Rooms, amenities and decor are really wonderful. My only criticism is the breakfast, it’s the same as what you’d get at a typical 3 or 4 star US chain hotel, expecting more from a 5 star establishment.

Room and facilities were adequate but below my expectations for “Buffalo’s only 5-star hotel”. Shower was very nice with several fun options for alternate shower heads and strong water pressure. I had an 8am flight out and the valet didn’t open until 7am (no one told me this when I checked in with complimentary valet) and the front desk person had no idea how to get my car keys at 6:15am. After 30 minutes we finally were able to get the keys to head to the airport and I almost missed my flight.

The room was lovely and the shower was exceptionally luxurious! We couldn't hear any noise in our room, making it a quiet/relaxing stay.
