It was little disappointing because I wanted to make my nightly tea and the tea maker didn’t work, the shower didn’t get very hot and the room above us stomped around until midnight. In the morning all three treadmills were out of order and the peloton bike didn’t have foot cages so the workout didn’t happen because the rest of the machines were consumed due to having very few working. Was told that a group cam in over the past couple of days and messed up the treadmills.

There are two elevators in the building. Only one was working and had been that way for many weeks according to a staff member. The parking spots are extremely narrow and hard to park in. I suggest having those lies repainted with an additional 8 inches or more of space added. The staff was extremely good however and the facility was well kept otherwise.

Upon arrival this hotel looks great. The staff were all nice but I was unhappy with the condition of my room. In my room there were stains all over the carpet, water damage in several spots on the ceiling in the room and bathroom, and the wallpaper was peeling in several areas of the bathroom. None of the electric outlets would hold my adapters so I couldn’t charge any of my devices because the adapter kept falling out. But the kicker were the roaches I found in my room on my second day. Found and killed a baby roach, then that night there was a huge flying roach. Clearly this hotel is not well maintained.

The accessible room where we were first, the shower head did not work properly. In addition to that, there was a roach inside the tub. The front desk was very accommodating and switched our room and comped that night.

Lamp shade in poor condition, torn. I had to clean some kind of sticky mess on the nightstand. I went around the room and cleaned with Clorox wipes. Trash was not taken out, I had to do that myself. I called front desk from my room, was always busy. We stayed several nights, 8 or 9. We only got the room somewhat cleaned because I found a housekeeper and let her know. We will probably not stay at this hotel again. Too much work on my part.

I liked the location and modern rooms. I disliked the smell of urine I woke up to. It was definitely coming from the carpet. I noticed it after I checked in, in the middle of the night and early am and the smell of recent cleaned hotel room had worn off. As I only stayed for one night, I did not have time to complain or change rooms.

Had a fantastic stay. Room was BIG, well appointed, impeccably clean, and smartly laid out. Parking was easy and location super convenient to neighborhood walks and getting on the highway. Only issue we had was elevators are a little slow. No problem for us but could be a problem on a day the hotel is super busy. Price at least for us was very reasonable. Happy to recommend.

The hotel itself is well maintained and the breakfast is what you’d expect, not great but not awful. However, the bed and pillows were by far the worst we’ve ever slept on. I wouldn’t stay here again due to this fact.

started off rough, ac not working slept the first night very hot, ac broken. It was fixed at 10am the following day, door lock broken, and Refrigerator broken. Both items fixed by 4pm the next day.

The air conditioner worked great! Staff was friendly and the location was great for our purpose. We did, however, find the beds to be hard and the duvet cover was itchy. Another issue that was really a problem was the outlets by the nightstand. None of them held the charger because they were too loose. That’s a problem when you have devices you need by your bed. That was a big deal for us.

The service was AMAZING! Everyone from the front desk, to the kitchen staff (Maria, Hilda, and Ninfa), hotel security, and housekeeping were EXCELLENT! They were extremely attentive to our needs. Front desk staff does a great job of keeping an eye out for guests and letting them in while we fumble looking for our keys. The full breakfasts were delicious. Security was visible but non-intrusive. I felt comfortable and safe taking early morning walks around the property, knowing security was nearby. I also witnessed security being extremely compassionate to an unhoused individual in the area. Housekeeping made sure there were plenty of towels in the pool area at all times. KUDOS!

Credit card machine was not working when we arrived. Our room was already paid for via Hotels.com but was told we still couldn’t check in due to them not being able to run my credit card for incidentals. Offered to pay cash for the incidentals charge but they declined to accept. Finally was allowed to go to room but was told that they would call me when they were able to run credit card. Front desk called at 10:30 when I was already in bed. Our bathroom was filthy. Hair was all over the shower, floors, walls and and a big pile was collected in the corner. Only one elevator was working the first two days and in the last day, the 2nd one was out of order. Won’t stay here again.

Check-in time was listed as 3:00. We arrived at 3:15 and were told that the room was not ready. We were the only people in the lobby waiting. After 45 minutes of waiting, 3 other groups came in and immediately were checked in and given room keys. I inquired as to why our room was not ready and then did get checked in and given room keys. The toilet would run constantly at times. We could not get the TV to work properly and the front desk could not do to anything help.

The staff were unfriendly and unhelpful. Upon arrival they claimed they didn’t have our reservations even though I had a copy of the reservation. One of the clerks finally found our reservation but said he could not check us in because the address was wrong. He cancelled the reservation and claimed to refund the money to my account. Then another clerk came up and took over. Handed her the receipt for the reservation and she said it had been cancelled. We explained that the first clerk cancelled it so she had to re enter the information and swipe my card but would not be charged. I’ll keep you updated if that was true. It took 45 minutes to check in and still gave us the wrong room a king instead of 2 queens. At that point just made it work. Awful!!! Never had any trouble with Expedia but this hotel is the worst.

Everything about our stay was pretty average. The only real negative was that we had asked in advance for a pack n play, and they added the note to our reservation, so we didn’t bring our own, but then they ran out before we got there, so we had to improvise. Didn’t even get an apology. Otherwise, staff were friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was good. Would have appreciated more fruit, as they only had apples.

Our stay was exceptional. Truly a fine representation of Dallas for visitors. We came opening day of the State Fair, and it was packed. The team was ready. From front desk, to house keeping, and breakfast, was by far the nicest experience I had with hotel food prep staff in my years of travel.
