There was work going on which meant only 2 of the 4 lifts were working which was a little annoying. This was due to a programme of works going on. However the staff were all excellent and helpful. Breakfast was lovely and the rooms comfortable. They could have been a little more polished with a net curtain missing from one window and the tea selection is very random! Overall a nice place but just needs to maintain its once high standards

The staff was lovely & welcoming, making us feel welcome to the hotel. The room was clean with a comfortable bed. Spa facilities were definitely good for the morning after a lovely night out in London, helping me get refreshed and ready for the evening. The breakfast was delicious, especially the poached eggs, which were perfectly cooked. 100% recommend the staying here and planned to come back another time.
