The hotel overall was decent & clean for the most part. The hotel has so much potential. Here’s what I mean: the room was spacious & clean but the bed was hard. The cleaning staff forgot to empty a whole full trash can in the room. The pool area was nice but there were towels all over the place like no one had been up there all day to clean. The gym was decent & they had a Peloton bike. The problems were there were no towels or disinfectant wipes for 3 of the 4 days I visited. The screw on the Peloton bike seat was broken so the seat slid back while riding. The breakfast wasn’t bad. I enjoyed the boiled eggs & yogurt. The hotel ‘restaurant’ menu is very limited & the food took 45 minutes to arrive (only a sandwich & a salad nothing complicated) & was mediocre at best. The server/bartender was courteous & provided good service despite the kitchen’s delays. The hotel has so much potential if it fixes these items.

This might be the BEST Hyatt Place ever. The breakfast area was large, well staffed, the lobby was large with lots if that Florida sunshine, nice bar area. Pool on the 11th floor rooftop, whats not to.like.

The property is a typical Hyatt, generally as expected. The staff was super friendly. Parking ($25/night) was a little challenging because of a tight, narrow ramp. Breakfast was very good, with lots of choices. We were traveling for business, and we did not use the gym or pool. The lobby has a nice, comfy bar area on one side, and a shop on the other side (next to the reception desk) where you can buy snacks, drinks, etc. Lots of restaurants in close proximity. Generally quiet, comfortable and clean.

The best thing about this hotel is the proximity to downtown Boca Raton. It is smack in the middle of a wonderful neighborhood where you can walk to restaurants, shops, the beach, the train & everything. The he hotel itself is beyond basic, it's certainly clean & the staff is very friendly and they include a continental breakfast with a lot of options, but the rooms are so sparse and nondescript, it's almost shocking. Zero frills! Also, the pool is on the seventh floor and is nice enough but very small.

We stayed 6 nights. The pros: location/walkability, breakfast quality and options, pool temp was perfect, staff kindly changed our room request twice, microwave/ice water available in lobby, nice laundry facilities, fridge in room, fan in bathroom. The cons: extremely noisy elevator and ice machines that could be heard in rooms nearby, some pool chairs in need of replacement, heavy comforters with a limit on cooling room temp (I had trouble sleeping well due to temp control), no light filtering window coverings (only blackout shades).

The hotel has its own parking garage which is really convenient. There is a $25 per night parking fee for guests which needs to be included in the price or put up front so it’s not a surprise.

The hallway was never vacuumed, we checked in on Monday & they were still there when we left on Thursday. Front desk staff when we checked in were not helpful or welcoming. The housekeeping & bar staff were very nice.

The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. It’s a nice property but housekeeping definitely needs to be supervised and retrained. The first room we were given had a toilet that was leaking at the base and the grout around it was filthy. The tiles in the shower were absolutely disgusting. We were switched to a different room and when we opened the door the room that had been marked as clean hadn’t been cleaned. Sheets were on the floor and it was a mess. We were given a third room which could’ve used a more thorough cleaning but was better than the first two rooms so we just kept it. Our first day there we decided to go down to the bar to get some wings and Parmesan Truffle fries. DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THE PICTURES IN THE ELEVATORS. They looked nothing like the disastrous food we received. The wings were undercooked and the fries were not Parmesan truffle fries. They literally cooked the fries and threw clumps of shredded cheese on them. It was horrible we ended up getting food elsewhere. Aside from this I will say that their breakfast is great. They have a variety of items each morning. The pool was nice, I do think that it would be better if they added more umbrella’s.

It was very noisy and there were roaches in the bathroom. Check in was smooth, though. The garage is an accident waiting to happen with all the twists ans turns. We almost got into a head on collision when we first entered. All in all i would definitely NOT stay here again.

Area was nice, but the actual hotel was dated and old. The shower was dirty. Got locked in the bathroom as well and had to have someone come unlock us. It was all due to a faulty lock. Stuck in there for 20 minutes. It made us late.

It is absolutely beautiful there! The staff is friendly and helpful! Rooms are clean as well as the whole property! The pool view is amazing as well! We were on the 15th floor and it was a beautiful view! We felt right at home there!

For a hotel that nice to not have a safe is kind of weird! I had a lot of jewelry with me because I was leaving Boca for good and felt scared leaving it all in the room! Other than that, it was lovely breakfast was fantastic and it’s a very nice hotel!

We got a room to closed to the elevator .You can hear the people talking meanwhile they wait in the elevator.The view from the window was downgrade for the standing water dirty and a small bird dead in the corner of column .This is a 8 floor room I understand that this particular balcony area is with a difficult access for be cleaned.We love the location of the hotel.Staff very friendly and breakfast delicious.Parking garage extra fee but very convenient.Pool area small but very clean . We really enjoy our stay and we will book it again hoping have a better room assigned.We just informed issue in the end of our stay.We just arrived very tired to rest in that confortable room for only one night.

Rooms were nice and big. Did not really like the parking garage but it was close to the hotel. I would stay here again. It was one of the more noisy hotels in Boca.

Beds were incredibly uncomfortable and hard. Woke up with back pain each day. No shower gel or conditioner in the shower. Sofa not comfortable either. Disappointing overall but worked for the 2 nights we were there.

The night manager, Mark, went above and beyond to accommodate parking for our truck and trailer with jet skis, which we had driven down from Maine. He was incredibly kind and resourceful. The hotel is beautiful and the location absolutely perfect.

Very friendly, efficient and informative check in!!! Room was nicely equipped with refrigerator, coffee maker, and 2 bottles of water. Great location with so many choices of restaurants. Walking distance to mizner Park and amphitheater. Breakfast included and so many selections!! All the staff we encountered were very, very nice!!! Would definitely stay here again

During my recent stay at your hotel, I reported on the very first day that the bathroom mirror light was not working. I was told by the front desk that it required two engineers to replace the bulbs and that they would be available later that afternoon. However, when I checked in again that evening, I was given the same explanation, only one engineer was available. Unfortunately, this excuse was repeated each day for the duration of my stay, and the issue was never resolved. I had to do my makeup in poor lighting the entire time, which was both frustrating and inconvenient. On the second day, I was provided with a vanity mirror, but it also didn’t light up, although it did magnify, which helped only slightly. When I brought the matter to the hotel manager's attention, I was told that because I had booked through Orbitz, there was nothing they could do for me directly, and that I would need to file a complaint through your site. I found this response disappointing, as I expected the hotel to address maintenance issues regardless of how the reservation was made. Given this experience, I’m not sure I will book future trips through Orbitz, knowing that issues like this may not be properly addressed or resolved. This ongoing issue significantly impacted my stay and reflected a lack of follow-through on what should have been a simple fix.

We stayed for a week and on one day they did not clean the room and refused to do it upon complain arguing the room could be clean only till 5pm. The following day we left in the morning and when we rerurned the room had not been clean again, unacceptable! Furthernore, room service refused to provide an explanation or apology.

The hotel rooms, pool, fitness facilities and breakfast were all very nice. The garage is extremely difficult to navigate and the entry gate never worked with the room card. Front desk staff were inconsistent, and especially poor on the day that an emergency alarm went off and it was totally unclear what we were supposed to do.
