Good place. Rooms can be better but definitely serves the purpose. Service especially the concierge Hicham was absolutely amazing and helpful!

Disgusting room - hair all over, rusted shower, yellow water from the sink, ants everywhere, horrible smelling soap, bad breakfast etc etc - does not look like the pictures!!

The hotel is beautiful, and the staff are very friendly and helpful — I really appreciated their kindness and warm attitude. However, during the night, it was a bit noisy as some guests were talking and shouting loudly, which made it hard to sleep. Also, there weren’t enough towels provided in the room, which was a little inconvenient. Other than that, everything else was great — the hotel’s atmosphere is nice, and I enjoyed my stay overall. I hope they can improve sound management and provide more towels to make the experience even better.
