Excellent facilities! The grounds are well kept and the rooms were rustic but upscale with super comfortable bedding and blackout curtains. Pool was relaxing and it was fun being visited by local roosters and iguanas. The only con is I wish the restaurant there was not so expensive I would have eaten there more often.

It's a really nice property next to a marina. Quiet at night much livelier during the day. There is a shuttle from property to get to down town if you don't have a rental car. Rental car is needed and necessary in my opinion. The pool was great and there are three places to eat in the immediate area. Our first time here and we will be returning in the future.

Lovely boutique hotel located in a marina. Very romantic spot. Really nice pool area and a good gym. Staff is very friendly. Restaurants were quite good as well The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is because there was a really funky smell in the rooms and halls that really bothered us. Not sure what it was. Also the beds were not comfortable and seemed “worn out”. They need to be replaced/upgraded.

We stay here two or three times every year always very happy this trip was a little bit different with a couple changes the pool was very cold but after lots of requests from other guest on our last day they finally turned on the heater but will still take a few days to warm the water up also the pool area was never cleaned i watched the crew 7 days in a row not one time was the area hosed out from all the chicken dropping or straws wrapers small garbage under the seats.also the music comes on at 7.00 am very loud and till 10.00pm with very slow sad remix songs its a happy vacation spot happier upbeat music like they used to have makes a fun day also no pool svc you would need to go find towels at the front desk.we will be back and i still will highly recommend it.just noticed a few changes over the last 6 to 10 months

The pools on the property were nice. However, the restuarants and bars close too early. Upon check in, I arranged with the front desk to have a bottle of champayne delivered to the room for the 40th birthday celebration we were celebrating. (Reason for our trip). Unfortunately, after contacting the front desk that the bottle was never delivered and whats the stautus, I was informed that this service was no longer available. I had been given a card to fill out, which added to the disappointment. This experience was particularly disappointing , as I read about this service prior to arriving at the hotel. Futhermore our room had tiny ants on the dresser and night stand.

The property location is not great, it’s about 4 miles from the downtown (and actually outside Key West). Rooms were okay, water pressure in sink was super low. No AC control for each room.

Stylish hotel about 20 mins outside of key west. The showers in the rooms were terrible. We moved room and the same issue was in both. Hardly any water pressure and then the shower would run cold and stop completely. They kept saying that someone would take a look, but it was bad for our entire stay.

Great hotel and very clean rooms. It was nice to sit outside by the marina in the evening and have a drink or sit on the balcony. We had a slight issue with our room when we checked in and they quickly fixed everything. Would definitely stay again. Enjoy the shuttle to downtown area if you can.

The bed was pretty good, but definitely not the best I’ve stayed in for the price. The view of the room was great. The internet was good, but would drop every 2-3 hours or so. The first night I stayed there, the room was equipped with only 2 towels when the reservation was made for 2 adults and 2 kids. I had to ask for more. After that, the general room service was good. Parking was pretty far and the cost of self parking, (which is the only option,) was pretty high. The noise level at night coming from the hallway was pretty loud and crazy. The parking fees and hotels fees definitely don’t match and are quite off from what’s on Expedia as opposed to what’s charged at the hotel. In summary, I would stay again at The Perry if I go back to Key West in the future, but for the cost, there are better options out there.

The staff were incredible. Two options for dining on site. Either high end or pool side with single use plates and cups. Not many vegetarian options on either menu. If they're going for eco friendly adding more veg options and less single use may help. Not sure who planned the sliding barn door for the bathrooms. No privacy. The door randomly slides open and you are not able to lock it. The top portion is open all the time even when the door is closed. TVs, zero options to buy/rent movies or hookup/ cast from your phone. No portal to login for any streaming service. We loved the pool. Staff seemed to come around about every 15 min to ask for orders. Saw friend pickles on menu on Sunday and tried to order them on Monday but sadly found out they're just a Sunday option. I'm happy I stayed here and was happy with my experiences with staff here. I will likely spend my next trip in town to be more in town the whole time. We did not go on any boat or yacht excursions. If we were this may be an option again since it seems some go out from this marina.

The room was very nice with a comfortable mattress, large shower and great patio/balcony view. The hotel was well maintained and clean with marina views from the pool. All of the staff were awsome, especially Zack at the Salty Oyster and shuttle bus driver Kim. Highly Recommend!

We loved this hotel! For Key West the price was great, which is the main reason we chose this hotel. And then we were pleasantly surprised. The room itself was beautiful! Very spacious w/ beautiful tile on the floor & shower. The lobby was beautiful, & we loved the pool area, which is right on the beautiful marina! Definitely would stay here again if ever in Key West!

The staff was great. The property, for the most part, was wonderful. The beds were comfortable. The only issue we had was that the water pressure in the shower in room 304 would drop to zero during a shower. This happened every day and usually multiple times during even a brief shower.

From the moment we checked in until we left everything was exceptional. Our room was quiet and clean. The front desk staff was great. The shuttle service into Key West was convenient and made life so simple. I highly recommend this hotel. I'm very picky, to the point I have serious anxiety about picking hotels, but The Perry far exceeded my expectations.

Staff was very helpful and accommodating, for example we needed a couple of extra pillows and they were quick to provide. The pool area and staff were also great. The concierge was very helpful and set us up with some great tours. Maybe one down side comment would be to check your bill, we were charged for parking when we didn’t have an auto but they made it right.

Extremely poor customerer service at Matts stock island restaurant. We experiences two consecutive days of not acknowledging customers, 40 min wait for coffee resulted in us dining at key west only. This was our second and last time at this resort due to extreme poor dining service. Good luck! Staff at restaurant made it feel like a chore to serve customets. Poor bartending and server etiquette.

Downstairs of the hotel, the lobby area in the restaurants were fine. Nothing outstanding. Food is basic. The hotel itself is very industrial feeling. It looks cool in the lobby, but the rooms are very cold and austere. Not a luxury feel for the money paid. Not impressed with the staff during our stay. They were very minimal and their interaction not a lot of greeting at the desk and kind of seemed annoyed if you were interacting with them. A great time at the tequila bar. Bartender was awesome. Nice interactions with the other guests. The environment around the hotel is nice. The grounds are nice pools basic. The marina area is nice and it’s easy to take a shuttle into the downtown area. The hotel overall is fine, but not as nice as other places we’ve stayed in the keys. Wouldn’t be staying here again.

We paid three room stays through Expedia and paid taxes and resort fees at Perry got our receipts. When we got home we discovered that Perry charged additional $650 per room without explanation. Perry does not return calls. We contacted Expedia that collected $2450 for the three rooms two night stays and told us that they would contact Perry to resolve it. We left this hotel last Sunday and eight days later have heard nothing.

The hotel is very nice. Enjoyed the pool and food near the pool was delicious. However, location was a bit further from the action than I had realized. Though they offer shuttle service it's every hour which is not that frequent. And parking was expensive, think it should have been included given most people would have a car.

Great hotel off the beaten path. As a couple, we found it a wonderful place to explore Key West, without actually being in Key West. The facilities are beautiful, very well maintained, clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly, attentive and efficient. Must keep in mind, though, that it is rather far from Old Town: a 20-minute car ride, or $25 rideshare. However, if you (as we did) want to avoid the noise and crowds of Key West (or control when and how not to avoid them), then this is a great place to stay.

The Perry hotel is quiet a good hotel, clean and nice staff. The big issue for me is at the end of the stay they will charge you a 50$ daily resort fee and 27$ daily parking fee. That's quiet a high fee for a parking lot not even monitored and for a hotel located far from all the conveniences. The resort fee is supposed to cover all the amenities of the hotel. First time for me that I am being charged for that. So be careful, be ready to get a hefty bill at the end of your stay

Comfy bed with cotton bedding! No ocean view. Too far from beach, but free shuttle available. No microwave. Resturant was expensive. No pop/snack machines. Those were available to buy, but expensive. Nice pool. NO shuttle to/from airport.

I loved everything about this hotel. All 3 restaurants on the property were GREAT!!!! Everything was clean and was even offered champagne upon arrival for check in. The morning wake up calls from the wild roosters were everything. I would definitely recommend anyone to stay here and it is family friendly.

This is our second time visiting The Perry, and albeit we were sad to find out our favorite couple at the front desk had left, we still enjoyed every minute! All the staff is very amicable and serviceable - including the bartenders at the Salty Oyster!! Happy hour (4-6pm) is fantastic - 50% off drinks and 25% off food, btw!! Our room was impeccable when we checked in, and the stay was just a breeze. We will be coming back to stay in our next trip to Key West!!

The Perry is a nice hotel, room was spacious & clean, nice to have a big patio to sit on. The Taco restaurant was excellent, Patrick the manager on top of everything with great drinks & service. Not the same experience at Matt’s the restaurant off the lobby. Service slow and not super friendly. Pool was nice and always got a chair, they ran out of towels sometimes. One of the best parts was free shuttle that ran between hotel & downtown key west every half hour on weekends.

Lovely hotel. Food in attached restaurant (Matt's) awesome, but would've liked a few more options. Salty Oyster awesome. Room was lovely, but would recommend a few more trashcans or larger ones. Staff at all locations fantastic! Did NOT like rope chairs (in various locations). Very uncomfortable to sit in when you are wearing shorts.

Staff is so kind and helpful. Both concierge were extremely helpful and knowledgeable about area activities. Loved the availability of the restaurants. Very well run and a lovely setting on the marina. Would have preferred no music at pool but that is just me. Would recommend highly.

The marina and yachts were an interesting environment for the resort. Breakfast and dinner options at Matt's were lovely. However, I would have liked more small plate options for dining (fruit/veggie/cheese/cracker tray, or light sandwiches, etc) for around the pool, lunch or "happy hour" snacks. Burgers and chicken tenders and fried fish were available at the pool bar. Because we booked through Expedia, we had NO VIEW and the property said they couldn't move us because we booked through a 3rd party. If you like to sit outside with your coffee in the morning or late at night, make sure to request a 3rd floor ocean view room. The transportation to Historic Seaport was great. Being able to easily get back and forth to/from the "action" and then relaxing in the resort felt like two vacations in one.
