pool is amazingly beautiful and big. Awesome views of brickell and Miami. You can even see parts of Miami Beach if you look closely. My only knock is that I stayed on the side of the building that faces a big construction site which made for loud mornings and terrible views. Next time I stay, I’ll request a room with a balcony and different view. All in all, this is a great hotel with friendly people and good vibes.

I liked the property but the rooms need more. There needs to be a sofa or somewhere else to sit for 2 people. Of course there is no fridge to put left overs, just a fridge full of drinks you pay for. There needs to be more hooks and places to hang your clothes and towels. We had to hang them over pics on the wall and random art on the wall so they could dry. Other than that it’s a great location and huge pool! Fabulous waiter at the pool. Didn’t like the DJ at all, loud obnoxious house music all day. Miami music SUCKSSSSS. Every song is a remake like we’re fist pumping at the Jersey shore.

I liked that I was able to cast to the tv to stream Netflix and other apps.

Layout of the room could be better in my opinion, desk is tucked away and hard to use if you need it. Location of the Dua is good, staff are nice (guy with ponytail helped a lot in getting the Uber driver to find the drop off spot) high rise pool was nice with good views. In the restaurant they try a little too hard to upsell you. Overall I give it 3.5 / 5 stars, good, but there’s some fixable things they could do make it great.

Lighting was horrible. Did not like that virtually every surface in the room was covered with a mirror. Room was also too cold. Could never get warm despite increasing thermostat

You can hear the party till 2:00 am. Overall good

Excellent place! But they had an event on the same floor where my room was. Until 430am was loud music around

Everything was great, especially the staff

VIP status entitled us to receive bottle of wine and room upgrade even though upgrades were available. We were refused both. Pre-purchased breakfast for two and then received limited $20 vouchers leaving us to pay extra. This hotel is a joke.

staff overcharged my credit card “by accident” while taking deposit and no towels at rooftop pool, had to wait an hour

First of all, when I arrived at the front desk like in any hotel, they asked for my card, and due to what they called an error, but what I believe was completely intentional, they charged my card twice for an incidental deposit, which is still blocked on my account. Then, the front desk clerk made another mistake by not giving me the breakfast voucher that was included in my reservation, and it was only after I complained that she finally looked into it and gave it to me. At checkout, I was charged for the breakfast, and I’m still disputing that charge. Also, the valet parking costs $61, which is an absurd amount, they don’t give you any option to park on your own, forcing you to use their service. The “breakfast included” is only $20 per person, and it’s not the full breakfast that you can choose from. I would never stay here again, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone either.

Great modern and very nice hotel. Perfect location and close to many restaurants. The staff is very welcoming and helpful.

Rude receptionist and staff are unfriendly

I would like to thank all the staff at Dua, especially Cristina. She made our family feel welcomed was tremendously helpful. We cannot wait to get back to Miami and stay there again.

First time at this hotel and will not be my last. Loved my room, the location, and the pool. Staff was very attentive, especially a girl from Honduras who was so nice to me when I checked in. Would definitely reconmend and will be back

I would like to say a special thank you Lina at the front desk she was so nice and accommodating. After all flights been cancelled she was so understanding of my frustration ! She even did an upgrade to my room ! Made a bad anniversary into a good one ! Thank you

Great location, walking distance to pretty much any sort of experience wanted - store, restaurant, lounge and so forth. The staff was very friendly. Brickell is my favorite town in Miami and Dua is in a perfect location spot where it is not straight in the middle of it where all the noise gets in.

Great hotel in a great location

Nice restaurant on site. Bathroom could be cleaner. Maybe have options for tea rather than espresso. Mini fridge should be usable and not pushing items to sale. Did not recieve my Expedia VIP perk bottle of wine that was to be delivered to the room.

This hotel was a 10/10 for me. The check in time was 3 pm but we arrived earlier and were accommodated for an earlier check in as well is a room upgrade. There were events taken place in the hotel during our stay which was nice. The room was super clean and luxurious with a mirror over the bed and the LED mirrors on the wall plus balcony. I advised I was celebrating a birthday and they were kind enough to send up personalized balloons which was super sweet, a cupcake and a note! The only thing lacking were extra bathroom essentials like qtips and a hair net for the shower. We had Filia restaurant in the hotel multiple times including room service and it was amazing every time. Pizza and small snacks were fabulous. Only negative here is you will always no matter what pay a service charge for anything any where you go. I guess this ensures a more quality service which is ok. They also provided a cake for the birthday during dinner service and it was amazing. Overnight parking is $60 a night but there are multiple more affordable lots such as one down the block from parking garages next to Publix and this was $20 a night and one near the Arch which was $30 per night. The bedding and robes were so comfy I slept like a baby! Upon check out we had a late flight and we were able to use the pool all day. The pool beds were included. We stopped at the pool party in South beach and didn’t find it worth it nor was their pool and the beach was super hot that day but the beach chairs and

DUA is a great location if you want to be a few blocks down from the crowds and liveliness. Great hotel, friendly staff, amazing food at downstairs restaurant. I recommend the octopus!

The staff was very helpful above all concierge. The breakfast is bit confusing…coffee is really terrible but I’m Italian I’m fussy! The complementary transportation with the Lincoln is very useful!

Stayed here 3 nights. First two everything was fine until Friday night. They turned a lounge into a club(the front desk didnt not tell us at check-in) and the music was blasting til after 4am. I was in 404 and the club was 2 floors below. I felt like I was in the party. Then I asked for a late check out the next morning because we didn't sleep and was told I was trying to "use" the music for late checkout. We did like the pool area but the food was subpar. The hotel had a car to take us anywhere within 10 blocks. We also loved being able to use the SLS south beach chairs at no additional charge.

Staff were great. Amenities were terrific and food was of great quality
