I would stay again! It would be nice if they had a shuttle to the airport

Staff here is key for me coolest I’ve ever met from the reception, house keeping, security even the guests that come here are very cool to meet with and just have a conversation with once in a while and the rooms are equipped with full kitchens and the air conditioner/heater work very well and more than enough channels to find something you are interested in and the Free WiFi is excellent, their is on site laundry and vending machines for detergent and dryer sheets and a Home Depot next to the hotel to get any needs you might have.

In a part of the city that is a bit more seedy but the parking lot and units were clean and safe.

This hotel was pleasant to stay at all three days I was there. The counter staff was friendly and very helpful. There was a security guard patrolling the well lit parking area. The room was VERY clean. No left behinds from any other guests. The bed linen was without spot. The kitchenette was nice and featured a full size refrigerator and a full size microwave built into the ventahood. Two flat surface burners if you want to heat up something the old fashion way. The bath towels were clean, and so was the vanity and the bath/shower room. The toilet paper is on a pedestal so that you can place it where you want it. I was surprised as this was my first stay. I intend to return. It is difficult to find this quality at this price range anywhere else in Anchorage.

Great property. The rooms are very clean. The Kitchenette area has very clean appliances, especially the inside of the new refrigerator. I've rented here twice before, and each time has been excellent. Plenty of parking, good security. Plan to stay here in the future. You can pay a lot more in Anchorage and get a lot less.

Found the property to be clean, safe and quiet. Reasonable price and good location.

I was concerned at first at the location when we arrived but after getting to know Anchorage it was not an issue. The Sheraton is just down the road. You had to have a key to get to the elevator that may give you pause for concern but the added security in the hotel was nice. The elevator needed vacuuming but the lobby and halls were clean as well as our room. The room was big, beds comfortable, plenty of towels, and pillows. I would stay there again. The location was perfect for going downtown and getting around Anchorage.

Safe and secure building. I'd go back. Clean. Simple.

There was a huge snow accumulation which turned into ice everywhere. It appeared that nothing was done to make stepping from parked cars onto parking lot to make it safe. Especially in handicapped spots. No gravel, no salt.

Nice hotel that is very close to Alaska Regional Hospital. All the staff we encountered were VERY friendly and helpful. It was nice having the refrigerators, sink and stove top for our stay. The on site laundry facility was a HUGE plus too! For the most part everything was great, with the only issue being the bed in our room was quite firm.

Always clean

Property was nice, was my first night in Alaska, got off the plane, went to dinner and straight to bed, woke up, covered with about 25 large bites, all over my back, arms and legs. I super disappointed, would not recommend!!

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. However, the room had an odor when we entered and we had to open the window to air it out. It is also next to an abandoned strip mall so not the best view. We only stayed one night so it served it's purpose.

Kitchen is useless since there were no plates, no glasses no utensils. There was music all night from outside. May be it was coming from Home Depot, which is next door. Room was clean but it smelled smoking though it was advertised as non-smoking.

There is a strong mildew smell in The shower and the tub had a very slow drain. Otherwise everything is really nice- there’s a mini kitchen and enough furniture to sit down.

For me it was great, I had a rental car and was there for just a couple of days. It's not downtown, more in a neighborhood setting with a Home Depot behind it and an old abandoned mall next door. If you want to be within walking distance of places or around a bunch of spots to eat this isn't for you. The room though was clean and neat, no noise problems and the check in was easy (I actually arrived early but it was no problem and I was checked in immediately). If a simple, no frills, clean, cost efficient place is what you're seeking I'd recommend this hotel in a minute. No regrets.

The room was nice and big with a kitchen and a little sitting area. The air conditioning worked great keeping the room nice and cool. some people might sleep great on a firm bed. unfortunately too hard for my liking and the pillows were small and not comfortable. had a terrible sleep. For one night this was a great stop but not to much within walking distance as far as things to do and no restaurants other than a burger king and subway. found a great waffle place about a mile away that was fantastic.

The room was very nice and clean. The only reason I would consider not staying again was the bed! It was like sleeping on a board.

This was a nice warm room on a record cold day. There was some noise from the corridor that was distracting. The room had a kitchenette but no utensils.

I was disappointed with the amount of noise from the highway all night and the fact that our television didn't work at all. We had walked all day and were looking for a restful place to stay the night. We did like the cleanliness and kitchen facilities.

Basically, I was able to spend a comfortable time. The room was also very clean. If I had to list the issue, the only thing would be that the Wi-Fi was often disconnected.

Very comfortable stay. Rooms are big. Full size fridge makes dining in convenient. Would stay again.

Bed was hard

The hotel is clean and quiet. It is not near downtown - you will have to drive if you want to go downtown. It is not fancy, the walls are a little bare but that doesn't bother us. Everything in the room was in perfect condition and the shower was great.

The young man at desk was awesome, handled the rush with politeness and ease. Great customer service smile and charming way of dealing with all of us! Keep up the good work !

They didn't have my paperwork for my reservation and told me to call security in the morning. Such bs

I was instructed to call security because I had a late arrival, security never answered the phone. I entered the locked property when another person was walking out. I continued calling security from inside, no one answered. I then hit the bell on the desk and a very nice security person gave me my key. Why didn’t they answer the phone! No ringing on their side. I did not appreciate standing outside in the cold calling a number that never got picked up. Once in my room, I was woke a couple times by loud people outside, they appeared drunk. No noise inside, but the noise from outside coming into my second floor room was annoying. Very little sleep before a full days work.

The neighborhood is a little sketchy. It's right next to an abandoned shopping mall about 10 minutes from downtown. This hotel brand requires key access to get into hallways to rooms which is a plus. The front desk people are not around much, which is a con. We were given a room that was already occupied. The room had suitcases and personal items all over. We shut the door immediately and told the maid cleaning near by. By the time we got back downstairs we were give a new room. The elevator and the hallways smell weird and unclean. The bedding was uncomfortable instead of a mattress pad they used a blanket and a flat sheets. This hot mess caused a very uncomfortable situation. The blanket kept getting balled up and bunched. I was sleeping on a lumpy blanket. The top cover was 2 flat sheets with a blanket in between which also got balled up. I spent more time tossing and turning due to the weird sheet situation, it wasn't restful. On our last evening we got called by the front desk asking me to come down and sign some papers. Apparently when the fiasco happened with the double booked room my sign in paper work was misplaced. I asked the front desk person to come to my room. Very odd situation.

It was so nice to be greeted by a friendly smiling face after our long drive down from Fairbanks. Kiki was fantastic and a joy to work with.

the hotel is in a deserted area where all the businesses are closed nearby.

This was a convenient location to the hospital. Its a no frills hotel but very clean with good size room and very good rates.

The hotel is spartan, as expected. It's got some shady folks afoot in the neighborhood: nearly dead strip mall, massive trailer park in disrepair, nowhere near walking distance to UAA or APU. Happy to be behind several locked doors. No easy dining nor grocery stores, barring Subway and BK across the street. Bus route nearby is an easy, cheap way to get downtown etc.

Property around was deserted mall that had been vandalized. Not many businesses local to the place.

Close to the airport and very convenient. Room was clean and comfortable. Me, husband and kids had the much needed rest after a long flight to Anchorage.

The hotel itself was great. Very clean and well maintained. The staff was wonderful. Very helpful, very kind. I loved that I could have my dogs. The outside area of the hotel was nice and clean as well. The parking lot is big which is nice. The area/ neighborhood around the hotel doesn’t seem particularly great as there is a boarded up mall right next to it, but it’s not horrible. Overall, I would stay here again as long as I had a car to drive to get to other things like the grocery store and restaurants and didn’t need to walk.

I like This hotel. Its a little pricey but its our second stay on a 2 week trip because they are conveniently close to the airport. The beds are comfortable, we have a small kitchen so that we can prepare meals and a full size fride and we can wash clothes before our flight back home.

The room was big and quiet. The room had a kitchen, but NO utensils -- so how do you use the kitchen?

This property is in excellent condition and the room was nicely equipped with a kitchenette. We spent one night here at the end of our vacation and enjoyed the comfortable bed and very clean room and bathroom. The bathroom conveniently has the sink outside of the room where the tub/shower and toilet are which allows for 2 people to get ready simultaneously. We would stay here again and feel that it was a great value. Know that coffee service is in your room only and that no breakfast is provided.

The hotel is very spacious and highly equipped. They do not have any pots or pans but have a small stove top and a microwave and a fridge. The price is very reasonable. The laundry room is a nice addition and we used it on our last day in Alaska. We booked it last minute due to a flight time change and was pleasantly surprised. There used to be a mall next door which probably was a victim of COVID. Because of this the area looks empty. although there is a home depot, Burger king and a Subway close by. Decent food options are almost a mile away which is easily walk-able but if you have a car, that would be easier. A really good place we tried was Tempura Express. Excellent flavorful Asian (Korean) food for reasonable price, Thee are also grocery stores within 1-2 miles. If you have a car, this is a really nice studio style hotel to stay in Anchorage. If you don't mind walking (in the summer), this is also a very good place to stay.

Good hotel with two problems. The WiFi was working VERY slowly when we arrived and they couldn't fix it. The next morning around 8:00 AM it started working well at full speed. The other issue was that although there was a small kitchen with a refrigerator, 2 burner cooktop and microwave, there were no utensils of any kind (dishes, silverware, pots) so the facilities were mostly useless.

I was disappointed that there was nothing to eat with. why do you have kitchenettes with nothing to cook with

We enjoyed our room. We didn't know there was no breakfast, so that was an adjustment. But, the full refrigerator and two burner stove made up for it. The beds were very comfortable. The room was like an apartment. Thank you so much.
