Rooms were updated and clean. Pool was surprisingly dirty and area unkept considering it is a beach club. Another guest was actually cleaning the pool of debris with the screen when we arrived.

This was a great affordable stay for splash house weekend. Mostly clean and very comfortable! The pool is open til 1 am which is awesome. Only issue was the rooms keys easily deactivated, but the staff were extremely kind and accomodating!

There was mold on the bathroom ceiling. Room smelled terrible. Drapes didn’t keep out streetlights so it was hard to sleep. No USB plug. Very uncomfortable mattresses. Obnoxious lighting. Only 2 hangers. Only one trash can. Soap smelled like Playdoh. Front desk staff at check in/out weren’t very friendly—-seemed tired/bored/disinterested.

I was at first fine with everything but then when pulling back the sheets found blood spots on the fitted sheet. These were definitely fresh blood spots, not washed sheets with brown blood stains. I put a towel over it and just dealt with it. My boyfriend runs maintenance at a hotel so I know how things can be. The other issue I had was the noise overhead. All hours of the night it sounded like people were purposely jumping on the floor above me. I recommend having the fan on all night, bring your own sheet, blanket, and pillow, and you should be all set.

The hotel was extremely dirty, and the door didn’t lock properly, which made me feel unsafe. The overall condition of the property also gave off an unsafe vibe. I would not recommend this hotel unless significant improvements are made. Would not stay here again.

We stayed 3 nights but they didn't empty our trash or give us clean towels. I guess if you stay more than one night you have to ask for these things. Also, each day our key card would stop working and we'd have to get them rescanned for the current day. Room wasn't very clean, especially the bathroom.

Decent location, great price, large room, but oddly furnished, Very weak bed, soft with dip in the middle. Noisy heater and no soundproofing so we heard every noise made in the room above us, did not get much sleep at all. There was also a motor sound like a saw that would go off every few minutes regardless of day or night. If you say here, request 2nd floor and if you need sleep, stay elsewhere Refrigerator in room, no microwave or coffee in room though...have to go to the lobby for those.

The room was clean, nicely furnished. The bathroom needed some work. The faucet on the shower was so broken, we could barely turn it on and the pillows were basically just a bag of stuffing, other than that it was pretty decent. We didn’t get there until 10 o’clock at night and left early the next morning so we really didn’t spend much time there but the room was clean had a refrigerator which was nice.

If you book your reservations on Hotels.com, this property does not look like the pictures posted. This hotel needs a lot of upgrades including paint, telephones and microwaves in the rooms. A bigger TV that works would be nice too. I would not recommend staying here unless you dont care about the amenities that come with rooms these days. Dont let the pictures fool you.

The towels were clean, the floors are hardwood and clean, bathroom clean. Beds are pretty awful and pillows thinner than what you get in a hospital but you get what you pay for. Love that it was pet friendly. Cute on site cat named Monroe.

It has a pool, which I didn't use because it was too hot. The hotel room is adequate, clean, but just a little worn out is all - again, reflective of the price. Overall, I had an enjoyable stay, considering the price point. I was traveling by myself and just had to run errands while in town, so didn't need to really use the pool anyways. It looked refreshing, but not much shade, mostly looked like cement. Good neighborhood, restaurant next door.

Well it’s a motel w cottage cheese ceilings and considerable noise from Adjacent rooms and stair well But the room decor was artfully done, the concierge new, very nice but not very knowledagable about the area. There is a couple great restaurants within yards of the motel. And the bed was 1000 times more comfortable that the super soft mattress at the corporate Renaissance hotel I had escaped from. I slept well.

I had the worst experience ever in my life. The shower in my room wasn’t working. Then I ask to change my room in the another day and I request to the manager call me if is possible to have some discount or something like that, they said she will call me on Saturday and it’s Monday now and she didn’t called me. The receptionist didn’t know where she is. If u have any other option please choose the another one. They offer u an horrible service. I am still waiting the manager call me and I already asked on Sunday and today for the call.

As soon as we arrived the front office was rude to check in and unprofessional. And it’s not the first time we come to this Hotel it’s the second time they was very rude and unprofessional. They asked us for a deposit and they said it was going to get refunded. It’s not been almost three weeks without getting our deposit back we called the hotel to see what’s going on with our deposit and they refused to help us and give us our deposit back after we asked for management they got aggressive and said there is no management and can’t give a name and there is nothing they can do for us and hung up. We will never again go to that hotel with our family.

Very easy to make a reservation online, we arrived before check in time and was allowed to check in early. Room was clean and comfortable along with the grounds. Wife and I were there celebrating our anniversary, and an employee gave us a complimentary bottle wine to help us celebrate. We will return soon.

The nice lady at the front desk was very accommodating to my concerns and needs on this trip. Even though the male front desk rep told me they were booked when i asked to change rooms, he still worked on the issue and called the manager and my problem was easily remedied. I would stay here again. The entire staff was nice and welcoming and all said hello in passing. Thanks team!

The price has gone up since the property first open yet the amenities seem the same. The swimming pool chase chairs look a little beat up. There is no cocktail or food service on site. Very basic hotel. Reminds me of a Motel 6 that has been converted to a Palm Springs hotel, I would still stay there just because of the price and the rooms are remodeled and clean

While we have quite the list of things wrong, let me start by saying that the staff really tried their best and helped us try to fix everything quickly. First, the bigger problems: 1. When we checked in, the lock scanned our key, but the door didn't open. The person who checked us in was very responsive and allowed us to change rooms. 2. The shower. The knob was so loose it was inoperable and needed to be tightened by the person at the desk. Again, she was very responsive and fixed it right away. 3. Keys died. After one night's stay, they died and did not let us into our rooms. Again, they fixed the problem quickly. Our smaller issues included the decor and fixtures being broken and loose, including the toilet with a glued-together tank lid, and the headboards on the wall which were loose and coming off the wall. The door to the room was also not seated in the frame properly which resulted in a gap between the door and the frame. It was secured with a deadbolt, so at least security wasn't a concern. The central location in Palm Springs was ideal, the neighborhood was quiet and we really liked having multiple entrances to the hotel on 2 streets. Being dog-friendly was awesome. They offered complimentary coffee and tea, but the office was usually locked so you couldn't get any- likely because the single staff member was constantly out fixing problems around the property.

The woman at the front desk was very friendly. Lots of snacks and drinks for sale in the main lobby. I had a normal, single king bed room and it was pretty basic. Smart TV that I was able to connect my phone to but rather small TV. The pool and hot tub area was the highlight for me, very comfortable and the pool was heated very nicely. Overall I'd stay again but the normal rooms were nothing too special.
